The company was very responsive and worked to find the earliest date possible for the work to be done. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and completed the job quickly with a clear explanation of what had been done. Very impressed with all the guys I dealt with. Very professional and honest. If you need roof work these are the guys to go with. No salesman comes and tries to sell you their service. Came out gave me a bid and said let me know. I dealt with one company who gave me a bid 3 times higher and wanted me to sign immediate, and one who sent me a bid in mail, he googled house and gave a low bid. If I need any of their other services Connelly Roofing and Gutters will be the one I call.

Did work on our house in NE Tacoma. Had a leak and they refuse to come do the work. We are stuck finding another contractor certified in this roofing product to try and maintain the warranty. Cannot advise people enough to not contract with this company.

Huge gaps in flashing, terrible communication leading to a shoddy patchwork appearance on roof. Bill wasn't too concerned about resolving, just had an "aw shucks" attitude about the whole thing. I foolishly trusted the referral from a contractor, but beware and look for another roofer!

Date of service 9/24/20- this company was completely unprofessional. My vents are leaking on my roof (we fully inspected ourselves, in our attic) Jose was supposed to be here between 9/10am. He did not show up until NOON. He gets on my roof, replacing the screws and caulking on my vents. Before even asking me if it was ok for him to start any work.

No estimate given at all. Once he is complete and comes to my door, he says ok my boss said it will be $695 dollars! Apparently that is their flat rate to even come out! I was not informed of this. I would have never agreed! Especially seeing as the roofer never came to speak to me before doing any repairs! Follow up to the next morning, IT IS STILL LEAKING FROM MY VENTS!

The job was not completed whatsoever ever! They want to charge me more to come out and fix the same issue that Jose was supposed to fix! I will be reporting this company to the BBB, totally scam to say the least. I wouldn't even give them one star, but to write this review, I had no choice. Don't get scammed like I did!

Bill and Preston were responsive and meet or beat their own timelines. The crew was fast as well as respectful of my home and property. They did not try to upsell me on options that were not needed, but did review them. If needed I would hire them again.

Don't go the cheaper route, it'll cost you more in the long run. Hired them, very unprofessional. Lost the original paperwork and they said they didn't have a copy either and proceeded to go the short route and ended up doing an incomplete job. Called a bunch of times, no answer and bunch of delays. Hiring a new roofer now for a job that should've been don't correctly the first time.

Just had Bill out to do an estimate, why is he the only roof estimator that found holes all along the very too ridge of my roof. Weren't there when I put moss out on in Spring and none of the other guys I had up there to give estimates mentioned or took pics of it. I absolutely think this guy made these holes to try to push me into service with Connelly. Told me they could get up there and patch it up right away if we contracted with them. Don't go in your house while getting any quotes. Stay outside and watch them while they're on your roof. I wish I had. I won't be contracting with these unscrupulous people though.

I bought a new roof with this "company" last year because they claimed to have a warranty. Shortly after, I experienced leaking. I called them left several messages and no one replied. Eventually the leaking stopped so I forgot about it. This year after the downpour, my roof started leaking again, this time there appears to be a significant leak. I've contacted these aholes via phone and email and no one bothers to reply. Clearly they come out, do a poor job, and then don't honor their warranty. Wish I would have hired a more reputable company.

Connelly Roofing and Gutters did amazing work for my family and I, I couldn't recommend them more! Extremely professional employees mixed with flexible schedules and courteous attitudes was exactly what i needed during the otherwise stressful time of getting your roof repaired. I will definitely continue to use their services in the future!

Hired these guys last year after the sales person sold me on the "warranty" they claim they have on their work. Soon after my roof begins to leak, I contact them, leave several messages. No one EVER returns my calls. Eventually the leak stopped so I forgot about it. One year later, the same spot is significantly leaking, I take a better look and it's pretty bad.

I contact them once again, via email and phone. Give them plenty of time to respond because of the holiday season. Again, no answer. I really wish I would have gone with a better company because who knows how much their poor work is going to cost me. Guess that's what small claims court is for. Don't hire these people, if anything goes wrong they'll leave you stranded. Read other reviews on google. Terrible!

Recently I had my roof replaced by Connelly Roofing. Bill & Preston answered questions to my satisfaction, and kept me informed regarding the progress of the job. The installers were professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone planning a roof replacement.

This company was amazing we were very happy with the work they did and they went over and above what we expected. They installed a Certainteed roofing product that looks absolutely stunning and it came with a very good warranty. If anyone is looking for a good roofing company I highly recommend Connelly Roofing.

Bought a roof through Connelly Roofing. Overall had a great experience. Price was very good and overall communication and quality of work was more than satisfactory. I have already recommended friends and family use Connelly Roofing for any future roofing needs.

They did my mother's roof and we had a great experience. Returned phone calls promptly, worked around our schedule with no issues, and they were all just so nice and professional. We had to get some wood replaced and they even took pictures and showed us so we knew everything that was going on. Their customer service is great and so is their work. Her roof looks awesome, neighbor's even stopped by to ask for the company's information for their roofs!

Connelly Roofing came out to my house the same day I called them to do a bid for a job. My roof was in serious need of repair. I had three other roofers come out in the next two days to bid the job. In the end I went with Connelly Roofing. They were polite, professional and even cleaned up after themselves each day.

They did a great job with my roof. I am often out of town and so needed a roofing company that I could trust to do a good job. They installed an Owens Corning Roof and it just looks beautiful. I appreciate the solid, professional work from these guys. Thanks for the new roof, its beautiful.

Great company! Have worked with Dustin & Corehn for awhile now and I'm always impressed with their dedication to honesty and integrity.

Complete re-roof job. Initially quick to respond and started work on time, but downhill from there. Minimal cleanup, sloppy work, nails left everywhere (thanks for that flat tire), forgot to install flashing around the chimney, have a new leak a few months later that they have promised to come out and fix (as of two months ago.). Many no-shows or 'show-up whenever we feel like.'

I hired them to finish some siding under tall gables and other miscellaneous siding work that was up high as well as run ducting for the bathrooms and kitchen through the roof, install flapper vents and replace old pipe boots on the roof. They did a beautiful job on the siding. I don't think they do a lot of duct work though because it didn't pass the first inspection.

But they came back promptly and brought it up to code. They also came back to repair a roof leak we noticed a few days later, which may not have been a result of anything they had done, but they didn't argue or charge extra for the repair. They could have done a better job cleaning up when they were finished but for the price I can't complain.

Very happy with our new roof from Connelly Roofing. They have quality materials, do more than other companies at the same price (protected the wood from gutter overflow), were done super quick, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

They get a bonus star because they're cheap. If cost is all that matters to you, pick these guys. If you're interested in quality work, kept appointments, kept promises, and returned phone calls. Look elsewhere. Thankfully, we moved so I didn't care much about what the roof looked like (it looked awful) but the entire experience was awful from start to finish.

On the original start date, they didn't call or show up. The next day I was given a new start date, and they didn't call or show to that one either. When I first signed with them, they knew I was in a hurry and promised it would be done in time. I definitely don't expect everyone to cater to me, but I do expect honesty, and would have appreciated a heads up, instead of being ignored and lied to.

They didn't even return my phone calls most of the time. My roof was started 1.5 weeks after they said it would be done, and I missed my deadline for photographs, thanks to them. The roof looks awful. The quality of work terrible. Absolutely lazy roofing. Oh, and their cleanup? So lazy. I ended up doing a lot of it myself. But they're cheap. So there's that.

Had roof leak 3 years ago "fixed" by Connelly Roofing for just under $2K. 3 years later roof leaked worse during heavy rain causing about $3k worth of damage to house laundry room interior. Connelly had a 5 year warranty and sent someone out several days later to inspect. He said he wasn't sure the exact problem so said would have Foreman come check it out.

About a week later another roofer came out for 2nd opinion and stated that original crew didn't install roof flashing all the way down to roof bottom and was the cause of the leak. Several days later he came out to re repair the area. We are hoping this is the end of the problem but we are out the $1k insurance deductible we had to pay due to Connelly Roofing not doing an adequate repair on our roof the first time!

I sent all the insurance documentation to them stating we had about $3k worth of damage costs and were only seeking the $1k we paid for our deductible but have not heard from them in almost 2 weeks. If YOU are in need of a good reliable roofing company that will do good work at a reasonable price AND stand behind their work then Connelly Roofing is NOT FOR YOU!
