Very happy with Ice and their service. Zach took the his time with the annual maintenance. Took pictures, drew a diagram and explained potential future issues. The roof top unit is over ten years old, so no surprise there were minor issues ready to leave us baking in the heat. Repairs were reasonably priced and done the same day. Zach was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.

It's a good (rare) feeling when you have work done on your house and have the impression it was money well spent. Will recommend to anyone looking for AC/ Heating suggestions.

Ice heating and cooling did an excellent job. The technician was very knowledgeable, and super efficient. I have to confess that when my unit went out on one of the hotest days of the year, I immediately began to panic remembering the last time it broke and how hard it was to just to find a company that could send a tech just look at my unit.this time was different though because I called ice heating and cooling.

They had a tech out to my place to check it out, explain my options, and a new unit installed and running smooth before my kids got home from school. I went with Ice Heating and Air when my AC failed. After exploring my repair options, I elected to have a full central air system installed. Angelo, Thomas and Martin were my installers and were as professional and polite as possible! They were on time and completed the total install in about 7 hours. They were clean and made sure everything was tidied up before they departed. I would highly recommend Ice for any AC or heating services.

Our AC unit was over 15 years old and was near the end of its life. We decided to get it replaced before the heat of this summer starts kicking in. Our furnace is only a few years old, so we wanted to ensure we got a condenser and coil that was compatible. We solicited quotes from four different companies. Although we had one quote lower than ICE, we chose them anyway based on better reviews, extras they could offer, and their presentation as to our options. Bryan presented the options available to us and was great to work with, in that he took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions.

He examined our current setup to ensure compatibility (including doing a manual J study to confirm correct sizing). His presentation, along with the fact that he indicated there would be a post-installation follow-up is what eventually won us over. For the actual installation, Ken and Albert worked nonstop over 9 hours nonstop to get it all installed correctly.

They ran into a few issues (furnace needed to be 'rehung', issues trying to fit the condenser unit through our gate). However, they did any repairs that were needed, and we were impressed as to their work ethic to get the job done nonstop without a lunch break and few regular breaks. So far, everything seems to be working great (we haven't had any temp extremes yet, but have confidence that it will work well).

Note that the company also does dryer vent cleaning, which appealed to us also. We are happy with the installation and mainly chose ICE due to their reviews and that they seem to be a company that seems honest and trustworthy.

We have been using ICE for just about 1 year now and could not be happier. They are the only company we found last year that would actually answer their phones and come out the same day (Sunday) when our AC unit failed and it was 117 out. Because of that we chose to get their Club Membership. Recently, during routine maintenance, Ricky discovered an issue with our system and was kind enough to sit down with us, draw our system out on paper and explain what the issue was/next steps.

During a second visit for a leak detection test, Ricky was an absolute gem and just further solidified our trust in this company. He consistently explained everything he was doing and his findings to me, then to our (extremely difficult) home warranty company, and then to the property owner. I genuinely appreciate how Ricky explains things and makes you feel a lot calmer about the fact that your entire AC unit may need replacing. He really treats you like a great friend and we are so appreciative of that. We will honestly recommend Ricky and anyone at ICE Heating & Cooling to everyone we know.

Zach was the tech who gave estimation that was very thorough. He explained each service package in drawing AC system so I could see what he was referring to. He was very cordial with great communication ability. I am getting the Deluxe package with the Maintanance contract saving over $200! I am looking forward to the cleaning that appears to be just below hospital standard, for a home that deals with autoimmune needs, I feel very confident and at ease with Ice Heating & Cooling.

We highly recommend ICE. We got bids from four businesses and chose ICE to install a new HVAC system and water heater. Their representative Bryan, educated us on which system would be best for our usage instead of just pushing one brand. He also clearly explained everything that they would be doing. The installers, Ken, Albert and Cruz, showed up on time and were very courteous and professional.

They were friendly and helpful answering all our questions. They had to remove the trim on the entrance to the attic to install the unit but it was repaired and repainted the next day by a professional painting company. They came out a couple of days later and did the city inspection. They also took care of the registration of the warranty. This company takes care of your needs and is great to deal with!

Ice Heating & Cooling truly deserves the high ratings! We decided to use them to replace both of our 30+ year old heating & cooling systems based on the excellent reviews and we're so glad we did. They were very professional and did what they said they would do and on the promised schedule. Their bid included an upgraded filtration system as well as an ultraviolet air purification system both of which are really a plus.

The installers were very courteous, careful and cleaned up after themselves. There were a number of technicians, but a special thanks to Thomas and Kole. Albert was the lead technician and our company rep/sales was Bryan. All very knowledgeable and just easy to work with. Bryan said that they strive to be the best and they succeeded with us. We highly recommend them for all of your heating & cooling needs.

We are repeat customers of ICE and we cannot say enough how grateful we are to have found such an honest and dependable company that you can trust. I would go nowhere else for my A/C and heating needs. We had an issue with our A/C on Sunday morning and Junior was out by 10 am to fix the issue. They clearly go above and beyond. Ice Heating & Cooling has definitely earned a new, lifetime customer with us. They’re very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained all the option, the entire process and worked tirelessly to get the job done quick and properly. The entire staff is professional and great. Our technician, Moe, was phenomenal. We even had a question a few days later. Moe took time out of his extremely busy schedule to stop by and ensure everything was still working properly. I can’t stress it enough, Moe, and Ice Heating And Cooling, are absolutely the best.

They came out in a pinch, to fix my AC, which was probably out for a week. In any rate, my house is an icebox again, just in time for summer. Junior saved the day!!!!!

HONEST and fast!
HVAC is older, mentally prepared to have it replaced at any moment. Had to use the HVAC for the first time this year and it was not kicking on. Contacted Goettl, after hearing multiple ads on the radio and TV. Goettl came out, advised me that my motor was dead, it would be $1,200 to replace; however it would not be worth it since my HVAC was so old. “It would be throwing away good money.” Completely agreed, inquired about having it replaced.

The gentlemen contacted his field supervisor, came out, looked at my HVAC system, ran some additional tests, showed me it was in the red, and needed to be replaced. Was advised that I should upgrade to a tankless water with an all new HVAC. I denied this upgrade and was quoted $13,700 for a new HVAC. After doing some googling and reading other reviews on HVAC replacement for condos.

The quoted price seemed pretty high.

Contacted ICE, Junior came out the following day, took a look at my system. The was no electrical connection to trigger the motor. Fixed in 20 minutes. Will be giving me a quote on an entire HVAC replacement when that time comes, and said it will not cost $13K.

I needed a water softener installed and I got several quotes. I connected with Jr at ICE and he gave me a great deal. After getting the parts he needed, he did a great job hooking up my new softener. I was so pleased with his service that I signed up for the yearly maintenance program for my furnace, hot water tank and a/c. I recommend ICE for all heating & cooling.

The best in the HVAC field, promptly acted on my unit on a hot summer and fixed and cleaned for an excellent price. Very very knowledgeable people that cares about you and give you an experience you can't find anywhere else. I think this is the second or third time I have reviewed ICE as they have been my provider for over 3 years. Every single one of these reviews has been 5 stars which to me is the test of a good company/provider...anyone can give 5 star service the first time you use them.

Junior was very friendly and knowledgeable with my fireplace repair. This company is very experienced and highly recommended.

The technicians were very prompt in return calls (which is unusual during these busy times) and was very helpful in figuring out the install for our reverse osmosis water filter. Also explained in detail how to get it to work after 24 hours of draining and filling up the tank.

Junior came out to my house today when I wasn’t getting any heat. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the issues, pricing, and maintenance for both my furnace and went over options I had. He was very respectful of my house and was very nice. I would 100% use them again in the future for both my maintenance and any additional issues I would have.

Junior and Chris installed complete duct work for us...UV light and a filtration system. We are so happy with the results!! They are the best...now we are on their maintenance program (summer & winter) They are great guys and they make sure you are very satisfied with their work.

I messaged ICE through Yelp and the owner got back to me within minutes. I explained I was looking for a duct cleaning due to the dust issues we were having in the house and he explained that while they don't provide this service he would be happy to send a technician to do a complimentary inspection of our system because it was most likely an underlying issue that was creating the dust, not just dirty duct work. Chris arrived at our home that Saturday and thoroughly inspected our unit in the attic.

We had this done a few months ago and the technician from that company said there was nothing wrong we just needed a duct cleaning. Well Chris came down from the attic with not only the reasons behind the dust but he took pictures to show me what was wrong along with his verbal explanation. A week later he returned to complete the work at a very decent price. Thank you ICE for not only allowing me to not stress over the constant dust in my home but for employing people like Chris who truly took care of us!

Junior was excellent in answering all my questions about my central A/C and heating unit in a foreclosure I just purchased. He was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend ICE.

I originally called ICE when my AC stopped working during my brothers wedding, they got out to my house within 30 mins and JR was great in getting my AC running again. I knew my AC was old and JR did an amazing job of explaining the condition the unit was in and unfortunately some previous companies that worked on the AC did more damage than good.

I decided to replace the unit, shopped around and got quotes but in the end I felt a lot more comfortable having ICE install my unit. JR really put time and effort and because of this I had them install my new unit. They did a great job and I am very happy with them.

After having 4 other HVAC companies come to my house and give me estimates to replace 2 hvac units, ICE was the only one that did a load test, very important. Always friendly and knowledgeable. They never pushed me to buy, answered all of my questions and gave me a great price for what I wanted.
