Over a month it took to get 1st paycheck. Horrible had to deal wit some mystery owner.

Las Vegas Air Conditioning came out the day before we were set to leave on vacation. Couldn't leave our pets at home in a hot house for over a week, so we needed the unit fixed asap. The initial part they tried to replace didn't solve the issue, but they managed to replace the entire unit in a single day, which was amazing. Stayed until late that night to be sure it was done, can't express how great their techs were and how hard they worked.

We did have some loudness from the new unit initially. Their tech, Micheal came out today and figured out the noise was coming from pipes inside the wall not insulated properly (not their fault since those pipes were installed by the builder, but the new more powerful unit made it more noticeable). He spent all day working to open the wall and fix, going beyond our expectations.

Great service and all of their techs (Michael was great!) were very nice and really worked their collective butts off to get the repairs done quickly. The owners take a deep interest in any issues and respond quickly and directly, which is rare to find these days. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their AC worked on.

Las Vegas Air Conditioning is very professional from start to finish. The receptionist took my call and scheduled for a next day appointment. On the day of the appointment Andre B. called me to let me know he was about 30 minutes away. When he got to my house he let me know what was wrong with my air conditioner and gave me excellent tips on how to maintain it to ensure longevity. He fixed my air conditioner in record time was very professional. I highly recommend Las Vegas Air Conditioning for all your hvac needs.

We have been without heat for a couple days. It's been unusually cold this week, Murphy's law, right! Because of our work schedule we had to wait until Saturday to call someone. I'm sure glad we called this company. They were very friendly, efficient, honest and knowledgeable. Turned out we needed a new motor for the heater. Their prices were VERY reasonable, and our technician Ricky was VERY professional and a super nice guy.

He had the problem diagnosed, and repaired in under 2 hours. We are warm and able to enjoy the rest of our weekend in comfort. I know they had a full schedule this weekend, but they still fit us in and took care businesses. I would highly recommend this company.

Just wanted to say thank you for the awesome service AGAIN! I used Las Vegas Air last summer when my a/c unit went out in the middle of August with temps over 110.:/ your company came immediately when called(was told Up to 2 weeks from others) not only top notch product but impeccable customer service! I am not a full time resident of Vegas but I got a referral from someone I trust and Oh Boy is this the right company for Heating and Air Conditioning. In 2013 I had the owner Steven to the house to discuss two new furnaces and air conditioners. It was a great experience and I bought from them and the installation was great. Forward to 2016 when I came to town one condenser would not come on so I called for service.

Their service tech Gabriel came out and found a loose wire. No Charge he said and I couldn't believe it. He was great. A week later I called again to have two new wireless thermostats install. This work was performed by David. Was I glad I didn't tackle this myself as my equipment was all two stage fans and condensers. The wiring was over my head. My experience with Gabrial and David was outstanding and Steven should be proud of his team. Enough said this is a great company to deal with.

Las Vegas Air is definitely the best service I have received from any ac company I have ever called. A technician named Gabriel Santos showed up shortly after I called and repaired my system quickly and honestly figured out and explained the problem to me, all while giving me a fair and decent price. I was very impressed with the way he disclosed to me what was wrong in a way that a normal person could understand, and i am very satisfied with the work that was done. Thank you Las Vegas Air and Gabriel Santos! If I have problems again in the future, I know who we will be calling!

David was excellent. Very professional. He quickly fixed a problem today, and he gave my AC units a tune-up recently.both visits he was kind, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how my system works in terms that I could understand, and things that I can do to prolong the life of my HVAC system. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I feel that they are also very honest. I have used other companies in the past that tried to sell me things I really didn't need or services that I could literally perform myself (like general up-keep and such).I have not experienced that with this company.they have recommendations if I am interested, but they never push products or services that I do not need, and I very much appreciate that. Great business!

David, from Las Vegas Air Conditioning, came to my home today to do an air-conditioning system inspection. He was extremely thorough in examining the entire system. David also is very professional and provided me with excellent information regarding my heating and air-conditioning system regarding any future concerns.

Very happy with the service. The Technician, David Arana, serviced our heating equipment last Fall; and, just now, the cooling equipment. Very pleasant and seems to enjoy what he is doing. Love the Club Savings program.

I called and talk to Stephen after having a bad experience with another company. He was very knowledgeable and attempted to diagnose my problem over the phone. He was here in an hour and did a thorough tune-up and diagnosis. He was trustworthy, the work was done well and the price was very reasonable. It's hard to find good honest tradesmen these days. I plan use them for all my future air conditioning repairs and replacements.

My air quit blowing cold right when it started to warm up. My mother lives with me and due to medical issues has trouble breathing when it starts to get hot. Thankfully LVAC was able to get our unit fixed ASAP (apparently the indoor blower motor went out).

I want to thank Andre for his awesome service! We have been without air conditioning for 3 days and when Andre came today he was totally honest with me. Within 5 hours we had a brand new air conditioner. I also would like to thank Ed too. Las Vegas Air Conditioning is a wonderful company! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Las Vegas Air Conditioning technician Dion came over to my house to give me a second opinion to repair the heating on the unit yesterday evening. When he arrived he told me to turned on the heat and set it up to high. The heater started working and I was surprised it did! Dion was such a nice guy with a good attitude, personality and polite he my Angel, and he didn't even charge me a service call for coming over.

I would recommend Las Vegas Air Conditioning to anyone who has Heating and AC problems in their home. This people are HONEST and Reliable! I had purchased home warranty from Choice Home Warranty for my home and when my heater wasn't working I called them and they sent over a tech from Empire Mechanic to diagnose the problem. The technician told me there he has to order some parts for the heater and that has to be approved by Choice Home Warranty.

The parts is going to be very expensive cause the Heater/AC is very old. Choice Home Warranty told me they were not going pay for all of it, I figure about 25% of the cost. Empire Mechanic was trying to rip Choice Home Warranty and Choice Warranty was going rip me OFF! I paid about $500 year to Choice Home Warranty to cover all my home appliances and repair. I would not recommend purchasing Choice Home. Warranty. Evidently there was nothing wrong with my HEATER!
