Contacted them to help with a broken A/c and they did show up in a timely manner but the tech misdiagnosed the issue. The tech said that we needed to replace multiple parts to fix the issue that would equal to over $1000. Called for second opinion and was able to get the unit fixed by just replacing one of those parts and saved more then half of the quote that AirServ gave me.

First guy came by thought its ok for circulator to remain on and pipes hot even when T.Stat if not requesting heat. did not diagnose at all gave no real answer. second guy came by gave a guesse-stimate on the potential issue but did not diagnose anything. No test meter, no circuit tester just did a visual look. you paid for diagnose you expect to. receive that.
I texted for them to send someone to replace the unit (estimate) now I am being ignore. so essential I feel robbed. A component was also replaced which was a 5min thing yet paid $650 on a 90$ part and labor. shop around guys not a good experience and no follow up or courtesy call. so here's my post

Aire Serv has been servicing my home's HVAC systems for almost two years. After calling other companies out and not being happy with their service and recommendation (they said just buy new systems), Aire Serv repaired my existing system and keeps it running smoothly until I'm ready to buy new. Most recently, Jonathan Hernandez came out for my semi-annual furnace inspection.
He found an issue that would have resulted in my loosing heat, and made a simple inexpensive repair that should get me through the winter. Jonathan is very professional and thorough. He explained everything he did in terms that I could understand. I highly recommend Aire Serv and Jonathan.

I had a incomplete and incorrect furnace installation attempted by a different contractor. Aire Serv were able to come in and correct the mistakes made by the previous contractor and finish up the job correctly. I spoke with someone around 8:30 am/9:00 am am this morning, and the technician, Cameron was out by 10:30 am and done by 12:00 pm. He trouble shot everything and walked me through all the repairs that he had made.
Everything looks great, but most importantly is up and running with little to no inconvenience on my part. I am grateful for them and the piece of mind they provided with a job well done!

I hate to give bad reviews, but I have no choice. They came out to me and said I needed Freon. So then the unit froze again. Then they came back out and said it was the wiring. Then it failed again, then they came back out and said I needed a brand new unit. I paid them $1100 to fix nothing! Save yourself the heartache and go with someone else. These guys are not knowledgeable about A/C and I am so furious because I wasted my money on these guys.
I believe that they should be reimbursing me half my money for wasting my time. Now I have to pay someone else to come out and fix an issue that they were supposed to fix or see the first time. Horrible work ethic! The lady is nice and tried hard to make things right but these people know nothing about A/C and has wasted my time!

Without warning our central air stopped working. It was great how the office staff worked to fit me in. Turns out that the pipe with coils or whatever was frozen. The technician gave scenarios of what could be wrong and his recommendation was to just go ahead and replace the unit. He suggested that the air may not be getting up to rhe second floor. because when it was installed it may not have been planned out properly its been working fine until this problem he had me believing that it was probably just a matter of it being old and even if we did fix it for like possibly $700 to $1000 we still were at risk of needing to replace the whole unit for a few to several thousand dollars on top.

Get better customer service and Las Vegas franchise owner and better prices and don't waste your money on service plans. I found others were cheaper without service plans for both service calls and parts. Both were rude condensending and actually said to leave a bad review. Had a service call and requested tech to wear a mask and was told it wasn't. requested when appointment was made and mask mandates were lifted.
There is a young child in this house with health issues and to young for vaccine so please wear a mask. I found surprising that he didn't have any in his service truck so appointment was canceled and feedback from owner was rude and told me to take my business elsewhere so 3 ac units walked out the door and actually I am glad to take my business elsewhere.

Just had our new system installed by Macon Salyer and I can't say enough how thrilled I am! From the specialist Rocky who made our decision and process to get a new system to the installation, it was professional and quick. Macons team arrived on time and removed and installed. They cleaned up and Macon gave step by step instructions on setting. up our new WiFi thermostat!
We are now on the twice yearly maintenance plan as well. I will recommend them to all my friends and could not think of using any other company but Aireserv! Rocky even loaned us a portable AC unit to get us thru these sultry June days until the install today. Please get on their maintenance plan and if you need any repairs or its time for a new system, you will be so thankful you call Aireserve Sincerely, Sharon Oaks

Chose Aire Serve of Suwanee to replace my heat pump and have been very disappointed. It took 6 visits to get the unit to work in a marginal capacity and I don't believe that it is actually setup correctly to this day. worked with them to schedule someone from the manufacturer to come out and evaluate the unit but it has been 3 months and still no call or schedule for when this would actually happen.
Very poor customer service and support for the ~$9k that I spent with them. They will sell you something but not support it. Do not believe their no quibble guarantee or their satisfaction guarantee - they don't stand behind it at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Our technician Anthony did an amazing job in evaluating and explaining the problem with our current AC unit. He was able to spend time with us and explain the options we have for restoring cool air to our home. He returned a day later with another associate to fix the problem in a timely manner. We'vd been cool ever since. I totally recommend this company for their responsiveness and the high quality service they offered. Thanks again Anthony and Stat Cool Heating & Cooling.

They originally installed our new unit few years back. Renewed our service contract with them. Unit had issue on the 24th came out now 4 days later same issue at 1030pm. Called in told no tech available. Really? So the 24 hour service is just a lie then. 9 hours later had to call in again as zero call back or contact from anyone. Horrible service.
Service contract is just a means to steal your money they dont back it up. Finally got a call and had no idea I had called the previous night. So 24 hour service is false advertisement basically as the call went no where. Save yourself money and aggravation look into other companies that back up what they say they really do.

Our A/C went out and we called for an emergency call, they finally arrived about 2am, did some troubleshooting and determined that they would have to order a part. Took over a week to get the parts, which were under warranty, and then they came out, installed the parts and charged me almost 300 bucks. The technician was good and knowledgeable but the front office had told me that I would only be responsible for labor costs.
And then I got the bill, for the warranted parts. I was not happy. They tried to explain to me that the labor cost was the same as the parts. I could only roll my eyes. Watch out for Mid Missouri.

Aire Serv is a MUST HIRE! Fred was called out for an inspection of our air ducts/HVAC due to draining problems/dust problems/water backup within our AC units which was all leading to our high electricity bill each month. Fred gave a thorough, yet concise summary of everything he did, what is wrong, and his recommendations on what needs to be fixed.
Being a college student, a lot of people and companies take advantage of our lack of knowledge on certain things. HOWEVER, this was NOT the case with Fred and Aire Serv. Fred was the nicest and most selfless man and represented the Aire Serv name well. He truly cared about getting what was broken, fixed and was very engaging on wanting us to know what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. My roommates and I are so grateful for Fred and Aire Serv and will be 150% recommending them to all of our friends with HVAC/air duct issues in the future.

I have used Air Serv for at 3 system PM services. The technicians have been courteous. I thought they were doing a good job. Then I had a fan failure. It seems after significant review, I wonder if they were doing that PM properly. It failed very shortly after the last check. Mixed feelings due to failure but can't always blame last person. Will be trying someone new. My confidence has been shaken.

The serviceman was very friendly and honest about the state of my A/C. He even gave me ideas on how to save on a new one if I chose to upgrade in the future! He was also able to set me up for checking my heater, noting that, though he could do it that day, he did not suggest it because it would heat up the house. Seeing as it was already 100 degrees outside I took his advice and set it up for a later date. I'll definitely be using these guys again!

Aire-Serv is a deceptive, unethical company You may think you are signing a contract with Aire-Serv. In reality, you are contracting with an independent, who is solely responsible. A high percentage of these contractors go out-of-business in the first year or two. One report says 50%. Once your contractor goes out of business, you will have no legal recourse if they are set up as an LLC.
You can not sue the owner of the LLC. My Aire-Serv franchise installed an inferior unit than what I contracted for, installed it improperly so that it was doomed to fail, then went out-of-business by the time it did fail. I am out: * $900 I paid for the upgraded 16 Seer unit * $300 tax credit for a high efficiency unit * $800 labor to fix the burnt-out compressor * $300 for 2 yrs tune-ups The unit now rattles when it turns on and off, sometimes getting stuck on the defrost mode. It's louder than it was and is compromised.
One could say I'm out the entire $4700 I paid for the unit, plus the $800 to get it working as well as it is now. Aire-Serv ignored emails, and their automatic telephone system automatically hung up on me once I gave them my zip code (consciousness of guilt). Thanks for standing by your brand, Aire-Serv Do Not Use This Company!
