I handle many things on behalf of my mother as she is unable to do so. On April 18, 2022 (10:07 a.m.), I contacted City Wide. My mom thought she had a leak (which she didn't) & we were aware it has been years since maintenance was done on the roof. Spoke w/Elan who was pleasant & down-to-earth. Elan informed me I would be contacted when someone was available to inspect Mom's roof. Steve called me on April 18th to inform me he'll be at mom's house in 40 minutes. Steve inspected mom's roof & we spoke regarding what needs to be done.

He informed me I would get a call to schedule a day to do the work. I did not receive that phone call, however, the gentlemen came to do the work on April 26th. I do not reside w/my mother so I would have to drive down to provide payment. Called City Wide to inform them I didn't receive the call but the workers were present & I had to drive down to my mother's house.

My 2 year old nephew had just fallen asleep. Elan told me not to worry about it as he'll send me a link & I can pay on line. That was a relief as I didn't have to rush to mom's house with the baby. Elan stated he would send me photos of the work that was done on Mom's roof. As promised, he did so. Saw many negative reviews & I was surprised because I never had an issue with City Wide. I've dealt w/City Wide for many years & have referred them to others. Thank you Elan & the City Wide team for taking care of Mom. Regards, D.Cruz

We had a brand new roof done from this company a year ago. Used them for years prior with no problems until we needed them to fix this massive leak. We have severe leaking. Calling them for months, texting too. No response. Completely unprofessional to not communicate with your long standing clients! Everything has been documented for our lawyer. Update 9/2/20: In response to yours: Your company never secured our roof when the tree fell (over a year ago)?

We in fact had a tree company come out and remove the tree and then your company came to replace our entire roof. Again, this was over a year ago. My husband and I have been calling your company since June 2020. We have spoken with Elan and Jimmy. Jimmy asked for us to text him our address. We did and text him thereafter several times (no response but he did read all of our texts).

To date one person from your company has been to our home. We were told a final repair would be done to stop the constant water damage we are having. No one has ever been back out or called us to confirm WHEN this will be fixed. We have security cameras to prove this and have been home due to the pandemic since March 2020. I will state on the record, that City Wide did email us multiple times today after receiving this review. We are in great hopes they do follow through and call us tomorrow to honor our warranty and fix this roof once and for all.

I obtained estimates from 2 companies to install a shingle roof on my single home in pine valley. The estimator Jimmy communicated that he would visit the property and provide a written estimate with scope of work. CityWide was not the cheapest estimate I received, however after reviewing the guarantee and choosing materials they contacted me with an install date.

The salesperson was honest and upfront that I may have a slight delay due to weather. This was fine with me, I would rather wait for ideal conditions when spending this kind of money. The new roof looks great and the installers did a fantastic job ensuring I had no debris left behind. Thank you Citywide. I have several properties and will continue our business relationship

Critical: Professionalism They came out and quoted a price and then stalled us for 3 weeks. We kept calling and they told us today that they weren't doing the job unless we paid more money than they quoted us. Made excuses why they wouldn't come for 3 weeks and now this. DO NOT USE THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND SHIESTERS Service: Roof installation

I ran into an employee during his job and asked him if he had time to look at my roof afterwards, he said, "sure can" and took my number then NOTHING! i'm realistic so i said to myself, well maybe he was busy and forgot.so i called, talked to a man and asked for estimate, he said, "sounds good someone will call you by next day, NOTHING 3 days later! so i guess i'm the fool now, called AGAIN, same man said "i'll have my guy call you".4 days later STILL NOTHING! i swear i don't know how some businesses stay in business! with terrible communication like this I think they did me a favor.blessings come in various ways.unbelievable!

I first hired City Wide 10yrs ago at my house in Manayunk to replace my roof and they were very reasonable and competitive. My new home in Rockledge needed a new roof as well and hire City Wide again and have been pleased by their results. I recently had some water from a torrential downpour from my doorway on my upstairs deck leading to the roof, and Tom came out the next morning to inspect and make sure the roof was in good shape. He also gave me his opinion and advice on how to proceed. I am very pleased with the work that City Wide does for their customers.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value One star is one too many. The quality of their work is satisfactory at best, but the customer service is among the worst. Also, good luck getting them to stand by their warranty. I'd happily spend double than have to deal with them again.

Woke us up with loud noises way before 8 am on a Saturday, which is illigal. I wish they were more considerate of the neighbors, as well as the law.

Had a leak in my roof, called City Wide roofing and they were really quick with everything. They gave me an estimate for the roof after what I thought was them inspecting it. Once I contracted them, they came out the following day. I told the roofers where the issue was and asked them if they needed to see it from the inside to make sure that it was taken care of and they said no.

The leak persisted even after they 'fixed the roof' and after they came out a 2nd time to check on it they said that the issue was the siding and that they could do it for $2500. I went with them because I did not know what the cause of the leak was and I thought that they would be able to find it an fix it, if they would have thoroughly checked it from the beginning I would have had the siding fixed, instead of the roof. Now I lost almost $4000, still have a leak, and have a room that I cannot use.

I've had a fair share of roofers and I have to say my experience with City Wide has been a very good one. Jimmy is very fast in coming out to inspect and giving us estimate and the price is very reasonable. The guys who come out to do the work are very respectful and professional and do very good work as well. The only thing is that customer communication could be better. I understand that scheduling could be hard due to changing weather conditions but it would be good to keep the customers informed of changes.

Back in 2013, hurricane wind conditions literally blew a great majority of my roof off where I had water coming in through my electrical outlets. When I contacted City Wide; they jumped on the issue. I was so thankful, I sent City Wide a "thank you" card which they posted on their website under "testimonials". In July of 2017, I contacted City Wide to have my mother-in-law's roof reconditioned.

I needed my roof reconditioned as well but my son was hospitalized and Jimmy stated I can contact him when we are ready. Jimmy even checked in to ensure my son was recovering well. I had my roof done with City Wide, my mother, my brother and my mother-in-law. None of us had any issues with City Wide. When the work was done on my mother-in-law's roof; Trish called me to inform me what was done to her roof and I contacted my mother-in-law to translate it to her for peace of mind.

I was due to get my roof reconditioned on April 25th but it rained that day. Jimmy called me in the afternoon and left me a VM to reschedule. I scheduled for May 08th but Jimmy called me today that it can be done today. So today I get my roof reconditioned to ensure my roof remains in good condition. I will not be home and I am trusting City Wide to do the great job they have done the many years I have dealt with them.

I have read bad reviews on here and I am not saying people did not have a bad experience; I am just grateful the many times I have dealt with City Wide I have not been disappointed and I truly hope that continues.

I found them on Angie's List, and they were first rate and did a very good job. They showed up on time and were very professional. They crew came out on time and did what they were supposed to do in more than a timely manner. They were excellent. My wife and I are considering using them later on in the near future for replacing windows since they do that too.

When I called their office and informed Mr. O'Neil at City Wide I was an Angie subscriber/member, and was informed of the discount immediately. They came out immediately to give an estimate. I didn't have to be home for this to happen and he left me a written estimate. They did the job as soon as they were available and in an expeditious manner.

Everything went well. I received a free City Wide Roofing estimate the day after I called and the roof was installed one day later. I have no complaints.

Called and spoke to Ed O'Neil. He was great; his customer service skill was what I was looking for. A comfortable conversation knowing he would be a good partner to work with for a long term relationship. The City Wide workers were on time, nice and knowledgeable.

We have a 15-year warranty and over the past several years, we have had several leaks. It took numerous calls to get someone to come out. When they did come out and so called fixed the leak it is now s leaking gain in the very same spot and no one has come out as of yet.

These guys are the best, 2 crews did the work, 1 crew of 2 men the first day to lay the rubber, the second day 4 men showed up and laid the flashing, nailed it into place, laid the tape and tar goo around the tape and edges to prevent them from leaking or lifting.

We had our roof done a few years ago. Very professional, no hassel. I have no complaints.

The on site estimate was made the same day I called & the work was done the very next day.

The crew showed up on time & completed the job in a professional manner, leaving my property clean & orderly. They even referred me to a contractor to see to the interior damage the leak had caused.
