Millard Roofing replaced the roof, gutters and window wraps on my home. The entire team was professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Josh and Jayme made the process easy and the crews that performed the work were friendly and got the work done quickly. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. If needed I will hire them again.

My experience with Millard Roofing was the absolute best (after 30 years of homeowning). From the first call through construction and insurance the MR team was courteous and helpful and I never wanted for information on the process. Everyone has been great, but Cole B was a stellar project manager and kept my mind at ease through the process. They work with insurance so you don't have that hassle.well worth it!

The repair crew was courteous and very thorough. Cleanup was beyond belief! If you need any type of roofing install or repair call Cole at Millard Roofing! You will NOT be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Millard Roofing & Gutter! Our roof, gutters, and patio door were damaged from hails. We were happy and lucky to have MRG work hard on the project. I wanted to write this review back in October but I decided not to drag Millard Roofing's name through the mud. Until now. I originally tried to back out of the them doing the roof, but their sales manager Dylan Vogt pretty much threatened me over the phone that I couldn't back out with them because they had already done sooooo much work (20 minute inspection on roof).

I had been warned that Millard Roofing is known as the "Good Ol' Boys" of Omaha and essentially will take your insurance company to the cleaners and nickel and dime them and essentially bleed them dry. They have gotten over $30,000 for my roof and gutters and they still want more. They've even resorted to calling me and asking me for checks from my insurance agency like I'm some deadbeat and they are a debt collector making threats.

My insurance company just called me and said that they are demanding a 4th check for an additional $1,000 for overhead of gutters even after they already got $3,300 which was to include overhead of the gutters. This company is scum. Their sales manager Dyaln Vogt was threatening, their crew was super unprofessional making cat calls at me, and one of them even followed me in their work van slowly when I was walking my dog.

They trashed the outside of my house, and destroyed all of my front plants. Their cleanup was deplorable and I found nails in my yard for the last 6 months. They are supposed to use a magnetized pole or machine to get all the nails up, but they did no such thing. Even left nails and cigaratte butts on my back patio. Speaking of cigarettes, they were constantly smoking cigarettes on my roof and throwing the butts around my property.

Not only is that trashy, but I'm sure there is some rule against them smoking on house in order to avoid house fires. Please stay away from this company! They make threats to you, and your insurance company for years!

We received services from Millard Roofing to replace our roof, gutters and windows and siding. They were professional and efficient. We received calls to give us dates of installation and reminders calls as well. They picked up everything quickly after installing the roof and the installers were polite and professional. I highly recommend their services to anyone. You will be pleased with their work.

We recently had our roof replaced by Millard Roofing. The crew was timely, friendly, and there wasn't a speck of debris or nails left. They even removed some wasp nest we were battling which was above and beyond ha! The staff at Millard Roofing is the best. I highly recommend the staff, the crew, and the company for all the help and service needs you can have in times of replacing the roofing and gutters!

Would not recommend, they sub all work, work we had done was shabby. Their customer service is horrible. They want money before they complete work, saying insurance company backs them. That is a lie, call my rep in Omaha, referred me to Corp. Both said they would never make that statement. He said he had talked with insurance company, they have no notes regarding him contacting them. Bank and insurance said to hire another company. The so called contract is worth nothing, that came from our attorney. If there was a minus star, I would mark that.

Major hail damage to our house last year (2019) and definitely choose the right company to do the repairs & replacements.it is a treat to actually partner with a company that is on the homeowners side in matters such as this and fights the ins. companies for what is right. I wanted to post a long and thoughtful review of the work we had Millard Roofing do for us. Until last year, we had never made an insurance claim on any of the houses we have had over the last 22 years. Hail damage is a lot more complex than people think and there are good insurance adjusters, bad insurance adjusters, bad roofing companies and good roofing companies.

Our goal in making the insurance claim was to get our house back to normal with no damage in the most fair and reasonable way possible. We weren't looking to hire the lowest cost roofing company, so we could pocket some or most of the insurance money. We wanted the work done professionally and correctly. After the inspection from Millard Roofing and Farm Bureau Insurance, we had roof damage, gutter damage, and 8 windows that were ruined.

When you sign on with Millard Roofing, you agree to let them deal with your insurance company on your behalf. Some people don't like this, but for us, it made sense since they are experts and we are not. On to the work: Positives: -After hail storm they were quick to respond and quick to confirm we had damage. -Initial assessment was done by Jim and Tim.

They both were great. -Once work started, they were very communicative. I received a phone call literally every day around 4:00 from our project manager Jayme giving me an update on the work done that day, and work being done the following day. -Work was done very professionally, and after every stage, an inspection took place to confirm work was done.

When my roof was finished, Jim inspected the roof, and showed me 12 shingles that were done incorrectly, and were replaced. Very detail oriented. -When you need windows replaced, there are two ways to do it. 1) cut your windows out with a hacksaw, put in replacement windows and caulk them. 2) remove siding, install windows with factory sealed "fins" which is how your builder installed your windows.

Insurance companies prefer you do #1. The correct way to do the work is #2. Millard Roofing advocates on your behalf for #2. -Each of the subcontractors I talked with has worked with Millard Roofing for 10+ years. That matters. -Their work comes with a 5 year guarantee on labor and materials. Everyone else is 1 year. Bumps in the road: -When windows were installed the interior woodwork wasn't finished to our expectations.

They came out immediately and made the subcontractors redo it all. It was then finished perfectly. -Roofers brought their waste trailer on my driveway and cracked my driveway. Millard Roofing immediately agreed to have it taken care of. -Insurance company denied claims to replace non matching parts of my siding. It took a few month to resolve, but it was resolved.

In summary, Millard Roofing was great to work with. The process required patience from all sides. It is what it is. Working with Jayme, Tim, and Jim has been excellent. I have referred them to several other customers, who have had a similar experience. 5 stars.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Requested an estimate via telephone. An estimator came out to evaluate roof. No reply for weeks. Called back to check status. Was told company doesn't provide estimates. what? Poor customer service. Poor business practices. Don't even waste your time with this company

Been very happy with the team at Millard Roofing. Josh was assigned to me and was able to help me with my claim. He was willing to have the tough conversations with my insurance company to make sure my roof, siding and air conditioner all got covered. Even the leak that did damage to my ceiling in my kitchen was covered. Insurance companies are a sham and look for every out to not cover you. Millard Roofing protects you from the necessary evil of insurance when a claim needs to be filed.

Not to mention my house is the best looking one in our culdesac now. I was able to meet the owner Jim as well and what a caring guy. He took the time out to make sure I was getting great customer service and my claim was moving forward smoothly. Super happy with my expierence with Millard Roofing and have already recommended them to friends, family and neighbors.

I asked Millard Roofing and Gutters to come by and look at a roof leak. While I was able to get their representative (seemed nice enough) come out and look at my roof leak issue. He told me what he believed the issue was, however I cannot get him to give me an estimate/bid. After he came out he was supposed to send me a estimate/bid. He said that it may take a week or two.

After 4 weeks went by without hearing from him. I sent him an e-mail note as I kept his business card (I have attached pictures of his business card but blocked out his name). He did not respond. So in about a week I sent an e-mail on Millards Roofing and Gutters website to ask for my bid, I did not hear back from them. While I am not sure why they are not returning my request for a estimate/bid, I can only assume it's too small of a job or they are too busy with other jobs.

What a disappointment. You always want to give business to local contractors versus the roofing storm chasers. Luckily one of their competitors (Apple Roofing, another Nebraska based company) did give me an estimate. In my opinion if you decide to work with Millard Roofing and Gutters, I would make sure you get bids from 2-3 other contractors just to compare their products, customer service etc.

This company has no regard to customer service. They will lock you into a contract to perform the work. If something in the planning stages goes wrong, they will not let you go and will remind you that "you are stuck with them, just like they're stuck with you". Highly unprofessional in every regard.

Your service, communication, and workmanship were excellent. I was extremely pleased with the roofing job you did for me. Thank you very much for your excellent work. I especially appreciate your care and attention to detail.

I can't say enough good things about your company. You are obviously very good at choosing staff. ReNea is so nice, calls back on time, is very organized, and is good at answering questions. Rhett was very nice and really professional doing the estimate. Bob was always kind when he came to inspect and he always remembered my name. Fred and his partner Kyle were also amazing.
