My gas was turned off due to a vent not being connected. Johnny discovered there was a missing part and informed me that he did not have the part but would return in the morning to fix it. My phone rang at 8:00 pm and it was Johnny telling me that he had gotten the part and asking if he could come back and finish the job.

The annual hook Sunrise Discount Club $159 for a summer/winter maintenace tune; needing service, I say call someone who itemizes the bill; separating the service from the parts and don't get hooked into an annual service contract.

The technician arrived on time and within about 4 minutes told me the problem was a bad capacitor, and that the part would cost $210.00 dollars because it was not a common part because of the age of my unit and it needed to be a 35+5 dual capacitor.
