Personal Touch Pool Care

I highly recommend Personal Touch Pool Care for any pool renovations or service. During a time when it's very difficult for us to find reliable people/companies to renovate or repair areas of our house, Personal Touch has been our best experience by far. Mat was very responsive when we reached out to him with an inquiry to remodel our pool. He quoted a fair price, even given supply chain issues and when we agreed to the price, he immediately brought over samples so that we could make a decision and get the ball rolling.

As soon as tile and products were delivered, they got started and the entire remodel only took about two weeks. Mat provided us an update on progress just about every day and when they were finished, we were very happy with the results. Mat and his team also replaced the chemicals in our pool, cleaned it our and checked on it regularly after the renovation was complete. We paid half about half-way through the renovation and paid the rest when they were completely finished. Again, you won't find a better pool company to work with.

Just finished a major job on our pool with Brandon at personal touch Pool Care installing a new gas heater and remote app so we can access our equipment remotely. Brandon completed all of the work on time and stayed within the estimated budget so we are 100% satisfied with their service. Personal touch has also been doing our weekly pool maintenance since 2017 and they do a great job!

Our pool pump had been leaking for a while and it finally gave out several weeks ago. We tried for months to have the leak fixed by Personal Touch Pool Care, but once the pump went out, we just couldn't take it anymore. We switched to Larsen Pools in Denton who repaired the leak and replaced the pump the next day. I can't speak to using Personal Touch for pool construction, but our experience with their pool maintenance department was horrible.

Pool maintenance and repair for both equipment and surfaces. We've been a customer for 15 years and have received top notch attention and priority service. Matthew saved our pool by taking our call very after hours and walking us through the winter storm and on how to winterize our pool - much later than any business normally answers the call. Blake and team maintain and care about our pool as if it was theirs. They feel like family and can be trusted with anything and everything pool and more.

If you're reading this review, then you have made the very wise decision to not do your own pool care or repairs. Your time is much better spent doing other things! I have been a customer of personal touch pool care for about a decade and they have been nothing but excellent. I have used them exclusively for years of weekly service as well as numerous repairs.

If you aren't aware, pool equipment occasionally breaks. Nature of the beast. I've never had any issues with either the work they performed or their business operations. They are always punctual, conscientious, and always do their work with the upmost in professionalism. Stop wasting time reading reviews and choose this company.

Personal touch pool care does a GREAT job of servicing my pool. Anything I need or any service that is applicable to pools they can help me with! They are prompt and always take care of the problem.

They came out promptly and conducted a pool school, covered very little in comparison to cost. Maybe we didn't know what to ask, but thought that was their job to teach us. The salesman was nice, office staff were exceptional when we called to pay. Great experience just not much bang for your buck.

He was the first one to show up on time and give us an estimate when he said he would. He gave us a great price on installation of a pool heater and blower for our pool. Other companies said they had a great price, but turned out to be trying to over charge us.
