I was putting off the maintenance/repair on a 5-year old HVAC unit for 6 months. I sent an email & got a phone call from Bill the same day; within hours. He was able to squeeze me in the same day for a diagnosis for a competitive price. He showed up with Larry & got to work immediately. It took them only a few minutes to figure out what I needed repaired & gave some money saving tips on how to keep my unit running in pristine conditions for years to come.

They even took extra time to ensure the unit would run smooth & quiet. (It was making rattling noises that my neighbors could hear. Yikes!) Both gentlemen were friendly, easy to talk to, honest, & very experienced. They are true professionals in their trade. I highly recommend giving them a call for any & all HVAC/AC needs. Bill and his team were fantastic. He even let us borrow a portable air conditioner while we waited for them to install the new unit. His crew was highly professional and fixed some problems we had from previous installers. Excellent, honest, and above the top work; we highly recommend them.

We've used Bill at Cool Air for several years. They kept our old unit running as long as possible before we finally had to replace it this year. They gave us a competitive price and made some good recommendations on how to improve air circulation in our old house using original unused vents from the 1930s. The new unit is quieter and using the extra vents, we're extremely pleased.

I called on Wednesday and told Bill my furnace was not coming on. I was informed of the service call charge but the charge is waived if Bill fixes the problem. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and was given a four hour window. Bill called before he came and he came within the four hour window. Bill analyzed the problem and determined the furnace interface board was bad.

Bill presented the options for fixing the problem. He left and returned with a new interface board, installed it and verified that the furnace was working correctly. Bill was pleasant, knowledgeable, honest and fixed my heating problem in a timely matter. The cost was reasonable and I am happy with his service. I would recommend Cool Air Technologies.
