We're seriously looking at hiring another company. They tell us what day they'll be here but not the time, and don't call when they're enroute. This means somebody has to stay home all day, and we can't let our animals in the yard. Then they show up at dinner time and want to spray the kitchen! We've asked them repeatedly to give us a time frame, but they'll only do so if you get angry. We don't like to interact like that, so time to shop for a new service.

Steven was informative and was very professional. Not only did he spray the perimeter of the building, he fogged both the crawl space and attic. If you are having an ant issue, these are the people you want.

I've been an Antworks customer for about a decade. I have my home treated for sugar ants twice a year. When I became a homeowner many years ago (I live in SE Portland), I thought I was living on an ant hill. I couldn't leave pet food out for more than an hour. I was leaving Terro traps everywhere which made me nervous because I have pets. This may sound dramatic but in my case it's true: the ants were affecting my enjoyment of my own home. Second, every employee I deal with - from Misty in reception to Daniel the technician - is friendly and professional.

I've waited a few weeks to write this to be sure the ants were gone.and they finally seem to be! I first contacted Antworks on a Saturday - hoping for a better, more permanent solution than I've been able to accomplish on my own using different combinations of vinegar, cinnamon, Terro ant baits, and ant spray at the MANY places of infiltration. Misty was incredibly helpful and informative, clear on costs based on square footage, etc. and set an appt. for the following Tuesday. Steven arrived (early!), was professional, and also full of helpful information. He did his work efficiently, no fuss, no muss - took about 30 minutes and we haven't seen an ant since.very happy with this company!

This was an awesome company to do business with. They were quick to schedule visit. Once at my house they were nice, respectful of my no shoes policy, and very informative. Had an ant issue, and they said they would be gone in a couple weeks with treatment. They were literally gone in less than an hour. The tech informed me of what he was doing and we chatted quite a bit about ant facts and habits. Ant controlled Warrantee is 3 months so at any time within that time they will come back out and treat again for no charge. These folks do a great job. If any ants do come back, especially from a neighbor house, they come out quick to take care of the problem.

I received treatment for carpenter ants and haven't seen any since. Very professional and friendly service providers. I also received a spider treatment after being told I had brown recluse spiders at the house. Continued to see spiders for a few weeks after the first treatment. They honored their warranty and provided a second service free of charge, but we are still seeing spiders. I highly recommend them for ants; however, I can't say the same for spiders. It's a shame because they are very friendly people.

We've been using Antworks for years, and I wouldn't consider using any other company. On the phone or in person, they're always super helpful, super friendly, super professional all around. We have them come out yearly now to help control our pavement ants in the spring, and we're consistently happy with how effective their service is. I have had a great experience with Antworks. They came on-time and took care of the Ants that was a major problem in the front and the backyard. Also during the first of spring all the spiders came through the trees and started coming into the house. I've used this company for three years and no more. It's always the same issues with blame with someone else in their office "your not in our books but I'll make sure you are in this time". I set up three appointments a year to get the best price from this company and it's always the 2nd appointment no one shows or calls back and I am waiting around all day. When I call the phone rings off the hooks so I leave messages with no return call. Enough is enough.
