Mitch and his crew did an amazing job! Our pool had major algae and was completely not in working order. They replaced the filter, pump, light, skimmer basket, vacuum, outlets and plumbing. In a matter of a week and half he did an estimate and completed the job! Now we can use our pool! The water is crystal clear, the pool is completely rid of algae and everything is running great! Thank you!

I can't believe I haven't written a review for these guys yet. We have been using them since we moved to our new house over 2 years ago. Mitch and his guys are honest, reliable, reasonably priced and will answer any questions that you may have. Joe comes weekly and our water is crystal clear 100% of the time, no joke. They take care of your pool needs promptly. We have also had some repairs and heater install and it was good work completed and quickly! These are your guys!

Mitch is great. He was servicing the pool for a house we bough 2 months ago for 10 years. The Heater was broken for years (previous owners did not want to spend the money to fix it) and Mitch gave us very competitive bid to fix it. He and his guy did a great job installing the new heater! Mitch is also very customer oriented and very responsive for every question and need we had. Highly recommend him!

Recently Mitch met with us to try to help us figure out what our next steps are regarding our pool. Even though he provides acid washing and tile cleaning as a service, he recommended that we not do those at this time and that we should just save the money and put it towards having our pool resurfaced in the future (which is not a service that Mitch's company provides).

We were really impressed with his honesty and have been very happy with him and his company's service, quality and responsiveness for the last almost 4 years. Previous Review BPC Pool Maintenance services our pool and has done so for almost 3 years. The previous owner of our home had used them and even though the house had been vacant for many months, we saw that the pool was in pristine condition, because BPC continued to maintain the pool even though the previous owner would never have known if they stopped coming and just collected their checks. Mitch, our main contact, is very responsive to our questions and very knowledgeable. Jeremy and his wife take care of our pool each week and they do a terrific job. They are friendly and always look happy to come to work. We are happy to be associated with BPC.

Mitch, the owner of BPC Pool Maintenance, is greedy, unethical and incompetent. He installed our spa system backwards. I had to file a claim with our home warranty company to get the spa operating properly. Mitch argued with the owner of Aaron Pools that he had installed our spa system properly until Mike, the owner of Aaron Pools, finally convinced him that the spa valves were installed backwards. BPC pool service personnel broke our umbrellas and left debris by the side of the pool when they serviced it. Mitch tried to charge me $50 to clean our cartridge pool filter, but our current pool service company told me the work had never been done when they performed the same service recently.

We are now paying half of the pool service fees compared to the amount we were billed by BPC Pool Service and we are getting much better service. Our pool is clean and sanitary now. AVOID BPC POOL SERVICE. They will rip you off and destroy your pool and your pool accessories.

BPC has maintained our pool since 2006. They do a great job and only recommend equipment changes that are really necessary. Mitch is always available to answer questions. We are very pleased with the service and BPC's reasonable charges for excellent service.

BPC has been taking care of our pool for about a year now and I'm super happy with their service. With all of the Monsoons of late, they've been working overtime and our pool has stayed crystal blue while many of our friends & neighbors' are un-swimmable right now!

I have used BPC pool service for nearly 8 years. Jeremy is the best. He is very attentive to detail and does a wonderful job letting me know what was added, the PH, etc. Thank you for all of your service.

I called based off the business yelp reviews and in hopes of finding someone to help me with my pool. When the gentlemen answered you could hear children playing loudly in the background, which already told me he was preoccupied. Then when I described the issue I was having he brushed me off, saying he knows nothing about it, which is weird when you advertise LED lighting.

Then before I could get another word in he laughed and said you could just put in another strip, laughed again said good luck and hung up. If he had actually listened he would have heard I wanted to remove them and go with what is advertised in their site. I get being busy or preoccupied, but then don't answer and call back when you are able to discuss. I was not impressed with the customer service. I this company already had a plethora of business and didn't need any new customers.

Jeremy and Lynn have been servicing our pool for several years now. They do a great job and the reliability can't be beat. We always know when to expect them and they never disappoint. Knowledge and experience really evident in all services performed. In addition, they are two really nice people.

Jeremy with BPC is awesome! He is always more than willing to answer any questions I have. I also love that he gets along with our dogs! They love seeing him and insist on going out to greet him. I have had my pool maintained by a couple other services over the years and I want to say BPC is the best! Brian always answers my calls and comes out ASAP if there is something he needs to check for me. Jeremy and Lynn do such a great job, from regular cleanings, chemical balances, letting me know when somethings needs to be fixed, to acid washes.

I've never had this good of an experience with any other company or people like Lynn, Jeremy, and Brian. And my dog loves them! They bring him treats and he looks forward to their coming every week. They make my life so much easier!

Jeremy with BPC is great. He's always willing to take the time to answer any questions. He's polite and respectful and our dogs love him! If the dogs love him, what else is there to say? Oh. I guess I should say that our pool SPARKLES! Great service and fair prices.

We were extremely pleased with the experience we had with BPC Poolcare! Jeremy and Lynn showed up to tackle a very mucked up green pool and did a wonderful, amazing job of restoring it. This is a first rate team. They were friendly, communicative and very helpful. The owner, Mitch, was personable and easy to contact. We were so pleased that we are now having them provide regular maintenance. If you are considering calling them for any pool need you have, don't give it another thought. Just do it! You will definitely be satisfied.

BPC Pool Maintenance rocks! We bought a house two years ago and became first-time-ever pool owners. Our pool was about 20 years old and the elderly former owners had not properly maintained it. Mitch and his crew at BPC have taken excellent care of us from the beginning. They reliably come every week for maintenance, and they have truly exceeded our expectations with wise counsel on repairs / replacement of broken and worn out items, such as our filter motor, Hayward vacuum, the spa heater motor and now the spa heater itself. Mitch is always great at explaining the options (his "good / better / best" speech) and letting us decide how to proceed.

Some things have broken and he has gotten them fixed immediately, always with an eye toward energy efficiency and capitalizing on manufacturer rebates when available. Some things have broken and he has told us they're not necessary to fix right away, with good explanations why. He even interceded with our lousy home warranty company to help us get reimbursed on an equipment replacement. I cannot say enough good things about Mitch and BPC, so I'll just close with a big THANK YOU!

As they went along my old pool started breaking down but he salvaged what he could to get the most life out of everything. I really appreciated not having to spend an "arm and a leg" on the pool repair even though it all essentially was my fault of neglect. Their every week service is superb and they always leave a slip to let you know they were there, what they did, and the pool chemical levels.

I can reach them by phone, text message, email and I always get a quick response. Seriously consider this company for your pool maintenance and repairs. I've never had better consistent and honest service.
