Critical: Professionalism This place is right next door to my apartment complex. I Love waking up on Saturday at 6am to the sound of gravel being dug and loud employees. No consideration whatsoever rude.

After meeting with Kathy Nieto, we really hit it off. She offered ideas, adopted our ideas, and is great to work with. It was a real collaborative effort. When minor issues came up during the project, they were listened to and corrected. The team is incredibly responsive. In terms of budget, we did not want contractor grade, we wanted solid high/mid-range specifications.

We made significant changes to our budget, primarily due to changes that we requested as we went, but even with adjustments along the way, we felt it was worth it. You get what you pay for! Nick and the field staff were fabulous. Their craftsmanship shows, they really pay attention to detail and have a great deal of pride in their work. The results exceeded our expectations!

They listened extremely well and couldn't be more helpful and so easy to work with. We highly recommend Interior Trends Remodel & Design and will certainly go back to them for future projects.

The most important thing I wanted in a company was to be treated right and have them treat my house like it was theirs. Interior Trends delivered. I loved their attitude and professionalism and knew they were the right ones for the job. They came up with ideas that I never even thought about and some that just made good sense. When something minor arose, they happily corrected the issue and had incredible follow-up service.

They stayed in touch throughout the process and were cool people who were easy to work with. This was the first time ever that a project was corner-to-corner perfect. I have already hired them again for an Arizona room conversion project. They are absolutely #1 and I highly recommend them.

I had someone come out to take measurements and come up with a design and estimate. They said it would take 2 weeks to get back to me. After being patient and waiting a month I called the office. The person in the office said they would check and get back to me but I never heard a peep. I moved on.

I just wanted everyone there to know how thankful I am for the 'roll-in shower' and high-rise toilet you did for us several years ago when you redid our master bathroom. I had one hip replaced the end of October and the other scheduled to be replaced in early January.

We hired Interior trends to do a complete down to the studs remodel of kitchen, family room and (one year later, an outdoor BBQ/kitchen/slate eating area. Kathy N, the engineer/construction supervisor and her wonderful team helped us understand options for wall movements, door placements and changes necessary in structural adjustments. Kathy L the designer was very patient as she walked us through options of style (Mediterranean, traditional, modern, etc.) and small design issues (faux painting, appliance matching, cabinet wood and pulls, etc).

Work included moving one wall and changing one entry door into the kitchen area. cabinets were all designed from scratch with an excellent functional work area that flows well today after 4 years. The two types and color of granite are perfect compliments and add so much to the kitchen look and functionality. We found all the workmen to be conscientious, skilled and open to questions and ideas.

What few little things went not according to plan i.e. termites found on removal of old cabinets or hole punctured in adjoining bathroom wall, were all dealt with quickly and efficiently by Nick, the onsite foreman. Not only were they top notch in all ways, but we brought them back a year later to do a backyard outdoor kitchen, again with the same level of expertise.

Perhaps the best example of ultimate service occurred 2 years after completing the back yard BBQ/outdoor kitchen, when a piece of the slate behind the BBQ collapsed in after a heavy rain storm. Nick was on the spot within a short period of time and not only had it repaired and reinforced, but had his crew completely rebuff the entire slate area even fixing some chips we had put in it.

What a surprise to come home and find them rebuffing and resealing the slate. Over all a pleasant experience remodeling (I used to think that was an oxymoron) with an excellent team, dedicated professionals at about the same price or slightly higher than other bids we had but so much more value than we anticipated.

Interior Trends Remodel & Design (ITRD)remodeled our mid-century house and we are ecstatic! Not only was the remodel fabulous, but so was the process. This was a large project, which involved, every room in our 3,000 sq.ft.

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Interior Trends. They made sure that the work was done right and done well. They also handle everything from the major work to the small touch ups, which isn't something that happens with every company.
