I recently had my house sided and some gutters installed by Second To None Roofing. John, my salesperson, was excellent his many years of experience show in the attention to detail and product knowledge. The office is always available to answer questions and concerns. After being badly burned by a professional roofing company, we were left with a roof that was leaking pretty terribly in our home, and the looming threat of winter weather approaching.

Second To None was quick with their estimate, respectful every time they came out to the house, and more than accommodating any time we had to call. I required an advance notice so I could take off of work for the roof to be done, and they assured they would make that happen. They gave me ample time to be able to request off work, and were incredibly respectful.

The crew came to the house, they were also kind and respectful, they worked hard and fast, and did an amazing job. Their clean up was wonderful and they were an absolute pleasure to have around. Roofing is HARD work, and you would've never known. The guys had sunny dispositions: whistling and laughing and joking with each other while they worked. The price is more than reasonable, and our new roof has gone through serious rain and snow storms and has held up beautifully. I will ONLY be using this company when I require home improvements, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The quote we were provided did not cover the full scope of the work discussed for a full roof tear off on our garage. We complained and were told the job we had requested would require additional costs. The work had already begun and we did not have many options at that point so we went ahead. Previously, the company had made one small repair to our house roof that did not solve our issue.

The receipt says that repair is covered under warranty, but we were told it is not covered, because the problem was not properly addressed (by them). I strongly suggest you work with a different company.

Can't say enough good about this company. They did one roof for us in August-they sent a large crew and were done in a morning. Every member of the crew was industrious, polite and respectful of me and the property. The roof looks great and the warranty can't be beat. They left everything perfectly clean. The second roof was at the end of the season when they had to work around the bad weather.

There were a couple of minor issues but they came out, listened to my concerns and made sure I was satisfied. I couldn't be happier and would (and have) recommend them without hesitation. The salesman, Bruce, was the best. He made a detailed inspection before the quote and explained all aspects of the job to me so I was comfortable that what was being done was best for the house.

In both cases the quotes were the same amount as other contractors but their professionalism made us choose them. Seeing the quality of their work I'd have paid more-they're worth it.

I needed a new roof and called several places getting the run around. Second to none was very professional and prompt. They do quality work. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended!

Second to None came to my house 14 years ago. I had some unique problems that they were able to overcome. Their workmanship was excellent. In the last year I had a minor problem that was a five minute fix. Even though the warranty had expired, they took care of it for me. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new roof. The best company that I have ever dealt with.

We had our roof done 12 years ago by this company. Reasonably priced, work done in one day. Yes, that was a long time ago, but, ever since that time, the soffit on the back of our house would continuously come off. We had them come out to repair it, and it would come off again. Our gutters would also come loose, and we would re-affix them ourselves using gutter screws. However, our gutters came off yet again--and the fascia board underneath rotted out.

During all this time, 2-to-none would come out and repair loose shingles (came loose due to high-wind storms, not their fault) and inspect the roof and find no other issues. Considering that our gutters have continuously come loose (and the fascia rotted, as well as the soffit coming apart), we called another contractor. They are still working on our estimate, but they have informed us that our "roofing company" (not knowing who it was) never ran freeze paper over the fascia board (which most companies do in order to prevent the board from rotting), and cut our soffit completely wrong (which is why it kept coming apart).

I'm not sure what the codes are in regard to this or when they came into effect, but BE SURE TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK and ENSURE that your roofing company does their best to insure that, not only will your roof look great and do its job, but that they also protect your gutters, fascia, and soffit. It's ALL a part of installing a new roof.

This company was one of the best companies I have used. The owner worked with our insurance company and the results were excellent. The workers were hard working and completed the job as promise. This included adding a skylight. The owner personally was at the site to make sure every thing was to our satisfaction. We were completely satisfied and would use this company again.

Very professional from start to finish. When I first met with Mark he took time to evaluate and explain what needed to be done to our home. His estimate was detailed, clear and he took time to make sure we understood all that was needed. He had three crews doing their portion from replacing soffits, complete tear off of the old roof and adding the new to replacing all the gutters.

The salesman was excellent and knowledgable. The roofing crew were nice and did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was done. My new roof looks great! They even came out and fixed the area that was leaking for free until the full crew could get to my house. I would recommend them to family, friends or anyone needing a new roof.
