Very pleased with the services they provided. Tim was very professional and moved mountains to get us a new AC/heating unit installed. He promised before Christmas and he delivered. The young lady in the office was diligent with keeping us informed of the status. Nothing but a completely positive experience from start to end and will highly recommend them.

This company has astronomical labor prices they charge $450 for a 1/2 an hour worth of work to change out a fan and want to charge me $1500 to change a condenser both parts are under warranty this is labor alone. Don't use this company.

We had an amazing experience with Desert Valley air conditioning repair contractors when we upgraded our residential hvac unit and thermostat. He had my best interests in mind. Our recently installed Nest required a new wire to be run from our outdoor unit to our thermostat, and this proved to be a difficult job with having an older house with a small crawlspace.

Our technicians-ac guy did a great job problem-solving and found a way to get the new wire up to our thermostat. We are grateful for this air conditioner repair company and the professionalism of the technicians who completed our job. Recommend this company!

Thank you so much to Kris and the Desert Valley team. We had a sudden A/C issue that caused damage to our ceiling. We were referred to Desert Valley by our construction company and I am so glad. We had an estimate done by a different company that wascwas unaffordable/bankrupt us and we thought we had to live without a ceiling indefinitely. Desert Valley is by far the best at what they do in North Las Vegas, and Henderson Nevada. Very honest about cost and repairs needed. was able to get a. ac repairmen technician right away, within a few hours. They arrived on time and was able to diagnose problem right away. He kept me informed of everything going on and explained what was going wrong with my air conditioner system. Had my ac fixed very quick. Very highly recommended.

Yesterday our air conditioning stop working and it was 108 outside. We called Desert Valley Heating & Cooling And they came out within 90 minutes. Randall was our Tech and he fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I have used this company for a few years now and they are always great Their prices are fair and they always do a good job. Randall especially is fantastic.

We have a 1930s house and not very many people were willing to take the time to rearrange our duck work to make it look nice and neat. Thanks to Desert Valley we got done exactly what we wanted and are very satisfied with the results. Very friendly and professional technicians.

The technician Kris was prompt and very knowledgable on troubleshooting our heater, gave us exactly what the problem was and did not overcharge us. He took his time and even called the manufacturer of the furnace so we can get our warranty. I give him and his company 2 thumbs up.

We use Desert Valley for our 80 property management homes and they are always amazing. This specific time I called them out to my personal address to fix an issue that was not covered by my home warranty. Randall D. was amazing and really took the time to find out the REAL problem on why my heater was not working and kept shutting off. He fixed it with ease and even stuck around for about 30 minutes to make sure my heater wasn't shutting off again. HIGHLY recommended for any HVAC issues you may be having. Charlie was sent out and was incredibly professional, honest, kind and made sure to help us understand in simplest terms what was going on with the AC units. Even though it wasn't a one day fix, Charlie prioritized the home making sure he was able to do everything in his ability to repair the ongoing issue which was the home AC unit not effectively cooling the home past 80 degrees...

Though it wasn't a quick immediate fix while trying to figure out what the issue was (given the home had previous issues with AC) he didn't stop until he got several other guys out there to take a look with him and resolve the issues! He communicated effectively with both us and our landlord and was a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend these guys! thanks Charlie!

Whoever was driving your company box van DVHC 12 was being a straight a hole. Don't cut people off driving 85-90 on Summerlin pkwy during rush hour traffic. Just because the reflective tint on your van hides the employee doesn't mean we don't have the plates because it's an unmarked company car. This employee is a liability. July-12-19 around 5 pm.

This review is based on customer service. Charlie came out to my business on a mission to find a problem which has been plaguing us for months. We have gotten the run around from other companies that have come out on behalf of our property manager. Charlie was insanely patient listening to not only my frustrated pleas to find a solution but he answered all of my questions in "girl talk" (no disrespect to any female, I just am not super knowledgeable about this stuff).

He was thorough and completely transparent in what he was doing. I never had to ask what he was doing or looking for. If they end up doing the work I am confident I will be able to update with 5* service as well. Thank you Charlie for being an honest good human!

The first AC company said we needed a new condenser and that it was going to be $3000.00, we decided to get a second opinion and tim came out and told us we only needed a freon charge which ended up only costing us $200.00. We needed a new rooftop unit. Tim came and gave us a no bs quote that we thought was a good deal (we got a total of 3 quotes). Tim and Wade were right on time (even a bit early) for installation. We will definitely use these guys again.honest and just really good guys!

I cannot even begin to explain the problems we were having with our air conditioning unit. It was noisy and not working at all. We had other techs come out to fix it, 4 times in two years and finally Desert Valley Heating and Cooling came to our rescue. They installed a new unit very quickly and efficiently not to mention with the highest of professionalism at a very reasonable price.

I contacted 4 companies I found on internet searches. I had each company come out and give us an estimate with a time frame to get the work done.

The technician, Tim was early, very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked questions, measured the square footage, looked at the electrical, got up on the roof, he was thorough! Desert Valley had the best price and quickest install so we went with them and we were not disappointed! Tim and his helper showed up at 8AM and got right to work on the new install.

I didn't expect all of the work to be done the first day but to my surprise it was! The man living in the house was very pleased with the install as well as the professionalism of the technicians. Excellent company to hire. They came out right on time. Fixed the problem very quickly and charged less than I expected to pay. You guys rock!

The technician who arrived was proficient. Diagnosed problem quickly. Replacement part on hand. Added coolant. Even went as far as to tighten up the A/C so that it wouldn't vibrate as much. Quieted it. AC up and running within a 1/2 hour upon his arrival. Would recommend to others.

My A/C has been acting up so I called Desert Valley and they were very nice on the phone. The service guy was on-time and went about checking and fixing the problem very quickly. He also checked the heating to make sure that worked as well. I think he was done in about 45 minutes or so.

My air conditioning stopped working so I called a few companies and they were the only ones to answer on a Sunday night. They came at 7am and said I needed a new motor. I was charged $485 for the replacement and diagnostic fee and it was done within an hour. It seemed to be working so I left for work. I came home later that evening to a 97* house.

I called and they came back within an hour. They said the new motor they put in was defective and replaced it with another new one. Not even a week later and it's broken again. I called again and they said they'd be here in the morning. So now I'm sitting here packing me and my crying kids bodies with ice in a 95* house trying to sleep till morning.

The service guy that came out was so very helpful and friendly; plus he was super prompt. He was at my house before I was! He said 3:30 and he was there at 3:25. He took his time and did a great job. Highly recommend this company.
