From start to installation, the service, attention, and product was exceptional. We had a patio door and frame replaced. There were many details to coordinate. Rod provided expert service. He accommodated a tough installation schedule and worked hard to make it happen. Along with providing an exceptional and beautiful patio door, their client attention exceeded the service I have rarely received. We just had High End impact windows and doors install hurricane impact windows and doors in our entire home. From the moment Dror explained how our windows and doors were going to be installed, we were sold! I literally cannot say enough amazing things about this company. Everyone I dealt with from Rod, to Rich, Joshua, and Roger, were all helpful, professional, and were very willing to communicate with us and meet our needs.

The windows and doors are beautiful and the products that they use are very very high quality. Our home feels more secure, polished, and we now feel like we will have peace of mind during hurricane season. Mark and his team of Fabio and Felix were our installers. I could go on and on about them. They were on time every day and were respectful to our home and to us.

They were polite, soooo pleasant and very friendly. I enjoyed having them come everyday and my dog loved them too! Their work was impeccable! Mark created an organized plan from room to room and I knew ahead of time which rooms they would be working in each day. They protected our furnishings, our things in our home, and they tried to minimize the dust as much as possible, and they did!

The bottom line is this company does it right! They don't cut corners and the installation is stellar! They also give a tremendous amount of attention to detail. At the end of our project, everything was put back in its place and they cleaned up everything and anything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company! It truly was a pleasure working with everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about this company - if I could give 10 stars I would! The name says it all High End! The workers were courteous, focused on their work and cleaned after themselves constantly. They finished sooner than I expected and I am extremely pleased with the results. The window came out beautiful and feel solid and luxurious. I highly recommend!

We had the best experience with these guys! Dror, Rod and Rich were so helpful with choosing windows/doors, scheduling, etc- they were completely upfront and honest about the long wait for the windows and doors. It was totally worth the wait and they communicated quickly whenever we had questions. Mark, Fabio, Felix and the rest of the installers were so professional, kind, and cleaned up after themselves.

I was introduced to the company through a friend who had windows installed in his condo. I elected to use their service based on his recommendation and found them to be competitively priced, highly professional and service oriented. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I might add that the installation was during the pandemic and they took my health concerns into account throughout the installation. In my opinion, they are the BEST!

I went through the process of getting a number of estimates to replace the old windows and doors in my Florida Condo with Hurricane Impact windows and doors. High End Impact Windows and Doors worked with me through the entire process, educating me along the way. They were patient and very professional the entire process. I met with them several times, and after careful consideration signed a contract with High End Impact to replace all my windows and doors.

Because of changed circumstances I had to cancel the contract. I called to explain and cancel the contract. High End Impact cancelled the contract and returned my full down payment. For that reason, I would highly recommend High End Impact Windows & Doors.

This review is factual and written in the hopes that it will truly help all potential customers considering High End Impact Windows. Please read the full review and look closely at the pictures. The owner or office manager may try to refute my review with their side of the story but pictures do not lie. We signed our contract on 9/22/20 and work was fully complete on 9/3/21.

We were quoted 4-6 months, however we were not concerned about the delay. They began work in May 2021, from the time we signed to May there was zero communication from them, it was always us calling to get an update. If responsiveness/time is an issue for you, I would recommend you move on to the next company. Cons: 1 year turnaround time; limited/no communication while waiting Three major errors: We added a new set of sliders, the owner recommended we square off the picture window above the sliders.

We agreed but also told him that we wanted it centered, see first picture below. After debating several times with the owner and foreman that an uncentered window was unacceptable, the owner finally agreed to come to the house. He was argumentative and told us that there was nothing wrong with it. In order to correct this they said they would charge us $4,700.

After going back and forth, again several weeks, the office manager finally said they would give us 500.00 towards the cost to fix their error 4,700. Please take a close look at this picture and decide for yourself. The owner said we never requested the window to be centered and that we wanted a big window. Why would anyone want an uncentered window?

As window experts why didn't they tell us prior to starting the project that this window, the center piece of our house, would not be centered? The reason they could not center the window was because there are support beams, so the simple solution would've been to place a smaller window so that it was centered. Prior to them putting in sliders there was a window there with a centered top window.

The owner was defensive and told us that during our initial interview he gave us some free upgrades and that should be enough. We never asked for upgrades so why would he be throwing that in? My husband and I were floored by his lack of professionalism. We ended up hiring a new company to fix their error $4,700. The entire crew was friendly except for the foreman, Martin.

He oversaw the job and concentrated on our back wall where the extra sliders and uncentered picture window was located. When the job was done he literally threw stucco on our entire external textured backwall. The owner, Dror Max, agreed that this was horribly done and offered to smooth out the stucco and that we could pay one of his guys to retexture it.

Why would we have them put stucco on, smooth it out for us to then hire someone else to texture it? We ended up hiring another company which cost us $1,500.00 to have our back wall fixed. This included fixing the step that leads outside because that was done incorrectly, see pictures. We drove to their showroom to pick out a frosted window for our shower.

Our quote had the correct window item number but when the owner transferred the product number to the contract he wrote the wrong number. They installed a see-through window in our shower. This was corrected months later but it was after an argument and a very defensive owner. He said it was our fault for not catching his error. How would we know what the right product number is? ES locking mechanisms on our sliders are flimsy and have a lot of play.

The owner agreed but ES said that was a normal amount of play. Pros: John, Rod and crew, minus Martin, were very helpful. If only the entire company represented the way they did this review would have been different. I'm a firm believer that mistakes happen but how a company manages them is telling. They did pay 500. towards the error they made but remember the cost to fix their window error is $4,700. In summary, I would not recommend this company and we hope no one ever experiences what our family did.

We signed our contract for this job back in March 2020 with a delivery for June 2020. But due to Covid 19, we had a year delay. We live in a condo on the first floor and have a back wall of windows and High End took care to have them measured and fit without any problems and 3 smaller windows and a door. High End worked with keeping us in the loop with up-to-date information as to when the windows would be manufactured (everything was on hold because of covid-19) and when we might get them installed.

We kept putting a hold until we felt safe having them installed. We opted to have them installed after we were vaccinated which happened this June, 1 year from when we were going to have them installed. All I can say is Rod worked with me and we got the job done. The crew went above my expectations with the way they installed the windows and door in 3 days.

I was expecting a huge mess but they did a great job of keeping that down to a minimum. I would recommend High-End Impact Windows & Doors to anyone looking for hurricane windows and doors price was right the service with the highest quality in windows and doors. Now we can feel safe when a hurricane is on the way and not have to worry about any damage from the storm.

After interviewing several companies I decided to use high end impact windows and doors for my beachfront condo. Not only was the salesman friendly and informative but we were invited to visit their business to see the actual windows that would be installed. That was not offered by the other businesses. The installation team was first rate and the job was done on time.

When the team left the place was spotless. After visiting other units in the building I'm convinced we have the highest quality, best installed windows. I have recommended high end impact windows and doors to several neighbors and friends. I completely stand behind this local company

My wife and I have just have 13 windows and a walk-out door replaced by the Highend Windows and Doors of Pompano Beach. We have a condominium on the 19th floor. Three of the windows were quite large, 8 x 4 feet. The quality is outshanding, the workmenship superior, and the cooperative spirt of their company was very good.

A few months ago my husband and I purchased a condo on the beach. All the windows needed to be replaced. After researching quite a few window companies we decided to go with Highend. Their prices were very fair and we had a good feeling about Dror. Our instincts served us well! We replaced 3 sliding glass doors, 12 windows and 3 big panels on the side of the building.

Dror, HighEnd, and the crew did an excellent job replacing all the windows and doors in our condo. They handled the job with professionalism, thoroughness, and cleanliness. Perhaps the most significant item for me was how well they dealt with some problems with the glass. They took the matter in stride and handled it without difficulty.

We had all the glass replaced in our ocean front Condo and are happy with the work. Highend made several recommedations that added a lot to what we finally contracted them to do. I would recommend them and believe you will be happy with their work. Their staff is very professional and they make every effort to make sure they leave you property like it was before they arrived.

We had new high impact bedroom windows, bay window in the kitchen, and French doors off the living room installed in our home in Ft. Lauderdale. Dror was our first contact at HIGHEND. He was very professional when he visited the home to discuss products available, pricing, and installation. Jason and his crew did the installation over a 3 day period and are incredible to work with.

They took my info over the phone and sent me a quote. I stopped by their little store to see the products and discuss the project with them. They did not look very open for any discussions. During the conversation I mentioned I did not want to buy the brand they were pushing and requested another one.

The staff workers are conscientious of their surrounding/premises in order to ensure they don't cause any damage to the home owner. Respectful and courteous staff. Want to leave you totally satisfied.

We had two separate windows replaced that were very difficult to shutter in preparation for storms. I was very impressed with the installers professionalism and the quality of product delivered. Very happy with the result and most definitely would recommend High End.
