Very professional service. At our preventative maintenance appointment the refrigerant level was a little low. The technician (Chris) came back a few days later to do a "leak search". He told us he was not able to detect the source of the leak and since it seems to be holding proper pressure now, he recommended waiting and watching. He was very honest and very thorough. We appreciate the quality of service that we get from Advanced Air. Top notch!

Chris TImmons showed much integrity in the last repair visit. He did not try to upsell us, fixed the problem with minimal expense. He had to order an additional part and called the next day when the part was in. When telling him the unit worked satisfactorily, he suggested we wait to see if further problems in stead of paying for another service call and hiring them to do work that might not be necessary. Many other companies would have done it anyway. You can trust this company to be honest and deal with you with much integrity and respect.

This is our second time using Advanced Air Care, and we will continue to call them for all of our HVAC needs. The first time was because they were a recommended installer for our smart thermostat. They came out the same day, and had the full install done in under an hour. Today, our outside unit was making a lot of noise, so we called again. The tech was there within an hour, and very knowledgeable.

He diagnosed the issue quickly and advised us in the best course of action. The repair was quick and the all the personnel we dealt with have been friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this company for fast service with competative pricing.
