Window World

Excellent window systems, installation, and service. We replaced all of the original rope and pulley windows in a historic structure. The new windows are secure, easy to operate, a breeze to clean, much more efficient, and quiet. The entire team at Window World of Louisville has exceeded expectations with prompt and responsive service. I would highly recommend them for replacement windows, and I am very pleased that we decided to use Window World to update our apartment building.

The summer before we had our windows installed my 19 year old Trane ac couldn't maintain 72 degrees. I would come home and it would be 76 degrees in the house. Referred by a trusted friend, price point was great, product was very nice. The installation and follow up communication was a joke. Sub-contracted work. Installation crew was a sub-contractor that did not seem to care about much other than getting in and out. Work was left incomplete, but billed completely. It has taken me countless phone calls and 80 days, no exaggeration on that time frame, to get the work to complete.

The "complete" work is junk. Sales person bid $600 for a custom attic door that ended up being OSB board on hinges (photos). The materials look like they were just laying in the back of the truck when they happened to be forced to finish the job to just shut me up. Hinges had 3 screw holes, they used 1 screw (photos). 80+ Days and the sub-contractor had to come by the house 3 times to "measure", just felt like lies on top of excuses.

Poor quality of work, extremely poor quality of communication from Caleb - the supposed installation manager, extremely poor customer service from the installer who became indignant and argued with me about the job quality, blaming Window World. 80 days from installation to completion, if you can call it that. June at the office was the only redeeming factor, she was very kind and would always take my calls. DO NOT USE. We've started to refer to getting screwed over as getting "Window World'd". Go with Home Depot, at least you might get a call back, I'm still waiting for mine.

I am super happy with my new bay window. Estimated delivery was 7 weeks which was going to be April 1st. My window was delivered and installed yesterday Mar 26th. I love my window and would highly recommend Window World of Louisville. My old window was broken and the salesman gave me three options, fix the glass, replace with regular window, or replace with bay window. I have always wanted a bay window. So I treated myself! I am so happy with my new window. Thank you!

I regret ever trying to do business with this company. I ordered a new door from them because the opening for my door was an odd size. They promised the door in 6 to 8 weeks. It took 16 weeks. The door was two inches taller than ordered.

I have dealt with Window World of Louisville for over ten years and in my multiple dealings, I have always been treated with courtesy, respect, and a very high degree of professionalism. From sales, to installation, to the attention given by the office staff, I am completely satisfied with both the products and the service.

My mother needed new windows so I call the Window World of Louisville and have them go to her house to meet with her since I live in California. A Salesman named Tom showed up and was very courteous and professional to my mom made her feel very comfortable in fact just like family.

Window World has been great. Our new windows kept the cold air out in the winter and the hot air has stayed outside on the hot days so far this season. We can tell a major difference on the bright sunny days over the windows we had before.

Delay after delay. No communication. Representatives don't call back even after they tell you they will. Going on 14 weeks still no window.

I had a quote done and dimensions measured, and told them I would consider it. When I called to schedule an installation, they sent out their same representative. When he got to my house, he did not have the window.

I cannot describe how poor this experience has been. There has not been a single aspect of the installation done correctly. The wrong windows were installed on the front of the house. The correct windows were installed backward.
