WEC came out early last Sunday evening after our AC went out in blistering heat. So thankful they have an after hours emergency service and actually answered their phone, which our service plan vendor DID NOT. When the same thing happened to our neighbor this weekend, we recommended WEC, who came out once again and took care of business. Can't say enough good words about these folks.

Very responsive and fast. Jackie in the office has always been very helpful and the guys that show up are very professional. They put two new units in for us. Be sure to get the service package. Takes away the burden of homeownership as Jackie will call you and tell you when its time to service or change filters

We have used WEC for our home since we purchased it 9 years ago. EVERY SINGLE TIME their people have been on time and extremely professional. When we do have issues, they've been out in less than 30 minutes. When we did have to replace a 20 year old unit they gave us options and no upsell pressure. As a former Bensons customer, I was willing to try almost any other company. On a friend's recommendation, we called here for a fix of something in our crawl space unit. The guy came out very quickly and knowledgeably fixed the problem. Unfortunately, there was a bigger problem but again, nice and competent men came out and got it taken care of. So far, I have been very happy.

WEC came out to check on my unit and gave me options on repairing vs. replacing (it was 19 years old). I decided to replace it and they came the next morning. They arrived right on time and were done in 2 1/2 hours. Everyone was very professional and took great care to protect the areas they were working inside my home. I would highly recommend them!
