I have a big gripe with Central Fence and Gates. We recently hired them to install an electric gate and iron fence at our home. We made the mistake of paying them in full before they had completed the final electrical work. The installer said to give him a call when we had the plug installed and that was 3 weeks ago. The installer told us he'd be out on 3 different occasions to finish and did not show or call any of these times.
The owner, Brandon Welch, is not answering calls or texts and his voice mailbox is full both at the work number and his cell number. The installer is not returning our calls or texts either. I just wanted to warn y'all NOT to use Central Fence and Gates because they are unprofessional, unreliable and only care about your money.

Very rude and show up unannounced and just help themselves to your property. The "owner" has a serious attitude. The fence is shoddy and some boards aren't even nailed on. There's nails sticking out of the top of boards. My yard was covered in trash and cigarette butts. They left old fence posts they dug up and i paid to have it all hauled off. They dumped quick mix in my driveway and it rained that day.
Now there's a bump in my driveway. You can't open the gate because it drags the ground. There's no handle on the gate and you can only unlatch it from one side. It's garbage.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen! I emailed for a quote they responded in two days. Once he called we scheduled a time to meet. He asked if we could meet on my lunch break. Well fast forward, we were suppose to meet today. It is very inconsiderate of him to schedule and NOT SHOW UP and didn't call. If this is how he runs a business he will not got mine!

Central Fence has done excellent work on two projects. They installed a wrought iron fence at my home and replaced the metal fencing around our pool subdivision. The work was impeccable. They were punctual, well priced and always kept us abreast of the status of the job. Highly recommend them for all your fencing needs!

We are a commercial property. We called Brandon out and from go it was a good experience. Clear and straightforward on what, how, why, and was quick to get back with me about change orders. Fence install took days and they worked on a saturday to try to get it completed with no additional fees. He upgraded our previous gates. He installed new fence, gates, and wire. Could not ask for a better overall experience.

Please don't use this company. Brandon is as rude and ugly as Methuselah. We called for a simple quote. He hung on me. Had a nasty attitude with my husband. And claims he's the owner. Well guess what! We're going to spend our money elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE. Anyone who's this insensitive to the public does not deserve to be in business

Called and asked him to come out for an estimate for and ALUMINUM fence, wastes my time by coming out and giving me a quote for a different material and then says he doesn't offer aluminum. Guy shows up 30 mins early, doesn't call ahead to let me know, (luckily I was home from work that day) and gives me attitude when I ask. him to let me finish getting dressed because i wasn't prepared.
After all is said and done, we ask him to just repair part of an existing broken fence and install a smaller portion of fence than we originally requested a quote on, he had an attitude about that and declined. Find someone with a better and more professional attitude.

I will look elsewhere for future fence work. Their install was OK, but customer service was horrible. After removing my old fence the salesman called to tell me that he had made a mistake on his quote (which had already been signed) and would need to increase the cost of the job by $2,000 (25%). He threatened to leave the job incomplete if I did not agree to the increase. Very unprofessional. Not sure how they stay in business.

Would not recommend this company at all. We had a fence put up by them and it is by far the worst job ever seen. We had to call them back to correct issues and Brandon blamed us for them. They used green and untreated wood. The posts have twisted in the ground causing them to pull away from the top rail. We have had to rehang both sets of gates due to sagging.
He spoke to my husband and I as if we were less than competent. Hard lesson to learn but will not make the same mistake again. I had to give one star but that was not even worth it.
