Once they were paid (before the job was completed) they NEVER returned calls, followed up or showed up for a final inspection. Every single person promised to call me back with updates and I left messages asking politely for response. Finally the project manager Jay called to make an appointment today. He did not call or show up. The product is good but the service is absolutely terrible. I tried very hard to be patient and from order date to installation it took 4 months, follow up to inspection took 2 months. Very unsatisfactory.

On May 24, 2021, we contracted with Armorvue Window and Doors for a front door and sidelight. Hurricane glass and impact resistant. We understand that there were supply chain issues and our door/side light was not delivered to us until January 28, 2022, when installation commenced. As of this date, March 24, 2022, the job has not been completed. We have spoken innumerable times to "Jay" the Supervisor who continually puts us off. I would not order from them again.

The salesperson, Rob, was very professional and taught us a lot about different windows, and what the different qualitities to look for in a window installation. We received 2 more quotes, but ultimately went back to Armorvue for our install. The installers were great, very pleasant, and worked all day without breaks! We are really pleased with the quality and the look of our windows. We had all the windows and a slider done.

I have used Armorvue for years and was a return customer. This last project was hindered by a poor salesman who did not measure correctly and product delivery stopped. However a new salesman and services were excellent, installation was fantastic, product excellent quality and this company delivered and made up for the initial error. The professionalism was above reproach.

1/14/22 Unfortunately, with no blame to Armorvue, just tremendous back orders & shortage of supply, we had to wait a very long time from our order to installation. Rob showed up for my initial quote and I was skeptical at first as I had a bad experience with previous contractors from the company. He reassured me that most of the previous workers were no longer employed by Armorvue. After a few minutes, I felt very comfortable with Rob and his professionalism. He wasn't a high pressure salesman and I had asked for some time to think before my commitment.
First thing the next morning I called to let him know that I had made my decision to go with Armorvue. I know first hand the quality of the windows and doors and look forward to the installation. Will write an update after all is completed.

I used Armorvue a few years ago for impact windows to my entire home and everything went well! Last year I decided to replace the front door and garage access door to impact and once again the job went well. There was a small snag with the final inspection with the front door but with Silvia's amazing assistance the problem was worked out. I have no reason not to recommend this company for impact windows and doors.

Rob arrived in a timely fashion on the same day I called for an estimate for 2 outside doors. He made me feel comfortable with Armorvue and what they had to offer. I signed a contract that day!(Something that I rarely do.) His detailed explanations were a welcome change from other companies and I feel that the installation process will go just as well. That all in addition to an excellent price.

Their prices are better than NewSouth. The service was great and professional all the way through installation. It seems there was a change over in staff and management some time while we were waiting on the inspection and final closeout that caused delays. However, the new staff has been very responsive and eager to do right, which is much appreciated.

Armor-Vue replaced all my windows and front doors with top quality hurricane windows and doors. I have double front doors, two 8' sliding glass doors and twelve windows. Two of the windows were custom made. All doors and windows fit like a glove. The installers were friendly and efficient and were here when they said they would be. They were very neat workers and cleaned up every evening before they went home. They also handled the permit application. I would 100% recommend Armor-Vue. It's definitely peace of mind to know I don't have to deal with panels and shutters anymore.

I have used Armorvue in two different residences that I owned in South Florida. They installed impact glass windows and impact front doors on both places and I have nothing but praise for them. They managed every detail from start to finish including the permitting, final inspection and follow up. I also had a few small items that needed repair after the fact and they were very responsive. Jimmy has been especially helpful and goes out of his way to accommodate his customers.

After my grandmother had customs sliding doors installed she has had nothing but issues from the first installer breaking her valences and blinds to trim in her house and then poorly repairing it. After arguing for a month about the installation and another company telling them there installer did a poor job it had to be re installed. Now after being reinstalled it now floods into her porch this company wants to argue that she now needs special parts to keep it from flooding when she never had this issue until using this company. I would not recommend them to anyone the install was sub par and the service is sub par! It's really sad that they take advantage of people like this!

To top it off John took great pride in his work he left the place spotless not only that he took it one-step further and put my blinds back up. It is so quiet here the windows look awesome.

I just moved into my ondo last month and the first thing I did was to replace the windows. I bought hurricane strength, impact windows so now I feel safe in the hurricane season. I must say I am very impressed with starting the salesman. Then the crew who came out were extremely courteous and treated my household Items with care.

Hi there. Just wanted to let you know I posted the following message on the next Door website which includes 15 nearby neighborhoods. We just two impact Windows installed inour home. Armor-Vue Windows dind a great job at a price, they were quick and courteous and the installers covered everything in the rooms and completely cleaned up afterwards and took away all the debris!
