PHC Restoration

The project managers, office staff and contractors were wonderful. PHC staff showed up to assess and mitigate water damage within hours of my initial contact. Communication throughout the project was responsive, accurate, and timely. Quality of work was excellent. They provided excellent advice about replacement flooring choices, and they matched paint colors perfectly.

They handled heavy furniture and exercise equipment with care, so nothing was damaged, and they replaced those items in exactly the right spot when work was finished. We needed to have all staff and contractors who were working onsite using thorough Covid precautions such as N95 masks, and they understood and cooperated. They even left a high-powered HEPA air scrubber onsite for days throughout the period that workers were here, in order to help clear the air of any potential virus. The folks at PHC made this as easy as possible, and I appreciate all of them and their contractors.

We had our dishwasher leak and cause damage to our kitchen floor and cabinet. From the time I discovered the leak and contacted PCH it was a great experience. Josh came out and got everything dried out quickly and assessed the damage. He was wonderful with all questions we had. Jeremy our project manager got right to it getting us started with our project plans and coordinating with our insurance. Hannah was always helpful with my many questions, emails and what seemed endless paperwork. Responded to my calls and emails promptly.

From the demo crew, cabinet crew, paint crew and cleanup crew everyone was great to work with. Would definitely use them again and I have and will continue to recommend them to others for sure.

I highly recommend contacting PHC about any damage/loss to your home or property. A large tree fell on our home over the weekend and we contacted PHC immediately after to prevent any further damage and start repairs. Josh was on-site within minutes and he had a team out quickly to clean out all the damaged materials and patch the roof. He also contacted the tree service and the tree was removed within just a few hours of falling.

They set up all equipment for drying out our walls and floor and have checked it daily to ensure it is drying properly. They even helped pack up our belongings for storage since the room is not usable. The crew did not leave that evening until our home was secure, working through rain, wind and very cold temps! Everyone I have met with PHC is so kind, professional and knowledgeable about their work. I feel very confident that PHC and project manager Jeremy will handle our rebuilding phase with the same high quality and professionalism they have shown before.

After a failed toilet supply line flooded a bathroom and the bedroom under it on the first floor, PHC was the 3rd and last company I had in to do the work. I fired the first two well known restoration companies for being uncommunicative and very very slow. PHC was always in touch with me and really worked to get crews in there to get things done (slow downs everywhere due to covid). The results are really nice.

Josh arranged to come inspect the soot damage from our gas logs promptly. He came a second time to meet with our insurance adjuster. He sent a great team of Jeff, Ryan, Becca, Tina and Valerie. They all worked hard for several days to clean the parts of our home that had been impacted by the soot. I highly recommend PHC.

We had a leak in the pantry which ended up damaging hardwood floors in our kitchen and dining room. PHC responded within 24 hrs and began the drying process which lasted 5 days. They worked quickly and thoroughly and connected quickly with our insurance company and plumber. Afterwards they assessed the damages and scheduled the remodeling work. Their reports were thorough and our insurance company accepted their work estimates.

The remodeling included moving major appliances and furniture; removing and installing new hardwoods; and refinishing the new floors in the damaged rooms as well as a hallway and bath so that colors would match. They also painted all trim and walls that were part of the remodeling. The remodeling took another 5 days. At all times they were professional, friendly, and responsive. I highly recommend their services.

We had a 2nd Floor toilet overflow on Christmas Day. Water flooded into the adjoining bedroom and between floors, raining down into the kitchen. PHC came out for an initial consult and cleanup action at 8PM and stayed until 10PM on Christmas. Early the next morning, their whole team was on-site, removing sections of carpet and ceiling, putting in hot air blowers and dehumidifiers to dry everything out.

A couple of days later the drying is complete, all the equipment is removed, and PHC is coordinating with our insurance and contractors for needed repair work on the carpeting and ceiling. These guys are amazing; they are highly rated here for a reason. Give them a call ASAP.

We had a car to run into our building. The team at PHC was there quickly to close up the hole. They worked with us and the insurance company to make sure that all repairs were done promptly and professionally. Answered all our questions and gave us top quality replacements for everything that was broken. Due to Covid it took a little longer but they stayed on top of it. We are very satisfied with the work done and highly recommend PHC for any job. Katie and Josh have wonderful people working at a wonderful company. Thank you.

I am appreciative to Josh, Jeremy, Toby, Valerie, Hannah, & Rebecca for their professionalism. My home was repaired in a timely matter with my complete satisfaction of the overall work. A few months after my home was repaired my mother passed away and PHC sent a floral arrangement sending their condolences. This assured me that I made the right decision to support my local business who cares about their community.

Within an hour of our late night call, PHC assembled a crew that worked through the night to stabilize our interior water damage problem. The next day they removed debris & installed fans and heaters to begin the drying process. They then managed the entire restoration process - helped us select and obtain flooring. They then made sure the flooring was perfectly installed, painting was flawless and our two bathrooms were made better than new. They could not have been more patient, reassuring, and speedy in getting us back into a beautifully restored home. Well done PHC!

PHC is amazing! Not only do they do great work but they are very easy to work with. It is refreshing to see a construction company that takes pride in their work, will do things the right way and re-do them if they don't look 100% correct.

They came and did a fire clean-up on my home. the crews did a wonderful job, but I felt so sorry for them. the fire originated in my kitchen, and went up and caused smoke damage in my attic. they had 2 painters taking turns in the attic, wich isn't much bigger in a crawl space. they had to spay some aluminum stuff up there, and the guys had no safety equipment.

I was honestly concerned that either one may have a heart attack, as there faces were so red, they could barely speak, and it was so hot.the poor men had the spray in there eyes, mouths, ears, everywhere! I called the office about it and was put in contact with some one named Katie. I told her of the situation, and asked if they could come back either later in the evening, or early in the morning when its not so hot, and with face masks and goggles or something to protect them. she told me, "if you want to go buy the masks and goggles yourself feel free, I have a son to put through private school." I asked her again about them leaving and coming back when it was cooler. she asked if they were getting the job done, and I said yes, but its very hard for them, and explained again why.

I was told, " if the crew has any complaints, or want to leave the job, please tell them that is fine, I will have there termination papers ready by morning." they will never, NEVER, never get any return business or referrals from me or anyone I know.
