If you like preventative maintenance to prevent things, good customer service, and/or for a repair to not take 3+ tries, Liberty is not for you. I would give zero stars if I could.

One of your drivers has some serious road rage. Driving very aggressive and nearly ran me off the road. If they drive anything like the service they perform stay far away from this place

I don't know how well Liberty AC technicians perform on the job but I do know how well one of them drives. This Technician drove in the emergency lane to pass three cars on the I-215 and then tailgated several others as he weaved in and out of traffic. I bet if he doesn't care about other people's lives on the freeway he doesn't care how well he fixes your AC.

You will feel good about their service. They are quick, friendly, trust worthy, and reasonable. My heater stopped working again after two days later, but they come out again found the problem easily and replaced the part free of charge because the owner said they should have done it right on the first time. You won't find this type service on HVAC companies in Vegas.

If you're looking for a good AC guy, liberty heating and air-conditioning has a guy working for them who's not just good but great! His name is Mike McCarthy he is an experience & seasoned technician who will take care of your AC & heating needs without ripping you off, he would tell you what you need and what you don't need, not like some of the other companies out there.

With liberty AC you definitely get your moneys worth, they are reasonable and fair. Also important to note; this company mostly does commercial work, but they are more than happy if you call them to come out and service your residence. Also note: getting commercial guys to come out and service a residential home is awesome most of these guys have been doing this type of work for a long time, getting them to come and work on your private residence is a blessing in disguise considering the fact that a lot of the companies that are servicing residential homes are hiring inexperienced guys right out of school, charging exorbitant prices.so there you go. If you need a reparable company and a really good service technician ask for Mike McCarty and they will hook you up.

I'm very impressed. My a/c stopped working. Liberty was able to send out a very able and honest technician ( Tim). He had it working well quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Liberty A/C.

Very impressive employees, from the time I called thru the service call. Friendly, polite & professional lady took my call & the service tech (Nick) was there on time; was even 5 minutes early. Couldn't have been happier with the service & the price. My A/C is working like a champ & the bill wasn't for a penny more than the phone quote. What a great family business run by great people! (And no, I'm not related to them.) If you need HVAC service in your home or business, these are the ones I trust. I found Liberty Heating when I had an emergency and needed quick air conditioning service at a house I used in my business: homes for people with intellectual disabilities. They sent a technician who arrived quickly and had the knowledge - and the parts! - he needed to do the job.

He worked efficiently, fixed the problem, and was on his way to the next job. Since that first job, I have used Liberty Heating's professional services several times (7 times that I can think of) and I have not been disappointed. When is the last time you found a technician who showed up when they promised? Tiffany and Nick run a great business, they charge fair prices, and they outperform every other HVAC business that I've seen in Las Vegas. What more can you ask for?
