We worked with Mike and Emilio from Columbia Pest Control to help us solve our pest problem in early 2022. Problem: We were having a rat problem for a few months at our house where the rats were ripping up the carpet, eating food, leaving poop, etc. It was getting out of hand and fixing it ourselves using store bought traps was not working. Solution: We worked with Mike and Emilio who did an amazing job explaining and implementing their plan to fix the problem.

They inspected the house, sealed potential entrances, set traps, and created a plan. Mike explained ways to make the house less attractive to rats by removing all food options, storing food in protective containers, etc. Over several weeks, Mike and Emilio inspected for activity, checked for new entry points, and reset traps. Their plan worked and now we don't have a pest problem. I highly recommend Mike and Emilio for solving these problems. Thanks, Mike and Emilio, for your help!

Jason was on-time, knowledgeable and efficient. This is my 2nd time using Columbia Pest Control. After using other companies over the years, and being disappointed, I'm sticking with Columbia Pest Control.

Columbia Pest Control has provided top quality service to our house for years. We live in the woods. Columbia has done the hard crawl space work, and keeps the critters at bay nicely with quarterly visits. Now, our box elder box population has shot up and taken over our attic and infiltrated areas of our interior. Mike Sheldon came out today, toured the house, the attic and discussed all the entry points, offered some practical caulking and screening suggestions I can do, placed a product in attic that will take care of the box elder bugs that do get in, then applied a short acting, effective spray on the areas of our house where they congregate and enter. I've worked with a few local pest control companies, and Columbia was by far the most thorough and professional of the bunch. Jason carefully combed the property (even the hard to reach places) to ensure our home was as secure as possible against rodents, and he patiently explained low-cost mitigation steps we could take as homeowners without trying to upsell anything. The follow-up, thoroughness, customer-first mentality of this company is what really makes them stand out.

We have been nothing but impressed by the quality of customer service and treatment by Columbia Pest Control. We were referred to them by our realtor, and they did not disappoint! The first time we used them was to treat our active rodent problem in the crawlspaces of our new house, and they came back to do follow-up visits which was included in the initial cost.

The second time we used them was to treat our ant problem in the summer, and that too was completely eradicated within one follow-up visit. Their pricing is reasonable and I personally think you get more than what you pay for with the great customer service. Shout out to Kristine, who is a prompt and professional communicator- I've always had a pleasant experience when speaking with her.

The company also emails a detailed "completion of service" email, with the name of the person who did the treatment, what they used and what they did so there is full transparency to the customer. They have a great policy where if you find ants after the initial treatment within a 14 day period, they come back and treat it again for free. The best part about them is that they use organic, non-toxic, zero fume treatments which are baby safe, so we were able to get the interior of our home treated without risking the health of our 2 month old son. We are very satisfied with the service from Columbia Pest Control and highly recommend them!

Nice guy, answering all my questions and squeezing into small spaces. He even came back to get remaining ants 10 days later for no extra charge. On Mother's Day there were NONE in my kitchen for the first time in months!

We bought a new home and it came with LOADS of problems( Carpenter ants, mice, army ants, bees, beetles) it was crazy! We tried battling them ourselves for over a year because I am cheap and have little income. After realizing I was in over my head and tired of being frustrated George came out and one week after he was here we noticed a Huge difference. We still have some troubles with mice from time to time but we have thirteen acres with lots of wildlife that we wouldn't want to be affected.

We had a big issue with spiders outside and inside our home. They sent a nice young man named George at the agreed upon time. He explained what he was going to do and that the spray he was using would not affect our 2 cats or the many and birds that. It's you backyard, which was important to us. He was quick and professional. We will defiantly call Columbia pest Control again.
