Working with Aaron at First Choice Water Damage Experts when my water heater leaked and flooded my attic, upper level, and lower level was the best choice I could have made. He made it a priority to get to my house to mitigate the damage as quickly as possible and prevent further damage to my floors, carpets and ceilings. He was extremely clear in all communications in person, over the phone, and via text. Aaron was recommended by a friend in the real estate business. We had an upstairs leak, ruined the master bedroom ceiling and some walls. Aaron was here quickly, with all the equipment, and started right away. He cut out some damaged drywall and dried everything out. He arranged for a drywall/paint contractor to repair everything, even went and bought our original paint type and color. In one week we are totally fixed. Great job.

I live in an apartment complex. When a water issue occured in the empty apartment above mine resulting in water falling through the vents into my unit, I called the apt maintenance emergency number. They contacted Aaron Frost/First Choice. What a blessing for me because he definitely was prompt, efficient, professional, and a delight to work throughout a very stressful situation. Aaron was able to remove the standing water, and installed the necessary equipment to dry up the residual moisture in the carpet, walls and ceiling.
He checked on the humidity levels daily until the surfaces were at acceptable levels, documenting the initial damage as well as the progress along the way. Aaron and his crew removed all damaged drywall and carpet, and treated the surfaces affected by the water contact. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

When faced with 6 of water under my house, I was devastated and overwhelmed to say the least.
