Update to my previous review. It took a while to get the doors and windows but it was absolutely worth the wait. The pricing is very competitive. Actually one of the other companies that quoted the project recommended Keenan. The products exceeded my expectations (which are usually too high;) ) The installers did an exceptional job. Clean, neat, friendly and professional. You may have to wait a bit for installation because of manufacturing issues now, but I promise it will be worth it in the end.

My Wife and I are very happy with this company. Our door was supposed to be ready for May 20, 2022, and we received a phone call Monday 04.18.22 to tell us that the door was ready to be installed the same week they came to install the door. Everybody was nice since the first time My wife called to get an estimate. they have great prices, and their customer services is excellent. We highly recommend this company to get your new doors or windows.

Had been thinking for some time about getting a new front door and replacing my French patio doors with new impact doors. Thinking IF I ever did it, I'd probably go w/ JVR. I rec'd my Best Pick Report Broward edition and found this company ( Keenan ) with outstanding reviews. I called them and 2 other local companies. I called JVR for an appt. but. after 2 days I went to showroom to look myself.

My job was tiny. but did then set an appt. JVR came on a Wed, and by Friday I had to call them about my estimate, which was given to me verbally. I asked for it to be emailed, never received it. Who does that? 2nd place fella came out, rec'd the estimate, I asked for a change on estimate of a door. never got back, no follow up. Keenan, Dan, came right out. Gave me a written estimate, I gave them one change to the order too, got that back to me right away. BOOK 'EM DANO.

It was a bonus that the price was fair too. My order came in a few weeks early, their installers ( not contractors - which was important to me too) we great guys. The few usual tweaks needed after installation, were take care of after one call - the same day, like 2 hours later. Maybe I just got lucky. They must be busy as they not respond to online contact form, telephone calls, text message until week later. All other vendows like Loews and USA Windiws same day next day estimate.

I cannot say enough nice things about Keenan Window & Door and I recommend them to anyone looking for window or door replacement. We moved to South Florida a little over 3 years ago and had our 3 patio doors replaced with impact atrium doors, then later all windows, then the last project was a glass impact decorative front door. All three experiences with Keenan were outstanding.

I left some reviews after those installations. Today, I must shout their praises once again. Our double front door, we were having difficulty getting that second door unlocked & opened, and we are expecting a furniture delivery tomorrow. I called, and someone drove 40 minutes to my house, to troubleshoot and it was as simple as needing to put a little pressure on the door before releasing the unlocking mechanism. That is the true value of a company, what they are willing to do long after their money is collected.

Just finished the install! Great price and work! It was hard finding someone to quote me, until I found Keenan. They were quick and walked me through every step. The install went smooth and were super adamant about the cleanup afterwards.

Keenan must have more work than they can handle. I liked rep who came to my home, thought quote fair and ready to sign.crickets! I had one or two questions related to quote and no response. I was ready to sign and they were more expensive than 4 of the six quotes I got on new windows but zero follow up by company.

Contacted the owner to replace a foyer window and we provided the correct sizing. We received an estimate and ready to commit. We noted the size and picture on estimate didn't seem to match correctly and asked owner to revisit before deposit made. Owner sent out employee to measure the window. They made error in original estimate. It felt like a bait and perhaps switch deal as now the pricing substantially increased.

We asked them to reconsider their mistake and perhaps a pricing error. Measuring employee, not owner, responded that estimate was correct and cost of doing business currently with them. We cannot recommend this business and will not be doing any business with them. We would have preferred to work directly with owner as originally started, and truly feel the pricing adjustment was more related to commission to employee now involved not simply a correction.

We had multiple estimates completed and Kennan was now the highest to date. Some include the same brand of window product and features. UPDATE: Owner called upset due to this review and offered to address. We declined as the gut says to move on and work with another vendor. We hope your results vary.

Just worked with Keenan to replace existing windows with new hurricane windows. Went with PGT brand windows. Would definitely recommend Keenan. The whole team from scoping the work, installation and the office were great to work with. Quality installation and did all the work with permits.

I have waited 6 months to review Keenan. I was afraid it might be too good to be true. Very impressed with the professional operation from the quote to the installation. Communication is a little rough, just keep calling to get through it will be worth it. Crew was on time, very neat and tidy, they walked us through each step. Windows and doors are perfect, house is so quiet now with the hurricane windows. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Excellent experience from the time I visited their showroom to when they finished installing 3 hi impact windows in my condo. They know their business and do it well. Would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Great company - competitive prices, use their own staff for installation (don't hire sub-contractors). Installed 9 windows and new front door in about six hours, removed all debris (old fixtures and construction mess) from premises and broom swept/vacuumed the work area. Crew was pleasant, polite and professional, as were salesman (Dan the man!) and Sandra in the office.

New windows/door are top quality, hurricane rated and good looking. Oh, and everything passed inspection on the first go-round! This is the company you want to call for your project

Very professional company. All workers were exceptional. Answered all my questions. Great experience. Our impact door looks like it came originally with the house. I would highly recommend this company. Pulling the permit, timing of the work completion, final inspection worked like a Swiss clock. All office employees were also fantastic with customer service and scheduling the job. Best experience ever!

Really had a terrific experience with Keenan. Dan Anderson was very easy to work with in estimating and scheduling our installations. The team that arrived to do the work was professional, cleaned up after themselves, very accommodating to me and what I needed (we have dogs to contend with) and very timely. We have a small house but still the entire install of windows, front door, and new sliding doors took less than two days.

The permit inspection was super easy because the city knows the quality of Keenan's work. A+ experience. And that's a first for me to stay when dealing with contractors in the Fort Lauderdale area. Thanks Keenan for making it so easy.

I just had 4 hurricane impact windows installed in my house and used Keenan Window & Door. I could not be happier. Dan, the contractor who met with us and gave us the quote was honest and to the point, no fluff or trying to up-talk us into something we didn't want. He listened to us and even gave us some advice on a problem window that we are having replaced at a later date. Dan is not a slick salesman, he's a field guy and I appreciate that so much.

The installers that put the windows in, Ray & Jason if I remember correctly, were also awesome. They were friendly, courteous, quick working, thorough, respectful and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. We have minimal touch up paint to do around the new windows which is impressive and they made sure to point out an issue with the shape of the existing window casing that makes the window look crooked when it actually isn't.

They also went around and inspected and tested all the installed windows with me inside & out. We are doing out house in phases and i was dreading the first phase but now because of the great experience we had, I am looking forward to the next phase. Thank you Keenan!

I brought in several companies for quotes on replacing 21 windows, a front door, one pair of french doors and two sets of sliding entry doors. Keenan came back with a very competitive price, and by far the most detailed estimate. I had some floor to ceiling windows in one room that some of the other vendors didn't give me a lot of confidence in their ability to replace, while Keenan made an extra trip out to plan that room. Keenan started the project on schedule, even with a hurricane passing through a week prior to the install. They showed up on time every day, and put in full days.

I just had 3 sliding doors replaced with hurricane impact swing doors by Keenan Window and Door. I have found this company extremely easy to work with, they show up when they say they will, ON TIME. The install crew was outstanding! I know one reviewer rated them poorly for follow up customer service. I have not had any issues so cannot comment on that, however, based on my experience so far I do not have any concerns that if an issue would arise, they would be great about it. The experience was so good, we are considering getting all of our windows replaced now, rather than waiting as we originally intended.

We purchased a home that needed windows. We contacted Keenan windows and they replaced all of our windows and doors with Hurricane impact windows and doors. We even replaced both of our sliding doors with french doors. The whole process went great. From obtaining the quote to installation the whole team was awesome. The pricing was very fair. The work was done completely and thoroughly.

My friends at Keenan arrived when they said they would, stuck to their estimate, and did a great job. They had to cut through tile to remove old accordion shutters. That was extra work for no extra cost. I did have to patch the tile after the fact. Due to the age of the building and how it has settled, it was a challenge to square up the opening to install the new doors.

Keenan Windows is one of the best companies in Ft Lauderdale. They are so professional, they arrived at the exact time they said they would be, which was 8:30AM and were packed up and gone by 1:30PM. they installed 5 windows and a two door slider. I just knew they would be here much later. They came with a 5 man crew and started to work as soon as they got out of the truck.

They came a week earlier and did some prep work, like removing the old storm shutters that were on the windows, so that saved a lot of time on installation day. I highly recommend this company. I live in a condo community and I am the 5th person to use them that I know of and all were very satisfied with them. They came highly recommended to me by all the other tenants. I salute you on a job well done.

They installed 10 hurricane windows, a hurricane door and two soundproof windows. The whole process was awesome. They come right away to measure and we received the quote within a day. The windows were installed in about 6 weeks. They made sure everything was installed perfectly and they pulled all permits necessary, which passed without a hitch.

Replaced original windows from the 1970s with new hurricane storm windows throughout the apartment. We found Keenan Window and Door on Angie's List and hired them after reading the many positive reviews. They replaced 11 windows and a balcony sliding door in our highrise building built in the early 1970s.

We replaced windows in our sliding pass through and replaced the sliding glass patio doors from the master bedroom. They helped us select the PGT windows. WE are very happy with the low energy windows they selected.
