I cannot attest to the product, as we cancelled our contract before it could begin. I was not going to leave a review but then I decided I should. I cancelled my contract because of the negative reviews. I will say customer service is great. They are friendly and responsive. The price is outrageous and their pricing strategies are borderline predatory.

We got our quote for $18,000. I'll post a picture of our bathroom so you have a visual. Then we were told if we agreed to the project within a week the price would go down to $16,000. Then we were told of we agreed to the job that day the price would be $14,900. Then we were told we could get a showcase discount. The price went down to $14,000.

Then after we cancelled the contract, we were told the price could drop down to $12,000. You don't have anytime to think. Hence my borderline predatory statement. Your only getting the wet space done. They a good pitch. Do your research on the actual material they use. They will go through other quotes with you be mindful of how trusted that is.

Just watch out. Be mindful. Be firm and don't sign anything without thinking. We paid $30 to overnight our notice of cancellation after we sat down and thought about it. Don't be bullied into it. But the sales guy was nice. Nice enough to bully us enough hahah.

Mis informed people go here, Methodicall intelligence goes any where else but West Shore.

After reading the reviews I actually feel a little better. I was not the only one caught in the trap. Lauren snowed us from the beginning. Got my wife by sweet talking her. When I asked about a project manager following up, she played the gender card. I didn't care if the person was male or female. I just needed someone that knows what they are talking about. Turns out she didn't have a clue what she was talking about.

The lead installer was with the company for two weeks. Already have mold and mildew in chalking and the job was only 6 months old. And the cost was double what it should have been. Again my fault for signing the contract. But as one reviewer said, they had to pay for those long boring commercials. I change the channel when they come on and don't go back.

I called to setup an appointment. and it sounded scammy from the very beginning. I checked yelp reviews while on the call with the rep, and decided not to go through with it. Making promises I knew they could not keep. and always upselling to do more than I actually wanted. Don't want anything to do with that business model.

We replaced our soaking tub with a walk in shower with West Shore Homes. The product is high quality and we love it! The installers, Tyler M., Shane T., and Nate J. went above and beyond our expectations. They made adjustments to the original design which made it better than the original plans. They were professional, respectful and highly skilled gentlemen.

Great job guys! The designer/salesman wasn't as helpful. We recommend that an installer be a part of the original design team since they have a vision of how to make the best end product for your particular bathroom.

West Shore removed our old tub and fiberglass tub surround and installed a brand new walk in shower with acrylic surround and glass shower doors. Dennis M. the Sales Consultant did an outstanding job of explaining our options and walking us through what to expect. Our install team of Darian W. and Johnathan H. made the process painless and easy for us as they took care of everything.

They arrived on time, explained what they were doing, how to care for the new shower and shower doors, answered any questions we had and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived.

Very unprofessional. I was referred to them by my neighbor (that I share walls with in my townhouse). First they cancelled my appointment for a quote and then rescheduled for a few days later. That's fine, things happen. Then a half hour before the rescheduled appointment I get a call saying they cannot work on my home due to it being a townhouse. That would have been nice to know while we have been waiting for them and changing our schedule to fit their appointment times.

Jeremy and Torin came to our home on Tuesday February 15, 2022 to remove the bathtub from our main bathroom and replace it with a complete floor to ceiling shower. It is beautiful. They did a great job, I am very pleased. Both Jeremy and Torin were professional and courteous. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up completely after themselves. I am very pleased and will recommend West Shore Home to anyone looking for this type of remodel.

I had provided a review and received an email saying "we are sorry.please call ***-***-****. I called every day this week. Untold time on hold, leaving messages and no one returned my call. Don't know why they will not call me back. I was told one day that the notes said. "They reached out." but no caller ID from them and no messages. If you do not repect me enough to even leave a message, how do I even know you tried rectify? Very unprofessional

West Shore installed a new shower for me in February 2022. The shower is beautiful and better than I imagined it would be. The shower is modern and spacious. Nate and Peter did the installation. They had our old shower torn out and the new shower installed in about 6 hours. They were friendly and professional and made sure that everything was done right the first time.

I was impressed by the low-pressure sales approach and the quality of the product. The price is more than I expected to pay, but in the end I felt that it was fair. You're paying for their expertise, which includes one-day installation, as well as for the lifetime guarantee. I would use West Shore again.

Brandon and Preston showed up on the date expected at the time promised. They were very professional in the work that they did, involved us where necessary and finished the work in a very timely manner. They were very friendly and courteous. The workmanship was excellent. They stayed at the job steadily and finished sooner than I expected. I cannot rate the work they did or the interaction I have had with West Shore Home from the design consultant, to the receptionist, to the actual installers any higher. I definitely rate them 5 star and recommend them highly to any one needing work done. Our tub and shower were replaced by a walk-in shower and it is beautiful.

I will not buy from them based on the constant flood of commercials. I am not sure who the tv personality is on the commercial. I hope the best for them, but please less commercials.

The installers Grant and Rob R were friendly. They put a cover on our steps to keep carpet clean they did a professional job putting the shower in. It really looks nice. They cleaned up nice. We had a walk in shower installed. The guys were way beyond our expectations. The work was nothing but top notch. I will be having this company coming back to do more work. They truly care about you and your home. Our installers names were Brandon & Peter. They are awesome.

When the salesperson, Matthew started his sales pitch he mentioned how his previous customer that day told him to "get the f--k out of my house!". I was shocked and wondered how somebody could be that rude to a person who is just trying to do his job and thought I could never say something like that to a guest in my house. Well 3 hours later I was saying the exact same thing!

This company turned me into someone I didn't want to be. The sticking point you ask? We wanted to take 24 hours to discuss it and do our due diligence! Not really the crime of the century but that turned our sales guy from a genial person into a bully(interestingly this triggered a call to his "supervisor" and got an extra $1,200 off)! You would have thought that I kicked his puppy or something similar!

I tried politely to get him to leave but he wouldn't, insulting us all the while. The price kept getting lower with each insult by the way which was amusing but I finally had enough and started dropping the F bombs. I also started letting him know about what I thought of his product and him personally ending with the phrase I'm sure he hears daily, "GET THE F---K OUT OF MY HOUSE"! Don't waste your time on these guys! If the install is anything like the sales people you will be regretting it.

Steven S. and Brett S. installed our new storm door and new entry door and they were great! They did and amazing job! Highly recommend! They were on time, knew about the products, cleaned up, courteous and did a fabulous job on the installs! The doors are amazing! Very high quality and have been getting compliments every day since the install! Fantastic quality and they look amazing! am obsessed!

West Shore was the only company I contacted to do the work and they did not disappoint. I saw this company do an installation for a widow I worked for and was impressed with their work and professionalism. The team from West Shore was on time and very professional. They were scheduled for 2 days and did the bathroom remodel in less than a day (just like the ad on TV).

The team lead Jim kept the guys moving and they were very respectful and showed us what was going on each step along the way. We went from a tub shower to a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. As both our moms will be visiting and this will be safer for them. Kudos to Jim, Nick, and Blake for a job well done!

Had new front doors put in by them. The guy putting them in put in over 10 shims on one side just trying to get the doors to fit. The two guys were here all day and thought it was fine when he was done. The door does not shut all the way and when I complained someone came out and made it so the only way it would close is by the dead Bolt. When I called about the door pop open and not closing the guy that came out told our neighbor that we messed it up.

They said they ordered us new doors and we are waiting now to hear back. The guys and manager are blaming the manufacturers. Lesson learned is to go with a door company and not a bathroom specialist.

We got our $4,500.00 West Shore shower enclosure for the great price of $8,500.00. Cheap material, cheap fixtures and the shower is not level, it retains about an inch of water in a corner after draining! The installers, well, one of them was rude! they do not return calls about the issues we are having! I would never use this business again nor would I recommend them to anyone! Stay clear and get multiple quotes, don't fall for their "I can only honor this quote for two days" BS! Get additional quotes and let them come last!

Ordered windows in Jan 2021. It is now June 2021 and no windows still. After a half dozen massages since may 1st still cannot get a return phone call.

The whole process was great from the sales person Scott to the installers Joey and Terrence! I am about to order another install on another piece of property I own.

Their pricing was ridiculously high, even choosing the "cheaper" faucets and fixtures. The sales person was very nice and very thorough, we just could not agree on a fair quote.

Excellent experience all around! Great consultation and the work that was delivered was as promised. Very clean, very professional workers and the end result was fantastic! The value and benefit of having the work completed in less than 2 days cannot be underestimated. The cost of the project was not cheap by any means but it was well worth it & I know the overall of the house was increased by more than the cost of the project! Thank you West Shore!

My experience was very pleasant from beginning to end. The sales person, Erik Wood, was very professional and thorough. The installers (Nick M. & John G.) arrived a couple of weeks later (sooner than anticipated) and were also very professional and considerate of the fact that we were still working from home. There was a minor leak in the showerhead after the install was completed and within days of bringing it up, someone else came to fix it with no problem. So far, I'm very pleased with the product & workmanship. Thank you for fixing this problem for good and not just replacing it with a temporary Band-Aid!

Our sales rep assured us that the workers had extensive experience, they did NOT. The edges of both of my bathrooms are cracked. The "attempt" to patch the edges is awful. My bed was used for their equipment and is now damaged with product stains into the wood. The Master bathroom was fully Incomplete and now needs to be 100% removed and re-done! When I use the Master bathroom, the hallway bathroom shower drips!

This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I sent photo's of damage to the Install manager with NO reply at all. And all this for $20,000. Be VERY careful with these people.

The only reason I gave one star is because the crew that came was very nice and had the shower installed in one day. I've read the reviews and all the other one stars are right. A lot of money for a cheap deal. I would have been more cautious in hiring them if it were not for a contractor friend that recommended them. Most expensive mistake I've made in my life. This company is awful.we have been dealing with a front door Install since April, failed inspection, replaced door, 8 visits later, door looks terrible! They send people to fix the problems( made them worse).even the project manager did a terrible job. This was a very expensive door and we just want it right! They DO NOT have all the experience they claim to have.

Extremely disappointing.still waiting another 4 weeks for another appt! Never ever again will we use them. We definitely deserve some kind of refund! Here are just a few pics of their mess.

We are paying $9K for an acrylic shower replacement that is not worth half that. When they removed our shower pan, they gouged a deep hole in our cement floor in front of the toilet. Then they told my husband he would have to fix it. He refused, and they fixed it. What was that about? They put the plumbing end wall in very obviously crooked at an angle (among other issues like a shower door handle that fell off and had to be puttied to stay in place, and the shower floor 'gives' when you stand on it, the drain was totally blocked and had to be snaked before the first shower we took).

They returned at our request to 'fix' the crooked wall by placing a second wall over the first, then neglected to seal the second wall at the bottom, creating an ideal habitat for mold. They also DID NOT CAULK the largest panel across the top. The door and handle materials are low quality, the handle still rattles in place. They were in such a hurry to get out of here, they did a poor job. Ironically, we had two teams here at the same time, due to a cancellation. Not that it did much good. Avoid them, they spend a LOT of time telling you how wonderful they are, then do not live up to it at all.

I am very pleased with the outcome of the work done on my house. The gentleman were quick and very efficient. They worked hard and did a good job. The inspector who came to look at my house was careful and looked at everything.

We could not be happier with our windows and services beginning with the prompt reply to our inquiry, the informative sales pitch by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic man, (thank you Jerry!) to the actual installation by a highly professional team.

We live relatively close to Hwy 60 so there is a certain amount of road noise. We have noticed it has diminished considerably with our new windows.

I would rate America's Window a 10. It's been a very, very pleasant experience for me, and I have nothing but something good to say about them.

We contacted America's Window about replacing some original windows in a 90-year home. During the consultation, we also talked about the condition of our aluminum siding and the cost to replace the siding.

I'm sure we have saved with our new windows. They are much more energy-efficient than the original windows that were in our home. We have really enjoyed the easiness of the cleaning; that has been a big plus.

What I really like best about the windows are the energy savings. I have noticed it in my utility bills, but I also notice it in the comfort of my room. and I don't hear outside noise!

I have just had America's Window install all new winows and found it a pleasent experience. The crew of three were personable and their experence showed in the final product. Having some experence with replacing windows, I knew the problems with replacement in a brick home. They took care not to damage any of the brick and made sure everything was sealed prior to installing the windows.
