Have been dealing with rat in infestation Interstate sent their guys out with bate n snap traps for 6 months then because the rat wasn't going into their bate box/snap trap Had suggested that a wildlife trap guy would resolve issue. only after 2 weeks they get nothing I suggested that the wildlife guy use peanut butter to attract the rat. he informed me that his professional knowledge was sufficient thus I came to the point that I didn't need their services The following day I bought 2 snap traps put peanut butter on both and got a catch of one rat and hit on the other Then we searched property over found a nest of 9. 2 day old rat pups which we removed My point being I was in a long contract with a compost who had zero accomplishments in 7 months. beware

Just started service with them. They have answered every question I have had and every call I've made. Able to come out to amboy Ariel area too Charlie was our service man and was very friendly and professional. He setup traps for mice and started the process to get rid of carpenter ants. He will be back in a week to help with mice traps and start on flea treatment.

Today he also worked on getting rid of wasp nests. Looking forward to results and feel better about pests finally being dealt with. Will update review in a month or two when results start showing.

We've been a customer for 7 years in our current home and our landlord was using Interstate pest control for the 5 years we lived there. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable company, every person that came to our home on behalf of interstate pest control was very kind asking questions as to what pest are we seeing, where have we seen them is this a reoccurring pest or new event.

They service our home quarterly, but if ever there is a problem all I have to do is call and generally they are here the next day. They even treated my kiddos tree house . Highly recommend Interstate Pest. The Burton's

They come to spray around the exterior of my house (and interior, as needed), every 3 months, to keep the ants from overtaking my home. They are timely, professional and friendly. I have been using their services for over 20 years now and am very satisfied with their products and services. They were even instrumental in getting rats out of my attic and repaired the hole that the rodents had created!

I do not use insecticides or pesticides in my yard, due to wildlife that frequent the area. Interstate Pest Management is a Northwest company that I trust and recommend highly.

They inspected and sprayed the exterior for insects. Found evidence of rats and I said I wanted a rodent inspection, treatment and follow up, to be added to my monthly service. We called to get ants taken care of. Our call was taken quickly and very professional. The tec showed up on time and listened to what we had to say. Then he got right to it and in a short time was finished and out the door. Thanks Interstate Pest for the great service.

We are surrounded by field & forest and mice, spiders, earwigs are an issue at different times of the year, I tried everything I knew to eliminate those earwigs. I asked for an inspection & consultation, they walked the property and did an incredible assessment. We signed up for the service, they sprayed around the outside of our house, took down any cobwebs, made sure any access to under the house was covered.

We have hummingbird feeders & an infirm older dog that we were worried about (if poisoning), they took care of it ALL without worry for us. Every interaction with them has been courteous, professional & friendly! They send emails & texts messages to let you know when they're coming too. I'd recommend them to anyone who has any kind of pest problem

We are faithful customers of Interstate Pest Management for about ten years. We had a carpenter ant infestation in our home. Their technician identified the problem, and treated our house. The ants were gone after the first treatment. We have been on a quarterly maintenance schedule ever since. Anytime we have any concerns, they investigate and take care of everything. We used Interstate at our new home. We've had ant problems since we moved in and finally decided to do something about it. They were very responsive and had someone ready to come over just a day after reaching out. Our technician arrived early and we weren't home just yet. He finished the treatment before he was even scheduled to be there. Overall, we had a great experience with Interstate and definitely recommend them!

I've always found the technicians to be friendly, professional, and thorough. The spider treatments make a big difference in my old house. They've also dealt with both in-ground and nest-making yellow jackets. It's really nice having someone to call who has all the special equipment to deal with them. Only by virtue of looking up services on the internet of those who manage this type of issue I had randomly chosen a pest control company and hoped for the best. Thats why I am providing this reference today, they deserve this positive acclaim and review I am about to share. PLEASE know I hit the jackpot of perfection- after a few anxious calls to them, in which I was treated so very well and today by my first visit from Interstate Pest Management, I am SOOOOOOO glad I chose them.

It is important I share in this review those who answered the phones for my several calls to them have been kind and helpful after I set the appt earlier this week -and today at my initial appt they accommodated my bigger needs to get my issue on the way to resolution, but more importantly the representative eased my mind about this rodent problem which has been really disrupting my peace of mind! Donavan came to my house today, Tuesday, October 24, 3017, to help solve a reaccurring problem with a mice issue in my kitchen. He was very professional and checked every possible place (both inside & out ) that could have a hole where they are coming in! He even moved the refrigerator & checked for holes behind it which no technician had ever done.

He also found holes in a under counter cupboard that had never been discovered! I called interstate pest today & they told me the first time I had called about this was February 2013.over 4 1/2 years ago! They would come check at least 4 times a year & sometimes there would be mice in their traps & sometimes not. I am upset that I have had to deal with this for so long & pay the $420 yearly fee (when I first signed up it was $100 dollars a year & totally my fault that I had Interstate automatically take out of my account & not noticed the increase )!

Anyway Donavan F. was fantastic today & he is coming back in 1 1/2 weeks to make sure no more mice are getting in. I will write another review then to see if my problems is finally solved. Thanks again Donavan! Noni Lloyd

My parents have had Interstate Pest for about 5 years now and they are amazing! My fiancé and I just purchased a house and right away called Interstate to get rid of all creepy crawlies.

The service technician, Donovan, arrived earlier than the agreed-upon timeframe (but he did call prior to his departure) and that was appreciated. His inspection was very thorough and took the better part of two hours. I walked with him everywhere (except the crawl space in the attic) and asked him many questions. My concerns were addressed thoroughly and questions answered thoughtfully.

Not only did I get the impression that he knew his job but I also felt like he has a job he likes and appreciates. The inspection fee was well worth it to me, for peace of mind, and I know I would appreciate his efforts if I decide on a package with Interstate. I will certainly recommend this company to my neighbors (I went with the Kelso, WA office) and other community members.

We have used Interstate Pest Management for a decade for wasps, ants, and mice. They are prompt, they come quickly, and they always solve the problem.

I love Interstate Pest Management! Every time they come out they are courteous, informative, and do a great job. Jarrett White came out this time, and he was awesome with what needed to be done. And he loves our dogs!

We recently had our first visit with the "all seasons package" treating for ants and wasps, Jarrett was great, he was friendly and professional and someone you would want coming to your house. The ants have already disappeared in a couple of days, so far we have felt it is worth the cost to have regular pest control!

We have been with Interstate Pest for over fifteen years. We have ALWAYS had very fine service with them. When we need service in between the quarterly visits, they have always been prompt with anything we need.

My review will not be changing any time soon now that I have received a 'blame' response from the company. While DSHS is a pain in the butt to deal with and slower than slow, I have little to no patience for any company who puts out a customer because DSHS was too slow.

These people are great to work with! We had a problem with rats coming into our business. They were out the same day and took care of our issues plus continued to follow up with us. They made recommendations to stop them from coming. Highly recommend them.

The first time we used Interstate Pest Management, we were very impressed. They were friendly, prompt, and well-informed. They knew all about their industry and answered all of my questions.

Afraid someone dropped the ball we paid $ 297.00 to get rid of rats they dropped off 2 black boxes I am disabled so here 24/7 had 1 box moved into the closed garage so anyone checking would have asked almost a year still have traps worse yet we have rats, someone fibbed never came by said they did.

TJ came out and took care of our bald face hornets and the nest. He explain the situation to us and we now know more then we ever did. And I'm so impressed on how professional interstate Pest control was.

I have used Interstate Pest Management on several occasions. Brad came out as soon as he could and sprayed an environmentally-safe spray all around and instructed me to contact him if the carpenter ants returned.

Called and spoke to them about helping me with my possible pest problem. Staff was incredibly professional on the phone - eager to help and pleasant. We have an appointment scheduled and I will further review the service at that time. As for now, I'm thrilled to know that this group is here to help me keep my home pest-free.

Brad provided a great service! Some businesses still treat people with small town integrity despite this big city. I was initially not happy with my season plan but they made it right in the end and I would use them again. It speaks volumes when your dissatisfaction is remedied by the president of the company in a genuine effort to make a customer happy. They are a class act.

As a residential real estate agency, we have used Interstate Pest countless times, and never hesitate to refer their services out to our clients. They are professional and thorough, and their team is willing to take on any job, no matter how unsavory.

On January 2, a Friday, My wife and I had gone into our basement with our puppy to get some hiking gear. 2 minutes into our search through the rediculous amounts of crap, I heard my wife ask our puppy what he had in his mouth, imideately followed by a blood curdling screem, as she pulled a dead mouse from the dogs mouth. Of course I imideately called Interstate pest at the "gentle request" of my wife to ask for a service. Brandon was there 45 minutes later geared up and removing any extra critters he found and got us all taken care of. There really is nothing like quality customer service and Interstate Pest definitly delivers the quality service.

We have used other pest control companies over the years, but these guys are the best - hands down. Service is prompt, professional and cost effective. They make us feel like their most important client - or their only client. Thanks to Brandon and the Interstate Crew!

What an awesome company, they have been around a long time so you know they will be here when you need them!

I have used interstate pests for ant control for a few years and have been happy with their reliability and service. I've been on a perimeter quarterly spray which has worked until recently when the ants started coming in the house, probably due to excessive heat I am very uncomfortable with allowing bait inside the house and Brad, the owner is working with me to help take care of the problem with minimal ant poison inside the house. I appreciate his extra concern and effort.

Been having trouble keeping up with wasp nest removal so decided to call in the professionals. Called on Monday and they were able to send out a tech the very next day. Tech showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and able to fully explain all the services they offered. I could have gone with the one time visit for $275 that comes with a 2 month guarantee OR a service plan.

I elected to go with the quarterly service plan. $200 for the first visit (which included wasp next removal, preventative ant spraying and sweeping all the eaves around the house) then $98 every 3 mos, when they come out and adjust the treatment based on the pest concern. This includes all the pests I could think of outside the house and they'll even tailor a treatment for inside, if needed - at no additional cost. PLUS if anything comes up between treatments, I just call for an extra visit and it's at no charge.

So we'll see how this goes for a year. For me, I don't have the time or the interest to constantly monitor for pests until it's too late. So I think this will be worth it. Plus it's a tax deductible service that goes along with home improvement and maintenance costs! Lastly, I really appreciate the fact that they use "pet-friendly" treatments so no danger of my dog getting into anything that will make him sick. :)

This company is misleading. I got a quote for them to come out to spray my home for fleas. They told me that they would spray all the floors, furniture and outside for only $125. My landlord got an invoice from them stating that they sprayed for spiders. I have fleas not spiders crawling around my place. I called the exterminators after they came out the first time, because these little bugs are still roaming around my home.

The lady told me on the phone that they spoke with my landlord, and they paid for the bare minimum to get rid of the fleas. First of all, they lady I spoke to from this company did not give me multiple price quotes. She gave me a quote to spray a two bedroom duplex. She told me that is would cost $275 to spray everything to get rid of the fleas. That price is $125 more than what Terminex quoted me.

I spoke to my landlord, and she told me that she did not speak to anyone about different price quotes. I made the exterminators to come back out, but the guy wanted to only spray underneath the house. How is that going to fix the problem of the fleas inside of the home? The fleas are not going any where. If the guy was not lazy and sprayed in my home again the second time, I probably would not have any more problems with these insects.

I just want them to go away. I have fogged my home twice, put borax all over the floor and had the exterminator come out, but nothing seems to work. This company is not worth the time and money. I recommend having a different company come out, because the guy who came out to my home casually walked through my home making a least amount of effort to get rid of this flea infestation.
