This company cut my AT&T fiber while doing a job for my neighbor ... during the coronavirus lockdown. Now AT&T will have to come out to fix it. Of course there are delays due to the US and Louisiana emergency declarations and pandemic. And there is risk to me in having to deal with the on-site workers and repair technicians. The owner and workers never apologized or showed any remorse.

After years of having nothing but woods behind me, they bulldozed down every tree, and started building a subdivision. They are building the lots up 3 ft or so. Even with 6ft tall privacy fence, that had been there for years, I could see the construction guys walking around the lot from the elbows up! If you look at the "before" pic, you can see the top of the lower section of window, that you raise when you open the window.
I checked with a couple of fence companies for a TALL fence. Ascension Fence & Deck LLC came up with a novel idea at a great price. A 2x12 runner along the bottom and 8ft pickets to give me 9ft of glorious privacy. They also started when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, and finished when they said they would. Seams to be a rarity in this day and age.
But most importantly, I went from being able to see 1/2 of the windows of my new neighbors. And therefore they having the ability to be able to look in my house, to. nuttin but roof!

It took a few months on my end to get things ready for our new fence to be installed. Once we were ready Jeff worked us into the schedule with no problem. I can honestly say we couldn't be happier with the job that Jeff, Cory, and all the guys from Ascension Fence did for us!!! All of our questions were answered quickly, the price was great and most of all the quality of the work was terrific!! I know when we have some deck work to be done in the future I plan on calling y'all back! Thanks again!!
