Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Unprofessional. Their uniform literally states "no excuses all American windows" yet nothing but excuses. Two months without proper notifications, excuses on top of excuses. The window finally came and it was a wrong part. Service: Glass installation

I had All American Windows and Doors install all new windows and doors in 2009. I had windows in 2 bedrooms and the kitchen, along with sliding patio doors from both the kitchen and the dining room. Now the door handles are causing me some difficulty to open from the outside. I would like the door handles replaced so that I can open the doors easier.

I called the company on Wednesday and was told someone would call me back SHORTLY. I called again at 2 P.M. and was told someone would call me back by 6 P.M. I called at 7:30 to tell them again. Today is Friday, NO CALL FROM THEM to see if they can help me. If you are looking for a company to help, this company is not what you want.

What a great experience! Purchased my home and the previous owner told us that All American installed all the windows and doors. I contacted the company so they could come and inspect and make sure everything was still properly working. The manager, Ted, was delightful! Sent a crew within days and answered all my questions and concerns. Great company and great service!

They installed the windows in my condo which are under warranty. There are a few small issues with them that need to be repaired. I don't like to write bad reviews for a business, but it is impossible to get a return call. I have called them no less that 10 times. The lady who answers the phone is always kind and apologetic. However, I can never reach a technician. I have now given up and decided to share my experience so others think twice. Ten calls over 2 weeks and multiple messages should result in a returned phone call.

I've placed multiple calls and left multiple voicemails over the past 2 days with zero response. I noticed similar complaints from 7 months ago at which a spokes person mentioned a new phone system. It's funny that the problem still exists 7 months later. I'm now making moves to cancel my orders solely due to lack of communication and response. Long lead times are acceptable, a lack of communication is not.

!horrible customer service it has been 4 months they have half the money up front and two of the window struts and will not come and install the new window struts and does not call and when we call them they tell different stories each time. which is the same as lying to a paying customer.

Great windows and doors really cut down on the street noise.(Margate Boulevard very noisy street). Had a little trouble communicating with them had to chase them down to pay them and get them to frame around my doors and frost film the bathroom window but it's done now and looks great. Still having trouble getting them to give me a receipt and put two weep hole covers on PGT vinyl frame window. I know Covid-19 put a few snags in life so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

I am extremely happy with the new windows installed by All American Windows. They are responsive, professional, and did amazing work. I feel like my house has been upgraded thanks to them. Highly recommended!

Used this company a few years ago, just saw the yelp review I left regarding Dean and the terrible experience I had with them researching a referral for a friend. I would definitely not recommend this company and if you are working with Dean, good luck with that. Left my house without doorknobs for 3 days so no way to enter or leave the home as well as the installers helped themselves to the fridge.

It's funny looking back at the joke and poor professionalism of this company. Never received an apology for the rudeness of Dean or the hundreds of dollars of damage to my property they did- had to hire a contractor to fix it. Also they failed permits multiple times. Save yourself the hassle and huge out of pocket and look somewhere else. Shocked to see any good reviews.

There are TWO companies on Yelp with this name, both with addresses nearby, both "claimed, " which should have been a clue about their commitment to detail. I see that they're expanding, which should strike terror into the hearts of other cities. Stay away. Two years post-install, I'm paying another company $1700 to fix the bad job on the sliding glass door. It's never worked properly and yesterday, one of them completely stopped working.

Immediately post-install, we repeatedly told All American that the doors didn't work correctly and they came up with one b.s. excuse after another, until we finally gave up. Also, I remodeled the kitchen this year, and we discovered that the kitchen window was never sealed properly, so our walls were really damp and had to be ripped out and redone, and the window sealed correctly. Incredibly poor workmanship.

Great overall experience from start to finish. The entire staff was courteous, personable, professional and provided a high level of service. Mark (My Sales Rep) set the expectations from our initial meeting and worked diligently to find the best solution to achieve my goals. The installation was a smooth process with Julio managing his crew and the job efficiently and professionally. They were in constant communication and had my best interests in mind. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They replaced a few windows 4 years ago and did a good job. I called two days ago for a quote for more windows and have not received a return call to date. Next!

We have a large house in North Miami that we are remodeling and our contractor used All American Windows and Doors as the subcontractor for the windows and doors. We ordered approximately $80,000 worth of hurricane proof windows and doors almost a year ago.

My experience with this company has been confusing. We ordered windows in July, and were told 6 to 8 weeks. After pressing the sales agent an ETA, he said The order date was different then what he told me before and they denied ever saying 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. However, I had all the information in writing and forwarded it to him/the manager.

For a moment I was concerned that our sales agent was a fraud because he was denying everything, and in a panic made efforts to confirm his employment with AAW. Now we are told 9.5 weeks, but they are not standing behind that. If the manufacturer decides to backorder, they pass it onto their clients. No effort has been made to get our windows. Update: the person that placed my order was fired.

I think because he told me he could expedite the order, but he really could not. The manager, April, said that the window lead time is 10 to 12 weeks. The manager of the department has provided two updates. Both updates have said that my windows should arrive in 10 weeks time, but they could not guarantee that arrival. So they expect the windows to be available 9/23/15. Update: Windows arrived earlier than they projected by 5 days. When windows were picked up, the staff was helpful at the loading dock. In total, the windows took 12 weeks to come in.

I have been working with AAW for a few months now and they have been reliable, on-time, and fair to work with. I'd recommend considering them for your South Florida window replacement needs.
