Bought a flip house where someone created an open floor plan by taking out a supporting wall leaving the ceiling sagging. Greaves came in with the best price and the best solution for adding the support back to the area. Couldn't be more pleased with the work, crew, price and the fact they were so easy to work with. I highly recommend Greaves!

We hired Greaves Construction to separate a large upstairs loft area in our home into two rooms. To say we're pleased with their work is an understatement. The crew came on time and finished on schedule. The care with which they treated our home in the process was even more impressive. I can truly say they left our home immaculate. Finally, the quality of their work is unparalleled. Jon even built us a custom door that ended up looking better than what I was considering ordering when we first started planning the project. Overall, Jon's expertise and professionalism are truly exceptional and we're grateful to have found Greaves Construction! We had a pipe break in the kitchen and decided to remodel. Will Greaves, and everyone involved in this 4 month project were phenomenal! The kitchen is magazine worthy! We removed half walls to create open concept in our Mid-Century Modern. Wow! And when we had minor issues two months later, they came immediately and took care of it! We LOVE Greaves!

So I called this company to ask some questions in regards to a counter top. The lady answered the phone I said "hi who do I have the pleasure of speaking with." She said Ron, well you called me so who I am speaking to, what do you want. She was very rude. When I am speaking to someone I like to address someone by their direct name. THEN moments later she clicked on me.
I called back confused. When she answered I said " hello, this is Tiffany I just called" she began going off on me. Saying I hit one of her biggest pet peeves. She then clicked on me a second time. First off, you are a business LEARN TO SPEAK PROFESSIONAL. She was very rude and very unprofessional for no reason. I will give her customer service a zero if I could.

Greaves Construction completed a big renovation project on our 1950 Davis Island home which included the kitchen, all living areas, laundry room, master bed/bath and a garage addition. Jon and his team- Bernie, Will, Matt, John, Joe, Nick- all were courteous, focused on details, and took great care every step of the way. They dealt with everything as though they were dealing with their own homes. Jon provided creative solutions, helpful suggestions and alternatives.
The craftsmanship was incredible and they did what they said they would do. We ended up with a beautiful "new" home and it's everything we'd hoped for. I would certainly recommend Greaves for your home renovation and we would gladly use them again!

I contracted Greaves Construction to remodel my laundry room. Although a small room, this job involved moving the gas line, dryer vents and electrical as well as all new cabinetry and countertops. I met with several other contractors, and although Jon Greaves did not have the lowest quote, he came with the most experience and great ideas for improving the space.

It is my pleasure to recommend Greaves Construction Company. When my elderly mother sustained a spinal cord injury and was confined to a wheelchair, I had to renovate her home to safely accommodate her needs. I contracted Jon Greaves because of his expertise as a CAPS (Certified-Aging-in-Place Specialist) contractor. They completed the work within the time frame quoted.
