Our refrigerator was acting up, actually it wasn't acting at all. I first noticed the problem when I opened the fridge in the morning to prepare breakfast. The fridgerator wasn't cold! All of the frozen items in the freezer were melting and ice water was dripping everywhere. So naturally I called the techs over at SoCal and they were at my house in under an hour.
