I called Hembree and stated that I needed a capacitor replaced on one of my two AC units. The young man who came out evidently had no experience or knowledge of my Bryant AC system. He somehow caused my compressor to short out and then said I would need to replace both my inside and outside units. What was supposed to be a simple capacitor replacement is now going to cost me thousands of dollars.
He also stated that a company representative would be in touch in the morning, but no one has called. I paid the $128 service call fee, but will now have to pay a lot more for his incompetence!

Two of the most qualified and professional gentlemen I've had the pleasure to meet and have work on my HVAC. They laid drop clothes in the work area and hallways. They got right to work and finished their work in under 5 hrs. They removed my old HVAC system and replaced it with a new efficient system at a good price. Can't say enough good about all the fine people at Hembree.

I will have to say that Tyler is awesome! He has great customer skills and is very knowledgeable. Nobody else was able to tell me why my AC would run just a minute at a time and cut off. Tyler had a good idea what was happening right away, fixed the issue and now this grandma is happy! Although it's cool outside today, now I will be cool inside as well.

We contracted with Hembree for semiannual maintenance for the HVAC system in our new construction. Our first maintenance check was this morning. The service tech arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was here for a significant amount of time and did a very thorough maintenance check on out entire system. We are very pleased with this first experience with Hembree Heat and Air.

We called Hembree Heating and Air last evening when our air system began heating instead of cooling. Al, our technician, came to check on the system and was here with 30 minutes of our call. At one point, it was 84 degrees inside our home and still rising. Al determined the cause quickly, shut our system down, and returned today to make the repair.
He was in and out in in approximately 30 minutes. Al is professional, follows protocol when entering our home, and is very personable. The cost of the after-hour service call and repair was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Hembree H & A and Al. They have just gained new customers.

Austin came out to diagnose our problem and was WONDERFUL. Deanne and Faith were so sweet in getting everything coordinated. Jacob was so sweet and came over to quote a new system. Jeremy and Zion installed a few days later and were awesome! Thank you SO SO much! I have heard horror stories of other local businesses. I am thankful that y'all run such a wonderful company!

My partner and I are first time homeowners and a wire melted in our outside unit causing the compressor to not work and our home became absolutely miserable and humid. I made an appointment and a few hours later, the technician came, fixed the wire, and our home is cool and comfortable once more. I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that each employee I spoke with showed. They are truly a blessing!

"A-Team" (Alston and Al) came out for our bi-annual service check on time, and prepared. They were very thorough, and we did not feel like there was a rush to just check the box and move to the next job. We did run in to a couple of system issues and, after discussing options, they made the time to have us back up and running in just a few hours!

instead of just telling me that the design of the ac and heat in my home was bad and it is what is and trying to make a fast sell they gave me options never brought up by anyone else. they completely relocated my air handler, thermostat, air intake etc. also the inside and outside unit they installed is so quiet you don't hear it running. our home has never cooled off so easy and so fast and stays that way. no more turning the thermostat down and a running all day and night !!!
I can not say enough about the whole team. To the entire Hembree Team from me and my family we thank you. no one else will ever touch the ac and heat in any home I own other than Hembree!!!!
