I love this company. Great customer service from the time I call in to schedule my appointment to the time my service man comes to my home.

I use Murphy's Heating and Cooling for my home residence. Recently had needed my primary and secondary heat exchange replaced. Kirk and Evan were awesome! These guys know their stuff! Explained everything, very thorough checked and double checked their work to ensure everything was perfect! Have used them before, really great people! I highly recommend them!

I've had them out three times for three different unrelated HVAC issues (two furnace problems and one AC). They always show up on time, find the problem, and fix it at a reasonable cost. Very responsive service outside of normal business hours when furnace quit working.was at my home in about 90 minutes. Very thorough and knowledgeable about my equipment and didn't try to upsell me on unneeded repairs. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We have been longtime customers of Murphy Co. and they are simply the best. They are reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and efficient. Kirk has provided our bi-yearly maintenance for years and that continuity, rare in any business these days, is valuable from our perspective. He knows our system and we trust his recommendations. Recently when we needed to replace our HVAC we were in good hands. I absolutely recommend them.

I have had my heating and air conditioning replaced by Murphy. Chris was great, he gave an honest and complete assessment of my original units. Recommended replacing the air cooling unit and said I would need my heating replaced in the near future. He was correct, and I had him replace the heating unit and air handler about three years later. No pressure just honest and strait forward.

He also assessed my 90 year old fathers heating and cooling equipment after he was quoted a high dollar replacement estimate, and recommended that he only needed the air filter changed out, and to have it serviced in the spring.

My new service company for sure. The techs came out due to my unit being down with the temperature being close to 80 degrees in the house. They needed a part and came back later and finished up the job. The guy could've easily waited until the next day to finish it up but he didn't and fixed me up after 4 o'clock. The tech also gave me some pointers on setting the programming on the thermostat. Great company and highly recommend

We awoke, alarmed, at 5 am to the smell of burnt plastic and had to turn off the furnace on a cold morning. Called Murphy right at 8 am and the repair tech was here by 9:30 and our faulty, failed part was identified, a new part was located and installed by 11:30 am. And our tech left us with some helpful heating efficiency tips, too. Thank you!

We needed a new furnace and received quotes from several companies. Murphy Company stood out from the beginning as they took a consultative approach to recommend what we needed VS trying to sell us an entirely new HVAC system. They provided three quotes with financing options(good, better, best) which allowed us to select the system and price point that was right for us.

Once we made a decision the friendly office staff set us up with an install date the day before Thanksgiving which was way faster than we expected. The technicians were friendly, professional and even took the time to show me how to program our new smart thermostat. Murphy Company made this an easy process and we are very pleased with the experience. They have earned our trust!

Can’t say enough good things about Murphy Company. My family has dealt with them over thirty years. They came Friday and rigged my unit to get through the weekend. They even had space heaters in case they couldn’t temporarily fix it until Monday. When I chose my replacement unit they didn’t charge me for the visit to get it going again. When they showed up Monday I got even more good news, the unit I had purchased was not available and instead of phoning me and delaying the install, I got the next upgraded unit at no additional cost.

I have left them when I couldn’t get off work when they’ve done repairs or maintenance and I trust them implicitly. They are a long strandIng and trusted company I’ve recommended to anyone who’s in need of maintenance, repair or replacement.

AS GOOD AS IT GETS. Chris runs a top notch business. Im a small time builder and used Murphy and Company on my first home flip. Without fail, Chris has responded promptly and fixed any problem I have had with my HVAC (all of which ended up being something I did).... Murphy and Company is honest fast and good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done. I will never use anyone else for my HVAC needs!!!!!

I had Murphys come out and install a filter box on my furnace it was done in a timely manner and done in a very professional way. The installers were very nice and was helpful in explaining a future install of a new unit without any pressure and actually said I would be good for a while longer with the equipment I have now. To me this is a company that really does care about their customers and is not trying to just sell some over priced equipment that is not necessary. I highly recommend this company.
