We had the most bizarre experience with this company. Called them to come out to evaluate a flood from the kitchen that went into the basement. They came out and said we needed to pay them the deductible (from our insurance with USAA) while my husband was on the phone to tell me this (which I had told him no that is not the procedure).my husband asked them to wait while we contacted USAA.AND THEY JUST LEFT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD.
I call them back and ask what happened and he said "oh we had an employee emergency". WTF! I have never had an experience like this before but this was very strange, bizarre, shady and completely unprofessional. I am shocked that this company is so highly recommended and our experience couldn't have been more bizarre and completely unprofessional.

I thought I was prepared for a simple remodel not having took a single measurement. Take plenty of pictures of what you like, colors, specifics to give the contractor an insight of what your vision is. The project changed three times my fault. This job was a repair then renovate so have room for upgrading down the studs. I was very frustrated when my design looked terrible.
The contractor showed me why and offered many alternatives to utilize the material I purchased. Well the project went far beyond my expectations. Let the contractor do the measurements it helps with not overspending and lots of returns. I received a "design" service that picked up the fact I like certain colors and it was incorporated in the new remodel.
Lots of items need to be purchased if you want full control this could be the delay. Would I use this service provider again. YES! Plan the design first, measure, purchase and let them come in and do the work.

Triangle Legacy Carpet Cleaners in Raleigh came out to my office and did a great job on my carpets. I had not had them cleaned in about 6 months and there were some mud spots from the rains. Triangle Legacy got the stains out and even offered to fix some water damaged areas just outside my doorstep for a reasonable price.
