I am very satisfied with Keith's work The installation team was absolutely professional. They were fast yet thorough. They came in the morning when they promised and by lunchtime I had my new Carrier system cooling my home. And, by the way, their clean up & haul away was excellent. I couldn't tell anyone had been here. They were very polite. I was hardly inconvenienced! they really new what they were doing. inspired confidence in me, I am quite happy I chose to give my business to Keith. and I'm looking forward to their servicing my system. And to boot, the price was right!

We used Keith for several years for annual maintenance and repairs as needed and were very satisfied with them, so when it came time to put in a new unit - they were our first choice. We upgraded to a more powerful unit to better climate control our house and noticed a difference almost immediately, sadly not for the better. The Master bedroom was miserably hot, so much so that it was causing headaches.
We contacted Keith and someone came out and did a cursory check and confirmed that the living room was much cooler than the Master Bedroom but waved it off as a result of the duct work being old. (Of course previously we had an old unit AND old ductwork and did not have those issues, but that was apparently beside the point?) They said they could replace the ductwork but would not be able to do so until the Fall when things cooled off. Using both reports from our Nest about how often the unit was running and reviewing our power bill compared to the year before, we began calling Keith again.
Something was clearly amiss - the unit was running for 20 hours a day and yet the Master bedroom was miserable. We were told we were low priority because we had air, so it took several more weeks to get someone out. This time someone went into the attic to look at the ductwork and determined the damper on the duct to a quarter of the house, including the Master Bedroom, had been closed during the installation process meaning the Master Bedroom was not getting much air and that's why it was so miserable. Things got somewhat better as far as being comfortable but our new, more powerful unit, still runs for longer than the old unit did and struggles to keep the house comfortable.
We were always very pleased with Keith, their prices are reasonable, their staff is very courteous, but as we look for someone to do our ductwork and make decisions about our annual maintenance contract I don't know that I will chose them again this year with their laissez faire attitude for customers once the big sale has been made.

Service was excellent. Techs John G and Brock H. were both very good to work with. They were prompt and showed up when promised with all items needed to replace the inside unit of the Heat Pump. They worked with me to get everything installed. Work was completed without interrupting my normal routine.

Just want to get pay and leave, I try another company in couple hour they got it fixed and now running fine. What a Scam, I wouldn't recommend this company. Price too high. Service: AC maintenance

Keith Air Conditioning was fast and reliable! My 17 year old AC unit bit the dust on what felt like the hottest day of the year. They had me up and running with a brand new system in no time. They even went the extra mile and drove to Mississippi to get one of the units and loaned me a portable ac unit in the meantime. The techs were friendly and very professional. I would recommend Keith for all your HVAC needs without question.

Lots of new technology that makes the Carrier equipment so much more efficient than systems of the past. John was great, helpful, nice, and took great care to not make a mess and clean everything up before he left. Highly recommend. Superb.

They are incredibly high in their prices--even they will tell you that. They cost me A LOT of money. Replaced some parts on my furnace during the summer that should have only cost me about half the price. Anyway, when they replaced the parts, they damaged another part that made my heater not work. They came back out to investigate and of course said it wasn't their fault, that these things happen. False.
The company I bought the part from said they have NEVER seen those parts break. My new HVAC guy also said that in his 17 years, he's never seen that happen. It is what it is, but I will never use them again. They also sent some kid out to my friends house who misdiagnosed the issue and almost cost them hundred of dollars. They got a second opinion from the guy I am now using and it was a totally different issue that only cost $85. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!

Outside fan motor was going out. I received a price to repair it. I wanted to know what they were charging me for the motor (parts) and labor. I looked online to see what OEM motors cost ($223) and was curious what they were charging me for the motor. Being that they are a large company and buy repeatedly from their supply warehouses, they should pay less than me, I'm sure.
I called two days in a row asking for the office manager to call me with a price breakdown. Day three final got her on the phone. I explained I wanted a price breakdown of the work they were going to do and what was the price of the motor, capacitor and labor, But mainly the motor. I told the office manager, I had looked online at OEM motors and they cost about $225, what were they charging me for the motor?
I was curious. I mean I am the one paying the bill. I was told by the office manager (female) it was none of my business. She said they charge a flat rate price for the work and I would NOT be getting a breakdown of costs. The repair technician was at my house for a total of 20 minutes to make the repair and I was charged $652. This company has serviced my heating and cooling system for the last three years.
You would think they will be a little bit more forthcoming. The technician that was here performing the work said, a lot of the local air-conditioning companies are doing the same thing. My parents are in there 80's and have two units in there home. We had to get the unit upstairs replaced due to the age of it. It had a slow leak and would need refrigerant put in it at least once a year. I work close with construction companies so I know a thing or two about pricing. I was supposed to get a couple of quotes for my Mom but Keith's quote was so reasonable that Mom and I agreed not to even bother to get another quote.
I left work early around 2:00 p.m. the day of the installation to check on my parents and the progress of the job but to my surprise the installers were already gone. My Dad said that there were three installers and that they were kind and courteous. My Mom was already taking a nap upstairs where the new unit was installed. It was one of the neatest and cleanest installations I had ever saw, and I've seen quite a few. Thank you Keith Air Conditioning for such a great job and for caring for my parents. Walter Gardner

I called this evening to have someone come out and try to fix our AC. It was over 80 degrees inside our house and climbing. I explained that we have a baby and need someone ASAP. The guy that was on call tonight was incredibly rude. He told me how much it would be and I said that was fine, we just have a baby and need to have it fixed ASAP. He then. very rudely kept telling me that he would charge me even if he couldn't fix it (which again I understand, you never know if it's a simple fix or a huge one).
I said I understood, he was clearly very aggravated and absolutely did not want to come out. He was so rude that I ended up telling him never mind, we would find someone else. Which we did, within 30 minutes our AC was fixed. We paid almost double what he quoted me, but you want to know why we didn't mind? Customer service. It goes a long way.

Keith Air Conditioning claims on their website to be a 24/7 operation. Really? I just got out of hospital and my air conditioning went out after storm Friday night.on Celeste Road on 6/18/2016. I called them and was told by the Operator that a technician would call me right back and come to my home tonight.
