Gutter & Downspout
Report
Many homeowners tend to overlook their gutters, even when something is wrong. When it's raining outside, we're usually indoors away from the water, so we might miss a malfunctioning gutter. However, gutters play a crucial role in keeping your home safe, so it's important to check up on them and make replacements when necessary.
Commercial
Report
Roofing problems in commercial buildings can be difficult to detect because of the structure and types of roofing involved. But even if you can't see the issues, maintaining or fixing a commercial roof is a crucial factor in the safety of your guests, customers or tenants. Knowing what to do when your roof has suffered damage is the only way to protect your building and its contents.
Replacements
Report
Replacing your roof is probably one of the biggest investments to consider. An expense this large can become daunting when it comes time to search for the right price and the right company. That is why when you choose to work with Bill Jackson Roofing we combine both affordability and quality for every job.
Repair
Report
There are several reasons for homeowners to consider hiring a roofing contractor for roof repairs. Perhaps your house has a minor leak that you've been ignoring, or a severe storm passed through and damaged some of your roof shingles. Though you may have ignored these problems in the past, you should act on them now to avoid more permanent and detrimental issues down the road.

I HIGHLY recommend Bill Jackson Roofing. I had a tree fall on my garage and there were 3 holes in the roof. Bill was VERY responsive to my first call and he had two of his guys at my place to inspect the damage and give me a price the same day. His crew was VERY professional and friendly and did a great job. The job was finished the same day and I am very impressed with the professionalism and service provided by Bill Jackson Roofing and his team. Again, I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL your roofing needs.

I hired Bill Jackson Roofing in September of 2018 (2 months after house purchase) to assess and repair a leak in our roof. We trusted that their experience in the industry and decent ratings would lead us to receive a satisfactory product. This was not the case. Our roof starting leaking again that following spring. BJR said that they were going to do a complete tear-off on their written estimate - they didn't.
They just slapped roofing on top of old, leaky roofing. I've called them 3 times in the past few months (6/15, 7/16, and 8/6) for advice on how to remedy the problem (Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act says shoddy work must be corrected by the contractor), and all I keep getting hearing is "we'll call you back". Meanwhile, I have a recently collapsed bedroom ceiling (that will need to be replaced), and wet, moldy, and damaged carpet (and most likely damaged wood floors underneath).
I would not recommend hiring BJR. This minor repair is now going to cost me exponentially more than if I had gone with a more reliable contractor, that had pride in their workmanship.

Erin, the sales person was fantastic. She answered our questions and was very responsive. She met with the insurance adjuster and walked is through the process. That was where any positive interaction stopped. There was no communication between the office and myself as to when the job would start. Then one day someone just showed up to deliver materials.
Because of a lack of communication between the two companies, the materials couldn't be delivered until later the next day. I then listened to the crew arguing outside until the boss put an end to it. There was further miscommunications pertaining to billing and the end process between the roofer and the insurance. I was also reassured that the crew would go through the yard with a magnet for roofing nails.
Yesterday I had a flat tire on my driveway and a roofing nail was pulled from the tire. The company response was "sorry". The tire had to be replaced at $167 because the nail was too close to the sidewall.

We just had our roof done in march. What an amazing job they did. They were on time fast and courtious. They also did a few things we didn't even ask them to do, which helped us out a great deal. The owner himself is a stand up gentleman and his workers are wonderful. I would suggest Bill Jackson roofing to everyone.
