Fence MAX Texas

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the Fencemax Texas team. They helped me install my fence and automatic gate, and over the years, we have been wanting to do more work with them. I am excited that we are now working on building a new patio cover, and through and through they have been by my side. From helping me select the most fitting design, to the most fitting stain color, I am thankful to have chosen the FMT team for my outdoor updates. They truly have excellent service - I would recommend them to anyone hoping to do outdoor renovations!

This was my second projcet with Fence Max. In our previous house they built the patio for us and did ok job so in our current house we hired them again. We got the electric gate and new fence in Jan/Feb 2021- spent more than 30 thousand dollars. The stain on fence is already fadded, the electric gate frame is rusting, the spring on doors came out few times, the fence is showing cracks at several places. Had so many issues while doing the project. They outsource the work and there is no one to manage the project on their behalf. I regret hiring them. Bevare of their sales teams promises.

Fencemax Texas just completed the installation of our horizontal board on board fence and electric gate. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The crew did a fantastic job, the fence is beautiful and it enhanced both our home and backyard. We will be building a patio cover with Fencemax Texas next! We will definitely recommend Fencemax to our friends and family.

Fencemax Texas was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I asked for multiple quotes, all based on various options, and they had them to me later the same day. The prices on all being much lower than planed to spend. Not only did they not try and up-sell on things I did not need they as well showed ways that my project could be more cost effective. The quality of work is top notch! The fence is completely level, sturdy as can be and looks terrific. They used the most beautiful cedar. Plain and simple, if you need a fence, this is the company to call.

My experience with Fence Max Texas was absolutely fantastic. When I tell you they do everything they say, it is totally the truth! From the first phone call to the estimate to the installation - the entire process was seamless and an A+ service. I highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them for my future needs.

Fence Max Texas built a patio cover connecting/integrating onto the roof on the back of our home. We are very pleased with the results. The project was handled professionally from start to finish. I have been calling this company for a little over 6 months to repair a fence that they installed. There has been little to no response. When they respond they have excuses and say that they will come and never schedule a date to come. So they just ghost us and the fence is still here falling apart. Meanwhile I have to call another company to fix the fence since FenceMax is giving me the run around. Customer service is terrible.

Fencemax Texas did a beautiful fence and electric gate for us. From the initial consultation, scheduling and installation, everyone was extremely cordial and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them for any outdoor structure.

We live in the tornado zone and suddenly found ourselves needing a new fence. Richard and his team were true professionals from the start. They were responsive and met their delivery dates. The fence is high quality and looks fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the process and would highly recommend Fence Max Texas!

Called and tried to get an estimate - she said they wouldn't even come out if it was less than 100 feet of fencing - I'm not exactly sure how many feet, that's why I'm having someone come to look and give me an estimate. Gladly hung up if this was a sample of how their customer service was going to be. I want to spend my money with a company that wants the business. Came in here and found these reviews - looks like it was a blessing in disguise.

They were very professional. The salesman was on time and knowledgeable. The work completed was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a fence.

We recently had Fence Max of Texas install a new fence and electric gate. Their work was generally good with the exception of handling problems after the final check was written. Because of damage to our sprinkler system and pool pipes created by Fence Max, we had a leak that went undetected for about 5 weeks. We finally had our own sprinkler repair guy come to find the leak and discovered fix Fence Max's ridiculous "band aid" repair which actually caused the leak. Unfortunate to ruin an otherwise nice job with poor service. I can't recommend them because their workers caused about $2200 of sprinkler repairs.;

It was a pleasure working with Fencemax Texas. Price quoted was competitive and thorough. It included underground utilities line check preceding the job and removal of debris. The crew was friendly and professional. The materials used were clearly superior quality. I highly recommend them!

The team at Fence Max Texas did a great, fast and affordable job for me. I had two rotting wooden gates with two different size openings. We had two new electric wood gates put in place of the old ones. Because of the awkward way the walls meet my house and a gas line there, the gates had to open out which is not typical. It required some creative engineering, So they sent a team of guys and they figured out how to mount it to make it work perfectly.

They knocked it out fast. They were done in less than on day. The new gates are is so much more beautiful and elegant making my backyard look much more warm and appealing. The price was great too. I priced it with another company but they had it beat by a long shot. Thanks again to the whole team at Fence Max Texas!

Abe, I recently had a custom board on board fence installed by two of your employees Moises and Miguel. It is not often that I take time out of my busy day to write a thank you letter to companies that do work for me. However, Moises and Miguel made an excellent impression upon me. They handle themselves in a very professional and courteous manner.

The initial set up and install is fine with the sales person b/c they are getting your money. Once you have an issue or a problem, good luck. The customer service is one of the worst I have ever seen. They fight you on EVERYTHING and refuse to provide any level of service. We have had to scratch and fight for anything to get done. The tone of email responses, yes email b/c they rarely want to speak over the phone, is condescending and borderline rude. There are tons of other options for your fence/gate needs that would treat you better.

Fence Max completed the work almost a year ago and I just never had the time to provide them with my feedback. It was frustrating at first trying to select the right fence company. I was referred by my brother-in-law to contact Fence Max. The fence had to be fixed fast since I promised my son that I'd get him a dog as a birthday gift. Can't get a dog without fixing the fence.

This is the worst fence company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you want to throw money away, I would suggest giving it to charity before giving it to this company. This company is only interested in sales, after that, they could care less. They are unorganized. The workmanship is substandard. And their work is full of obvious errors.

Then they will lie and threaten you if you say anything. If anything goes wrong with the fence they will blame you or the weather. I don't care if you use this company or not, just consider yourself warned.

Dear Abe, I am writing to tell you how pleased we are with the job FENCE MAX TEXAS did in the construction of our new deck. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. The quality of construction and materials was much better when compared to some of the other companies we had quote from.

Used FenceMax to install an electric gate at the rear of my home along with a fence extension on one side of home. I met with a gentleman who measured yard and provided a folder with details on their controller/motor and how they fabricate the metal on site. He was very detailed in the explanation and the time it would take to complete. Installation occurred about 3 weeks later and the workers arrived on time.

The install went mainly without issue. My only concern was that they dug two holes about 5 feet deep and didn't pour concrete and install the fence posts until the next day - meaning the holes were uncovered and could have been a hazard if anyone attempted to cut thru our yard at night for example. The holes should have been marked with orange construction barrier and/or boards placed on top to prevent injury.

I ended up covering the holes with left over particle board I had. Install took 3 days and everyone including the electrician showed up on time and without issue. Cleanup of their construction work was nicely done as well. Gate has worked great and appears to be very well constructed and won't have problems holding up to Texas wind, etc. City inspected the install as part of the permitting process and all went well there too. I'd recommend FenceMax and plan to use again to extend my fence. My only critique would be to watch the installers and make sure any open holes are covered before they leave for the evening to avoid possible injury.

Dear Abe, I recently had a patio cover and patio extension done by Fence Max Texas. I must say that I am most pleased with how the cover came out, it was much nicer than I had even anticipated. My patio area is 'U-Shaped' and Juan spent a lot of time in the beginning really thinking about the best designed structure to build and making sure that I got a cover that I would be happy with.

I would steer clear of this company. I had them out to give me an estimate for a patio cover, he came out 2x said he could do exactly what I wanted, I then asked the person that was in charge of scheduling the actual work if the guy that was building it needed to come out to look at it ahead of time. She said no. Then the week it was scheduled to start on Friday they emailed me and told me they couldn't do it.

So I ask them to send the guy out so we can talk about it. They come out Thursday, we come to an agreement about what they can do and things seem to be back on track. I ask what time they are going to be here tomorrow to start, he tells me that if he says 9, then it'll probably be 10 because he's on 'mexican time'. But then tells me he measured wrong and it's going to be a lot more.

He was out here 2x already and measured both times. My patio hasn't changed sizes. I'm glad we didn't go with this company. I'd advise you to look elsewhere if you are needing some work done.

Dear Sir, We recently had a Fence and Wrought Iron Gate installed and are very pleased with the results. It is all that we hoped for. We would like to commend FENCE MAX TEXAS employees. The installers were terrific. They worked on a very hot day from 7:30 in the morning until 7:00 without stopping. It looked so nice when they were done! They were very hard working and competent.

Poor customer service. The original installation and purchase was quick and easy. The fence looked great. But after only five months we noticed that a board next to the gate had a large crack. We contacted the office about replacing the board and were told they would fix as a courtesy but it was not something that would usually be repaired at no cost.

But after several email reminders and over 60 days no one from fence max has been out to repair the issue! They respond to the purchase request right away, but when there is a problem with something after they have been paid don't hold your breath!
