Needed professional help because there were only 2 wires instead of 5 wires for smart thermostat installation. Additionally, the fuses of the furnace bursted as well due to my previous unprofessional installation. Alpha Air immediately recognized the problem via description and provided a range of quote as well as an offer of immediate service. Alpha Air arrived, verified, and confirmed what needed to be done, then had it everything done within the hour. The smart thermostat is working properly and well. Thank you.

They came promptly. We already knew we needed to replace the whole HVAC system and they were able to schedule the job for the next day, and the price they quoted was almost 40% less than another quote we got for basically the same thing. Their quote was extremely reasonable and fair, and they even provided a temporary portable a/c unit for the day.

When Alpha air employee came out for a/c maintenance, it was not going to work, I sent him away before he did anything. I called Artur the owner, explained that the employee they sent out didn't want to do the full job only part. He apologized offered to come out himself do it for free whatever it took he said his employee was new and he would deal with it he even also offered me a year free maintenance.

11pm, 80+ degrees outside, and my AC stops working. Called several "24hr" HVAC firms to no avail, until Alpha's Artur answered my call and within an hour he was in my house, then 30 mins later my AC was back in business after replacing damaged capacitors. Very professional, received digital invoice with itemized charges.no more carbon copies like the last guy. Very happy with the experience.

I have been a customer of Alpha Air for a few years, and Adolfo has consistently provided excellent service. He routinely services my HVAC units has been punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. This evening, I came home to a warm house and found that my AC unit was blowing hot air. I saw that Alpha Air offered 24/7 service, and called in for service at around 10:45PM.

I spoke to Artur, and he said that he would be at my house in roughly two hours. Sure enough, shortly after 12:30AM, Artur himself arrived at my house. Despite the time, Artur had a great attitude, was extremely professional, and set to work immediately. Within a few minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in less than half an hour. More important, because the part that he had to replace was a part that they had replaced a little over a year ago, Artur didn't charge me at all--he provided the service and the new part at no cost to me! He truly went above and beyond. I am thoroughly impressed with Alpha Air and their dedication to their customers. I highly recommend them!

Let me start by saying go no further if you are looking to replace your AC System. Alpha Air is a class act. Artur, the owner, will come and give you an estimate. He has a very honest approach and will not try to sell you a system you do not need. He treats his customers like he wants to be treated Artur will spend as much time as necessary making sure all your questions are answered.

You will have a price before he leaves. The next day you receive an itemized quote for you to approve. The installation was completed in a day. The crew was on time. I was impressed with how the installation was organized, very effecient. The workers were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Will, the supervisor, is the best he explained the installation and answered all my questions.

He returned when the job was almost complete. He checks the system to make sure it is working, makes sure there was no damage to the drywall, and shows you how to work the WIFI thermostat. He will spend as much time as necessary with you to make sure you are comfortable with the thermostat operation and the installation of the system. Terri, in the office, makes sure you receive all estimates, bills, etc She responds to emails immediately.

What really impressed me; there was an issue with the new AC, it would not start. Will was able to figure out what was wrong but rather than fix he felt we should get a new unit. He contacted Trane and was back the next day to swap the Units. THAT'S IMPRESSIVE. This company is deserving of all the 5 star ratingsit has received. I will continue to use Alpha for all my AC and Heating needs.

I am going to make this super easy, just call Alpha Air FIRST for any/all your HVAC needs. Arthur was so fast to respond and came to my house same-day on a Sunday! I haven't seen that level of service from many service providers. When he arrived, he was courteous, respectful, and extremely thorough. It was also a huge plus that he uses technology (i.e. location tracking so you know how far away he is, pictures in the invoices with notes, etc) to improve his service. Just do yourself a favor and begin your journey with Alpha Air, you won't regret it.

Artur responded to a quote request after business hours. I saw the great reviews and we corresponded back and forth, setting up an appointment for the next day. He respected our home by wearing shoe booties and being careful to slip them on and off as appropriate. Seriously, most people don't. He took time to diagnosis our issue and even provided some additional maintenance. He is such a pleasant and personable person. He honors veterans. And we are happy we went with his company.

Alpha Air just did a great job from start to finish. The customer service was so good, I think I forgot what it was like. They responded to my email quickly and scheduled a time for the next day. They answered their phone when I called to confirm. All the technology used was good with an email notification including a picture of the technician coming out.

The owner of the company, Artur, came out to my place right on time. Uniform, truck, and equipment were all sharp. He is very professional and friendly. The work was done well and I had confidence in him. I don't know enough about prices to know if it was a great deal but it seemed reasonable for the repairs I needed. The repair was done quickly, he did a complimentary cleaning on the compressor coils, the equipment and home were left very clean, and the payment/billing was all very smooth. Great experience with this company. Our AC condenser was slowly dying this Summer and we contacted two different AC companies to try and fix it. One of them couldn't source the parts and the other told us we needed to expand our ventilation system and get better windows. We decided to wait until Winter to fix it but the system gave up the ghost before we made it.

We had no AC and it was still 90-100 degrees outside so we called Alpha Air. We called at 5 PM and they were out the next morning. They diagnosed the problem (internal short in the condenser) and gave us a good quote to replace the entire system (based off what we expected from our research on prices). They were able to source the equipment and replaced the entire system the following day.

All told it was just under 48 hours from when we called to when we had a brand-new AC unit and furnace. The system has been running great since and we haven't had any issues. They are even coming back out to do a free inspection to make sure everything is functioning as it should. I'm glad I found this company and I would definitely use them again in the future.

One of our A/C units broke down, unfortunately it was the one for our master bedroom. Alpha air was prompt and fixed the problem quickly. The tech did argue with me over how my zoned system worked and claimed one of the areas was blowing cold air when it wasn't, but once he dug into the issue, he fixed both issues quickly and got both areas blowing cold air again. This is the second time I've had Alpha Air work on my system, the first was on the HVAC blower. I'd work with them again.

It's hot in Las Vegas this year and the AC gave out. It was time to replace it but, given post-pandemic supply issues, prices were very high. Alpha Air was one of several I called to get estimates and quotes. Their pricing was reasonable in comparison to others, and their strong reviews here on Yelp helped them land the job. The install was little more complicated than some - we were changing out the hydronic system for something more standard and it required cutting into the drywall and changing electrical from 120 to 220V.

Because of the complications, I was also able to speak to the owner, Artur, prior to the install and he reassured us that things would go well. Indeed, they did. Ultimately, we needed a plumber and an electrician to make it happen, but this job was done well and timely. Artur was present during the install as well. Basically, every commitment they made they honored. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done, and Alpha Air is now our go-to AC repair company. Thanks, Artur and Alpha Air!

I didn't get service from Alpha Air because they do not service the type of air conditioning unit that I have. But I still give this company 5/5 stars because of the customer service I received. The owner responded quickly to my Yelp quote request. He gave me the number to call to schedule an appointment to repair my AC unit. The receptionist that I spoke with asked me specific questions about my AC problem then explained to me that I have a Zoned system.

She advised I notify future AC repair companies about my zoned system. She further explained in layman's terms what is probably the problem with my unit... all this within a 5 minute phone conversation. I learned more about my AC unit and the problem I'm having in a free 5 min phone call than the $90 diagnostic evaluation I already paid for 2 weeks prior when I had the same issue, but happened to fix itself on its own. I really appreciated the education I got from Alpha Air! Thank you!

I didn't have an emergency, but rather it was pretty urgent. They were able to get me in the next day between 9am and 11am. The Technician, Rodolfo, was very professional, took the time to diagnose the issue properly and made sure the AC was working prior to leaving. These guys are awesome. Called them to service my central AC and to check where done noises I hear in the attic are coming from. They did both and did not charge me at all! They'll definitely be my HVAC contractor.

Artur and his crew are awesome! I live out of state and had a new Trane outside and inside unit installed recently. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they are very good at explaining everything so that you can understand it. Their pricing was the best out of three bids. They also have something that is very hard to find nowadays and that is the ability to do the right thing even when nobody is looking. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. Wore a mask due to Covid-19 and placed covering on his shoes when entering my home. The service was completed as expected for the price I was quoted over the phone and was just what I wanted. Even suggested the best filters for my equipment that I ordered from Amazon. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Been going to Alpha for several years now to repair my old units. One finally took a dump completely, so I went to Alpha for the job. I probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but cheaper doesn't always equate good customer service. And I knew using them in the past they were responsive and quick with my repairs.

Recently the new unit stopped working. So I was super concerned. But they sent someone right out, he discovered it was a switch problem not caused by their install and replaced it at no cost. I highly recommend the team at Alpha. I will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

I was searching fir a company to fix my heating and cooling unit (hvac) I called about 20 companies that found from yelp that they were giving me free estimate but I felt most comfortable with alpha air. I spoke with gentleman named Arthur, he was very honest and didn't over charge me. He gave me a great deal. I'm so happy I found them. Don't call any other Company around.

Called them this morning and they were out here by noon! It turned out to be problem with the sensors on my furnace and they got it fixed super fast. Very happy with the speed and professionalism of the technicians.

Quite possible the best organization that I have worked with. Terri on the phones is excellent in keeping one informed, automated messages, invoicing etc. The crew is quick, professional and patient, very rare qualities in today's environment. My AC broke on a Tuesday, they attended to my call for help within hours, gave me my options and a portable air conditioner to keep me cool, installed a brand new 5 ton Trane AC on Friday, they had to request help from a crane company that picked up the new AC and placed it in the requisite spot, no dolly for these guys, they did not want to scratch the new machine.

Our AC broke down Sunday night and I looked up AC repair shops here in Yelp. Alpha Air was the first one to respond and Arthur was really nice. Monday was Labor Day but he said he can come with no extra charge. That was really nice We were not home so we had him come Tuesday. He fixed our AC in less than 30 minutes. We initially thought we needed to get a new AC unit but he said some parts just need replacement.

He also informed us how much a new AC unit will cost, what out options are, what they can do if we ever decided to get an AC unit. Overall this is a good business and I highly recommend

Our A/C went out during the hottest time of year, of course. Alpha Air was the first ones to respond to us on a weekend. Arthur brought a portal A/C unit for us to use after we realized we needed to replace the unit. They replaced the A/C unit and did a great job. They really seem to care about their customers.
