We are a full service provider of ornamental and architectural metal products. Our 31,000 square foot facility, located in Jacksonville, Florida includes a 5,000 square foot showroom to begin the design process. Here you can view samples of railings, gates, fences, columns, furniture, garden ornaments and many types of miscellaneous items in steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum and bronze.The design process will continue with photo albums, design catalogs, sample components and computer aided design software. Once a design is chosen we can prepare engineered shop drawings and proceed with fabrication.

Aluminum ornamental fence custom built by Edwards will out-last any of the flimsy, mass produced alternatives that many other companies offer. I'd give a zero if that was an option. We're an HOA and have used Edwards for years. Recently we replaced our laptop computer which allows us to input codes into the gate control box. I was having difficulty transferring the data. The issue was the laptop had to be powered up after the cable was connected. I did that as the "tech" arrived.
The data transferred. Our HOA was billed $300 for zero work. I called Edwards to discuss the charge. I was told someone would call back the next morning. Of course they did not. When I called I spoke to the owner's son who could not have been ruder. If you looking to do business with a company with any level of human decency or slightest hint of customer service orientation I'd strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

Not good people! I contacted this company for my company. We had quite a bit of product that we needed for our project. First reason I would never use this company is that they try to rip you off. They were more than double the cost of their competitors. I suggest you never use this company without getting prices from at least two other companies.
The other reason is that they are very unethical as they started to badmouth another company. I never mentioned any other company to him. I actually got quotes from a couple of other companies after I spoke to Edwards and I am sooo glad I did. The other company was amazing from beginning to end. Their price was better and their quality was as good as it could possibly get.

Edwards Ornamental was professional and great to work with! They restored our existing wrought iron gates and made them look like new! They also added automation for opening and closing and were able to make it work using the refinished gates! They were professional, made sure everything was completed to the utmost standards and it all looks beautiful! I highly recommend Edwards Ornamental!

It was a please to work with Edwards Ornamental Staff and crew. Lloyd, Vice President, of Edwards Ornamental Iron, was very helpful in our decision on the design of the gate and the timeline. Due to the weather, and inherent delays from other sub contractors, Lloyd just made sure that he and his crew could accommodate our needs. The Gates were brought in early to measure against the fence and the poles that came with the gate were expertly placed in the ground.

Working with Lloyd Thurman was an absolute pleasure. He was so gracious when he gave us a tour of their showroom. Being able to go behind the scenes to the back of the building where the welding is done allowed us to see the various options we could select for our railings. The two gentlemen who came to install the railings were very professional and we have received numerous raves from our neighbors and friends as to how the railings have enhanced the look of our front porch. I would absolutely recommend this company.

From the initial phone call to the day of installation, Edwards Ornamental Iron exceeded all expectations. I had a lot of concerns mainly about putting holes in my step and deck. Lloyd was a very nice guy. He was very patient with me and were happy to came out a second time to easy my concerns explain things in detail and reassure me of the process. They lessened to my personal needs and desires and incorporated it into the railing design. I appreciate that they took payment by credit card without extra fees, i paid half up from and the rest afterwards. The install crew arrived about 0830 they were quite and cleaned after themselves at each step of the process. I am overall happy with the outcome.

In 2016 it is so hard to find quality craftsmanship. It seems everything is made from cheap Chinese garbage. Not so at Edwards Ornanmentals solid American construction is put into all they do. I'm proud to be a costumer of this fine company and I recommend them to anyone who wants solid gates and rails installed on their property.
