Absolutely first class service from Chase Heating right through from sales to installation! It was easy to book a showroom consultation online and I was really pleased with the information I received when I visited the showroom. The staff advised me and helped me choose the right woodburner for my home. They were also very easy to get in touch with on the phone whenever I needed to ask questions post sales.

My showroom visit was followed up by a site survey by fitter Dan who was very thorough, helpful and knowledgeable - I really trusted his advice and suggestions. I was extremely impressed by the fitting carried out by Dan and Steve - they were expert at their job and extremely tidy. They respected my home and left everything sparkling clean - great attention to detail! I wouldn't hesitate to use Chase heating again, and highly recommend them!

Dan and team at Chase Heating are brilliant and easy to deal with. They also contracted Bennetts Burners to fit the burner and stone fireplace for me which was fast clean and carefull. I would highly recommend Chase Heating and Bennetts Burners for honest straightforward advice, service, and fitting. Chuffed to bits.

Richard is great and very knowledgeable. We are looking for some stone hearths and this was the only place that has some. Stove range and stock is mega, definitely place to go to for advice and stock (including wood). Thanks!

Bought a pizza oven which it turned out was out of stock, Dan and others worked hard to source an alternative for me and were brilliant at keeping me up to date and getting the oven to me in good time

I purchased a new glass for my Dunsley woodburner from their eBay site, unfortunately the incorrect glass was sent to me. I contacted Chase Heating, and they were very helpful, arranging for the correct one to be sorted, and Daniel who works there even took it home so that I could collect it from his house, (he lives five miles from me), instead of having to drive to Pershore, or wait for another delivery. I shall purchase from this company again.

After much research we decided on Chase Heating. We brought our log burner and both the product and service were excellent! Highly recommend.

The cost of the two home air conditioners, attic fan and wine room air conditioner that we purChased from you was fair and cheaper than the quotes we received from the other heating & cooling companies we checked with.

After having spent a long time searching for a suitable provider of a log burner to be installed into our home, we were recommended to use Chase Heating. We were quoted and advised upon the package, though this was without the advice of the installation of a storm cowl as we were subsequently told by the MD of Chase Heating "it would have pushed the quote up and we probably wouldnt have bought from them" This was ill advised due to the positioning of house as it would soon prove to have been an essential need to have one fitted.

After issues with smoke leakage into the house and also rain pouring down the chimney and flooding the burner, causing leakage onto the newly fitted stone hearth, we contacted Chase Heating regarding the issues, the managing director came out to assess the situation and advised us we needed a storm cowl. The lack of initial advice and assesment of the situation was greatly lacking and consequently the after care was very poor with the feeling of the company washing their hands of the situation and after 6 weeks there was still no follow up by the company either by phone, email or letter.

When we called to chase this up we were advised that the MD was on holiday and that no one else would be able to help us. We have now had a local installer out to fix the situation and they have been more than accomodating at rectifying the problem that Chase Heating should have dealt with in the initial installation.
