Had new roof and some plywood installed eight months. It appeared they did a good job. Were on time and cleaned up. But shingles already showing signs of wear. Weird dent marks spread all over. One shingle looks almost like it has a hole. Several shingles lifting up. One shingle buckling. Not even a year into what should have been a long roof. We will see what happens over the next few years.

Sound Roofing did an excellent job on our roof. I would highly recommend them. They were timely, professional and their materials and labor have a great warranty.

So far, so good. Bret was awesome. The crew too. They showed up on time, did the work as scheduled, and cleaned up well when they were finished. This company was recommended by my dad and he was not wrong. They were all pro.

I have been trying to get a hold of sound roofing for weeks now to seal our roof around our scuppers they installed incorrectly. all I want them to do is fix an issue they caused and I have called, emailed, all multiple times. Talked to multiple people and nothing has been done. They even told me someone would be out to fix it a few times and no one ever showed up. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend working with them.

It took them several months to tear up our wall and not repair our roof. It took another few months to get them to respond to our calls to repair the torn up dry wall. They sent a guy who refused to wear a mask in our home, claimed COPD prevented him from wearing a mask. he was a dry waller supposedly. who can't wear a mask.so we sent him packing, out of caution.

We called to tell them about their maskless drywaller and the dispatcher seemed surprised by their employee's refusal to practice safety in our home. I guess she didn't know he had COPD. She said she'd send someone else out, but never did and never called back. We finally got someone else to do the drywall through a different outfit so essentially, we paid an enormous amount of money to NOT get our roof repaired and to be entirely ignored for months before paying someone else to finish their work. Buyer beware.

Called first thing the morning after a storm reporting suspected roof leak on new roof (with 40 year warranty) less than 18 months in. 36 hours later no callback. Wrote email last night complaining about lack of response. No response today. Now 48 hours after reporting suspected leak I have not heard from anyone.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof. Excellent workmanship at very reasonable price for roof and gutters. It was a pleasure working with Vince and his team. I highly recommend Sound Roofing!

Sound Roofing installed a PVC membrane roof on our house. I should also note that our roof is large and technically challenging. They also had rot, skylight, and venting issues to contend with. Our initial impression is that these folks do wonderful, high quality work. Compared to the previous roofer, it is night and day. With all the heavy rain recently, I've already noticed it drains much, much better as well. You can clearly tell the installers cared about craftsmanship. Aaron and the crew that came out were great to deal with. We would highly recommend them.

These guys did an exceptional job. To start it off their bid was extremely detailed and included extra flashing where the roof meets the gutters and siding. The site was kept clean while the work was being performed and our new roof looks great. They also helped us a lot with color selection as it was difficult to choose. We've had very few large home projects that go this well. We are very happy with the job from Sound Roofing and would not think twice about using them again.

Overall we give them an excellent rating. They were prompt in getting us an estimate and working us into their schedule. The cost was reasonable and the work very professional and on time.

Called multiple times to schedule a roof recertificarion and they won't call back, eventually Adam called me to tell me they don't so it why couldn't the customer service have knowledge to tell me this up front instead of wasting my time.

There are no words to express how through, professional, detailed, honest, and impressive this roofing company is. We marveled at every stage. Each man on this crew is a professional, every detail was included in the estimate with no hidden costs.

My roof was done in Feb 2015. I waited this long to see if any problems cropped up. None did! I had the roof done with CertainTeed comp roof and nine Tam skylights. No problems at all. Other companies wanted 4-5 days. This company said two days and it was, in fact, two days. Good cleanup and good followup. Good price, good installation, done quickly. Works for me.

They showed up on time and worked very hard to strip off old shake. Great attention to detail and cleanup. The crew was a pleasure to have around. Very polite to my wife and myself and communicated very well when we had questions and concerns. Overall job is fantastic and I would hire them again!

And I liked Vince when he came by for the quote. After the job, I was extremely pleased. I have since recommended them to friends who were also very happy with the work. I would pick Sound Roofing again in a heartbeat.

We did receive a lower quote from another company, but we told Sound Roofing what the other company had quoted us and they beat the other company's price. Overall, we had a great experience with Sound Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone!
