Horrible! I paid over 900 for a roof repair and less than six months later it started leaking again! I called them up to fix the repair. I was diplomatic about it because things happen. they refused to fix it and called me rude. They cussed at my mom and then set me an invoice to repair it. I could see if it was like a year or two later but I refuse to shell out more money (another 900) for them to repair a repair. I think they are racist too. Please go somewhere else! I went somewhere else and it only cost 250!

Very good experience with Union Roofing! Very knowledgeable, very efficient and didn't leave a mess. I feel they are very honest and prices are fair. I would highly recommend.

Absolute frauds. When you schedule a visit for an estimate, the guy will show up with his whole team and pressure you into getting the roof done that day. The guy doing the estimate appeared professional, but the yahoos that actually did the work left trash, were loud, and did a crap job. 6 months after the new roof was on, it started leaking. I called and the same guys came out, stayed 10 minutes and said they fixed it.

I could not tell where they had applied any tar or sealed anything. 6 months after that and I have a new leak in the kitchen. I looked on the roof and the seams are pulling apart and the tar around the drain is full of holes. I don't even want to bother to call them again because I doubt they'll fix it. Stay far away from these people.

Our condo association hired Union Roofing to complete a maintenance inspection of our roof in North Wildwood and to fix any problems. They charged us $2850 to complete this roof inspection and repair. Within 3 months one of the units reported a major leak on their ceiling. After several calls to the company my husband finally got through to one of the owners. The owner didn't give my husband the time of day and insisted on not fixing the problem without additional charges and then hung up on him. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Roofs they fixed (front and back of house) are still leaking. Was then told it was the siding in the front and back of my house that needed to be fixed and that was what actually caused the leaks. They were supposed to come back to replace the siding but they haven't come back, despite calling a bunch of times to try to get someone to come. Same line each time "we'll be down in the next few days." It's been over a year, and this started before COVID so that can't be a legitimate excuse.

I hired Union Roofing to look at my shore house roof because a couple of shingles had blown off. They were professional and showed up on time for the work. I' was not at the location, but they told me that the roof needed reconditioning for $1600, which I agreed to. I checked my Ring cameras and their team of 2 guys were there for a total of 37 minutes.

They were on the roof for about 15 minutes. Obviously I was getting the "no owner around to watch" pricing. I spoke to their business' owner and he was professional but maintained the cost of his labor forced them to charge that much. He ultimately agreed to cut the pricing in half, which I agreed to pay. They aren't a trustworthy company. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Loved the work that they did for me first the siding and then address my roof on time, professional from the girls in the office and laborers and then Joe who was fantastic. After my roof was done it rain two day straight that was the true test no issues tight and dry. No leaking into my crown molding. I'm a happy customer and yes I will be calling them back in the spring to do my porch roof

A few years after my roof was installed I had a leak on the back roof (tar). Called them because I was still under the guarantee. Frank came out and immediately blamed it on the siding people. he did a water test and let me tell you the water test is bull. I went through this for 3 years. finally got the siding company to come out and replace the very large dormer on the back of the house. still leaking. Frank still blaming the siding co.

So he finally sent a guy out with muck (i wanted the metal too but he refused) Guess what? His guy told me there was a hole in the roof and he could see my rafters! florida room ruined and years of frustration and it was his roof the whole time.a 4 x 6 roof?

Hands down the best company that I have ever worked with. Polite punctual reasonable clean excellent company to work with! this is coming from someone who doesn't use usually leave reviews unless they are bad so it is a refreshing experience to be able to gloat when I find a great company. If you need any roof work done I highly recommend Union roofing!

Can not recommend this company. My roof ("a 30 year roof") is barely 15 years old, and it needs to be completely replaced. Even the siding must be redone. Among defects identified by several responsible bidders in common: underlayment not correctly cut and secured, flashings not properly installed, shingles not correctly cut, shingle runs not secured with nails; siding not properly cut, capped or caulked (resulting in wood damage and leaks), and so forth.

The contractors have also raised issues about the quality of materials (I.e., certain types of wear patterns and cracking should not be seen on premium asphalt shingles which Union ostensibly used) and siding (multiple types of siding used, "scraps" used instead of standard length runs, among other materials defects). Be forewarned if you use this Company: verify the materials that are used, and do not remit final payment until you get an independent contractor on the roof to review and approve the work.

I got my roof done and my windows capped with union roofing. I called they gave me price and came out to do the job. I have nothing bad to say about union roofing. I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you for getting the job done

Frank is an super amazing person, extremely helpful and compassionate. His work is impeccable and is follow up and follow thru is great! Great Company and very affordable! #TeamFrank@UnionRoofing! He did me and my neighbors roof years ago and we haven't had a problem yet. I refer him to everyone I know because they stand by thier work!

I left a message for an estimate on Sunday evening. My call was returned 5:30 am the next day by an extremely rude and unprofessional man who hung up the phone when I asked about the price of the estimate. Please do not waste your time and money.

Very pleased with the work and the professional crew. They were courteous, knowledgeable and the job was completed in a timely manner. They even went the extra mile and fixed some areas in our siding that could have been a source for our leak.

I highly recommend Union Roofing. Very responsive, communicative and professional, and quality of work is outstanding. They are head and shoulders above others I've dealt with. Joe Dougherty is fantastic. He is a pleasure to work with. Communicates well and delivers on his promises.

After encountering a dead beat contractor to fix my leaking roof unsuccessfully and who wanted to replace the entire roof- I called Union Roofing for a second opinion. Turns out it was the heating stack which caused the leak into the ceiling not the roof. it was 1 and done! Pat was extremely professional- didn't try to make something more expensive but trying to fix the entire roof by taking the least path. Great and fast service. Office staff was extremely professional and expedient - thanks Michelle I recommend Union!

I was back and forth for almost two weeks to get someone from Union Roofing to come to my home and assess my roof. I did not appreciate the attitude I got over the phone when I was finally able to set a date and time. I had to take off from work to accommodate when someone was able to finally visit the job site. After all of the coordination the appraiser (Joe) took just two measurements and some quick pictures and said he would need to consult with his team to be able to provide a recommendation and appraisal for my situation.

He claimed he would follow up but never did. I've reached out repeatedly to the direct phone line and the administration but no quote or follow up was ever conducted. This was a complete waste of time. Given the scope of other negative reviews and the lack of communication from them for my job I want to warn other homeowners to avoid waisting their time with this company.

If you are able to get someone on the phone make sure the individual they send out is experienced and that your type of roof is something that falls within their purview of expertise.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! I rarely write reviews but this needed to be done. So, I used this company because they are listed on my mortgage company's PHFA's "Approved HEELP Contractors" list. They came out and said they would do the work on flat roof, porch roof, and shed kitchen roof for a discount if we paid cash and had it done that day.

We did it, and have regretted it immediately. They never provided us with the "Warranty" or "before and after pictures". We have had multiple leaks since, most recently yesterday. I called the company today and the man that answered the phone informed me "We don't keep records, we are old school" told me to have a nice day and ended the call!

In total shock. I called back to get his name so that I could make a complaint to the BBB and a very polite woman answered the phone. As I was explaining what happened to her someone started talking to her ( maybe the it was old school himself ) and she put me on hold. I had to hang up because I am at work. I dont even care if they want to fix the roof, I dont want them to touch ANYTHING I own. And just in case you read this sir, "OLD SCHOOL" kept amazing records, they just used paper. OLD SCHOOL also had pride in their work and valued their customers.

Very professional and focused staff. From the receptionist to the roofers they are friendly and quick to respond and follow-up with service. The are are a 5 star company.

I'm totally disappointed with this company, I paid too much for my roof coating. They also told me they were going to install roof insulation vents, they DID NOT install them properly. I have a video camera over looking my garage roof and I watched the roofer place the vents on the roof without opening a ventilation hole. The glued them down on the flat roof, they useless installed this way. I will never use this company again and neither should you. WORST ROOFER I EVER USED.

Do not use this company. They charged over $5000 and installed a roof that leaked less than 7 days of the installation. They keep saying they will come back out to fix it but don't show up. If I get further damage to my property, I will sue them. Calling the office does nothing. They are probably at the shore enjoying my $5400 while I'm dreading the rain! Please avoid aggravation and use another company. I wish i could give no stars!

Union Roofing did my neighbors roof (Twin House). I did not appreciate them throwing leaves, cigarette butts, roofing nails and scraps of sheet metal onto MY flat roof. VERY unprofessional. I guess they think a neighbor will never check the roof. This was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would never hire them, for this reason alone.

I called Union Roofing to give me a quote on my roof. They came out when they stated they would meet me. ( Unlike a lot of companies that either show up late, or don't come at all) They gave me a very good price and finished the job within 2 days as promised. The crew was very neat and professional. They also guarantee they're work. I highly reccomend Union Roofing. AAA+++ rating!

Seems to be the theme here, if you don't have a leak in your roof, they will clearly make on for you then try to charge you $2,000 for immediate repairs. please, please go somewhere else where you can talk to the owner!

Frank was punctual and completed the work we needed done quickly. He also provided us with documentation that our windows were sealed and caulked as per our buyers request. I am unsure why the yelp reviews for this company are so bad, as their google reviews are excellent. Thank you for your help, Frank!

We were not provided a copy of a written warranty (just a receipt for payment)at time of service so when we called to have repairs done we were told the work was not covered. They've been uncorporatative throughout this process and still have yet to explain exactly WHAT IS covered under warranty. I will never refer them and only deal with them because I still want to know WHAT'S COVERED for the money I paid.

Don't let union roofing touch your house they put new slide doors in and where made 2short they said it would be fix 2 years and 100 phone calls and still not fix now I need a lawyer

BEWARE! I would NOT use this company! Please check their online reviews before hiring! We hired Union Roofing to replace and fix our leaking roof and skylight. December 2017 roofer comes out to check on the roof. He demands $1000 to re-coat the roof. I was told I would be out of warranty and the roof would not be covered for any leaks. This was never explained previously.

I told him I'd prefer to wait until the weather breaks. Of course, the roof begins to leak immediately after the roofer went on the roof. There were no signs of leakage prior to this refusal to give them $1000 immediately. When I called to address the leak they were rude and unaccommodating. Their contract states there needs to have a re-coating within 3 years or the warranty is void.

I explained to the roofer that I'd prefer to get the roof coated when the weather is not between 2-10 degrees. I was told I am out of warranty and the roof would not be covered for any leaks. I spoke to several roofers who state its best to wait until the weather permits to do a coating or there could be additional issues. When I bought that up to the roofer he ignored the fact that it has been below 20 degrees for the last month. When I called to speak with the owner the staff was rude. I was told he was unavailable and would not call me back. I was told a supervisor would call me. Still waiting.

We have been using Union since 1999. They are responsive and professional. This past weekend we needed an estimate on a new property and Joe came out on Saturday morning and provided a detailed review. He was able to provide pictures and specifics on the work that is needed. Joe is trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend Joe from Union Roofing

I've dealt with Union Roofing for over 30 years. They put on a new roof, shingles and re-coated my roof several times. Frank is easy to deal with and they clean up so you didn't even know they were there.

I needed a small roof done and went with these guys. They seemed professional. Gave an estimate, followed up with me and came out on time to do the job. That's where it stops with the good stuff. It has leaked and they have been out 4 more times. Each time somebody different comes out to fix it and they give a different reason on why it is leaking.

Keep in mind we had the roof replaced. When I called, the lady in the office was horrible. She wouldn't even help me unless I had the contract in hand. I would think they could look it up by name, address, or phone number. Something other than the contract. But she wasn't willing to help and that really turned me away. I had to request a supervisor. That's when she was able to pull up my info. Now I need a porch roof done. I won't be calling them for an estimate. The 2 stars is for being punctual and honoring the contract.

I recently had Union Roofing put a shingle roof on my A-frame house. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Let's start with how friendly and informative that everyone was. But especially, the price was really great too.

I have a three story house with two roofs (back 2nd floor and top third floor) and in one day Frank Jr. came out, looked at my back roof, quoted a price and delivered the service. Excellent customer service!

Union Roofing is a GREAT COMPANY! Needed an estimate, they came out quickly, supplied me with the estimate and went over it in great detail. I was able to schedule the work almost immediately and the end result turned out to be wonderful!
