Weber Windows

I researched windows prior to engaging a provider and decided Marvin fiberglass composite windows were the best quality solution for me. We chose to replace all windows on the back of the house one year, then the front the next. Sam Sanders with Webber Windows was our rep both times and was excellent. He came out to quote during peak pandemic (with safety protocols), went over everything and didn't try to up-sell or add on. (Something I appreciate in a salesperson). We also had the same installers both times. Everything looks and works great.

I had 14 windows installed in my home. I looked at 6 window companies before making my selection of Weber Windows, Several things stood out about this company: their A+ rating on Angie's List, the installers work directly for the company, they do little if any advertising, and the estimate was well within my budget. I was fully satisfied with all facets of the job.

The owner of the company came to my home each day to check on the progress of the job and to give guidance and direction to his installers. The windows look great and really enhance the appearance of my home.

We would use no one else. Everything was easy--from the first call, the estimate, communication, installation and clean up. They replaced all our windows and then, later, enclosed our porch. Jeff Weber and Sam Sanders walked us through our options and helped us decide on which products were right for our projects--all with no pressure. The installation crew of Patrick, Jordan, Jeff and Nick were on-time, professional, efficient and easy to have in our home. They were the most competent work crew we have had over many years of work and four old houses.

We hired Weber Windows to replace our downstairs windows. From the initial call, to sales and installation everything went smoothly. They explained the process from ordering to the actual installation. They were prompt and delivered the windows earlier than expected. The guys who installed the windows were professional, courteous and very helpful.

I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again for future home improvements. Update May, 2021: We were so happy with Weber Windows the first time that we used them once again. This time they replaced all of our upstairs windows and two back doors. They are reliable and trustworthy and the quality of their work is top notch. The workers are professional and pay attention to every detail. The owner is involved in the process and is very accessible; he adds a personal touch that's refreshing in this day and age. I highly recommend Weber Windows.

I had a very good experience with Weber Windows. Sam Sanders was friendly, knowledgeable and recommended the appropriate solutions without an up-sell effort. We went with Marvin fiberglass composite windows and have been happy with them. I stressed that I wanted to remove/repair notably rotted areas of the sill and mold rather than just cover them up and they did a good job of that. Any calls to the Webber office were very attentive and friendly as well.

There arent words for how brilliant the team was! Our door is beautiful and watching the snow fall outside through its crystal clear glass now. Professional team start to finish, replaced the framing and everything to where you cant tell the door was replaced the paint matches so well! Thank you!

Wow! Why did I wait so long to replace my windows! This experience has been so easy and I am thrilled with all levels of service from my first meeting with Sam to my installation guys Nicholas And Patrick to even the owner Jeff visiting the job daily. The entire process from the estimate, subsequent questions I had all the way to the actual installation was very professionally handled. All of the folks that I dealt with were friendly and very helpful. My phone calls were always returned promptly. The went the extra mile in making sure that the unusual framing around my windows was matched correctly.

I highly recommend Weber Windows and especially the Marvin Fiberglass windows. All my family and friends have commented on how good the new windows look. Webers recommendation on the type of glass was spot on. My home is much more safe and comfortable. They are the only company that I will call for the remaining windows in the house that will be replaced.

They were punctual and professional. They replaced our windows and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely happy with the windows. We really liked the way they wrapped the windows. The neighbors complemented on how much they liked them as well.

Everyone at Weber Windows was nice and very courteous! Sam (sales) took his time explaining the whole process to us (we replaced windows and sliding glass doors) so that we completely understood how everything would work. The crew was on time and did an excellent job with installation and cleanup! The owner of the company walked through the house several different days during the installation and also did a final walk through with us.

The job was done on time and clean up was excellent! My husband loved the fact that Weber Windows would use nail fin installation. That was very important to him. Weber Windows did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them!

The salesman that came out was knowledgeable and genuine. He understood that I was working on a budget and gave me options, where other companies pushed one type of window. The installers were prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned up their mess and made it look as though no work had been performed, minus the beautiful new windows!

I am a little late (almost a year) in reviewing Weber. Our household had a great experience with them. They were one of 7 quotes I got to replace several windows with two of them being in the basement. Weber was the only company to point out the original windows were load bearing. They couldn't be replaced without additional work, or we'd be replacing those windows every few years.

I was skeptical and had an inspector look at them. Weber was right. Add in they told us how to repair air leaking by in some of our other windows and the decision was easy to make. They came in and did amazing work. We are extremely happy with the windows.

Your customer service is by far the best we have encountered and we are pleased to call you our friends after this experience. I could go on and on all day about how happy you and your company have made us, WE LOVE YOU GUYS!

Weber replaced all of the windows in our home (9 total) a few months ago, and we're very happy with our windows and the service we received. From our first meeting with the sales representative through the completion of the installation, we felt comfortable with everyone from Weber. The sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable, and he did not come off as pushy or over-eager to sell.

The installation team worked carefully yet finished their work quickly. We felt comfortable with them in our home while they worked. Our windows look great and have added a lot to our home. We'd go with Weber again in the future.

The choice was easy.it was Weber! I am SO happy that I chose Weber. The product looks terrific and I've already seen a reduction in my heating and cooling cost, and they create a barrier against noise! I would not hesitate to use or refer friends to Weber again!
