As owners of numerous warehouses, we have been customers of Cleveland Commercial Roofing for the past 7 years. We have dealt with the owner, Roman, directly. He is always available for our calls and needs. Their professionalism and promptness and work ethics are always beyond our expectations! Their employees are very polite, professional, uniformed attire, and always willing to go the extra yard! All in all, we can't say enough about how pleased we have been with their company!

We had interviewed roughly 5 or so roofing companies with CCR standing out from the others. Their communication from the onset was more sophisticated, their approach, their bid, their technology and then the job itself. Roman at Cleveland Commercial Roofing immediately returned my initial phone call where we had an in depth conversation about my project and concerns and was very responsive and understanding. He was out later that afternoon and gave me a bare bones breakdown of what he saw versus the info I provided him based on other vendor input. His quote for repair was very reasonable and he was able to start the next day.

I am in the asset management and real estate development business so I'm not necessarily green to these projects. They completed it within two days and provided a warranty (which I did not need, as they did the work correctly the first time unlike other vendors that just put "bandaids on."). I have since used them for multiple other projects and will continue to.

I have been dealing with Cleveland Commercial Roofing since 2012 when i hired them to replace a roof on one of our commercial buildings. The owner was great and met with me directly. They also met with our insurance company and dealt with our adjuster to resolve hail damage that had occurred. It was the easiest process i've been through. They had a large crew of hard-working gentleman and completed the work within one day. (And it is a not a small roof).

I was very pleased with the work that was done. I hired them a second time when lightning struck the roof on one of our properties. They were out within days of the accident fixing the roof. I would definitely recommend them to anybody interested in getting a commercial roof repaired or replaced. They are top-notch.
