Absolute Roofing provided me with professionally prepared estimates for three different types of roofing materials, all prepared using advanced project software that I could easily open in an email and store for future reference. The office staff always answer the phone and the employees seem like they are well treated and respected, which is not typical of average roofing companies. Absolute has been taking care of my roofing and construction needs for almost twenty years now. I have a 1930s bungalow that has very challenging roofing needs and Absolute has delivered on service every time. When they originally did the full tear-off and new shingle work they were literally the ONLY roofing company that went the extra step of explaining why a ridge vent wouldn't work for my home.

All the other companies just quoted what they wanted to sell, not what was appropriate. And when I had weather damage many years later they were quick to come out and take care of the problem. Just recently they also correctly diagnosed a masonry problem I had saving me a ton of money and hassle. Chris and Mike both have provided courteous, professional service that I would recommend to anyone looking for excellent residential or commercial work. They're true tradesmen.

The initial inspection and damage report was completed by Matt Gryder. He is truly an asset with the Company. Professional and an Expert in his field. Matt stayed in touch with me throughout the process and even helped with my Insurance Company who offered an unexceptable amount for the damages. The soffit and fascia metal were replaced, new chimney flashing and ridge vent installed. The roofing installer did a great job; he also kept in contact with arrival and completion times. Great Company.

I found Absolute Roofing at the IX Center Home Show. We signed up for an estimate. Jim came out and was real nice and down to earth. Made the process super easy. He had the hand written estimate to me in the mail in one day! I got a few more estimates and ended up going with Absolute Roofing. The roofers came the morning of the install, and started to remove the old shingles and paper.

They quickly learned that my wood decking was bad and notified me immediately. I came home and went on the roof and verified that they were right and was glad they were very transparent with the matter. We ended up replacing all the wood on the entire roof. The craftsmanship was very nice and my new roof looks amazing! We did have some Discrepancies on the price of the wood price and a damaged gutter, but Chris the owner and Matt the sales manager was quick to respond and make it right. They even gave me a show discount.

Just bought a home and had Absolute out for a roof inspection. I was very pleased with their honesty and now have peace of mind that the roof is okay for now. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future.

Had to have them back 4 times to fix what they did within the first 2 months. Had a complete tear off and replace. Left a mess in my yard, replaced 7 boards tried to charge me for 10. My attic was so bad, I have had replacements before, but what they left up there was terrible, moved everything around boxes push all over, could barely open the hatch to get up there, left so much wood and scraps up there, found wrappers from cigarettes in my attic and butts all over my yard. Dented and chipped the paint on my gutters which where only 4 yrs. Old, still waiting to hear back on that. Had a wind storm and my ridge vent cap lost a piece and left a hole in my roof.

The rain was coming in my attic right next to a outlet. When I called my sales man, the owner tol0d him to see if we could go up on the roof and cover it till Monday this was Saturday. Needless to say someone came out, cause I was not. This is a very unprofessional company. Yes they have "fixed" the problems except for my gutters which are ruined. But for the cost of the roof I should not have had to have then out so many times.
