Garry was great, he was called in as a seconds opinion after another company was unwilling/ unable to diagnose why water was coming from an upstairs bathroom into my downstairs living g room. Just had an amazing & unexpected experience ~ You couldn't dream of better service! I submitted the request through American Home Shield (my warranty) Friday about 11am & received confirmation call from 5 Star within 25 minutes saying they could have someone out Sat. between 9-1. Their technician, Garry, called at 8:45 Sat to say he was on the way!

He was knowledgeable & extremely thorough, but also quick & efficient. Super professional & friendly guy ~ he identified the problems in a few minutes, explained them, and fixed them quickly.

Oh my gosh. This is the second time Garry has been to our house and he is the BEST! He fixed our garbage disposal so quickly. From the time he rang the doorbell to the time he walked out the door was 14 minutes I counted! He's kind and sweet and takes time to talk to us about how to use the equipment and what to look for in the future. When we buy our own house he's the guy we will call 100% of the time! Garry was great to work with. Friendly and efficient. Our hot water heater stopped working so we placed a work order with our home warranty company. Garry called to let us know he was on his way. He was able to quickly diagnose that the water heater had begun to leak and needed to be replaced. After a quick call the to the home warranty company he was able to replace it immediately.

One of the worst experiences ever! The whole time the rep was there all he did was put down the home owners insurance and talk about the games that contractors and insurance companies play. The rep acted nice to may face then turned around and told my insurance company that the system had been broken long before our coverage started.

Liars scammers! The worst company ever. Put wrong parts on my AC unit then when it still didn't work they said they would not tell AHS that it was broken because their money is more important than my comfort fought for 4 weeks to get it fixed and ended up getting it fixed by Dr. Cool which were awesome.
