We contacted Tedrick's Roofing, in addition to 2 other BBB rated roofing companies, about a re-roof on our home. Jim showed up and was very professional in his assessment of our current roof and offered recommendations on improvements we could make to improve the ventilation for our next roof. We chose Tedrick's bases on those recommendations as well as what we considered to be a reasonable price.

The local city building officials presented some unexpected challenges, but the Tedrick's team took it all in stride and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with our roof and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

In Spring 2022, Tedricks' Roofing installed a new roof onto my Kirkland home. Tedrick's was referred to me by my long time friend who had the roof replaced on his home just two months prior. I contacted Tedrick's for a bid and throughout that process I observed that he is a good communicator, he provided a binder of informative material, he wrote up a fair bid, and he offered quality materials. Tedrick's crew arrived on time and did an excellent job.

They were fast, but not hurried. They replaced the original 42 year old rubber and plastic vents with much higher quality product. They performed a thorough cleanup. They say a true measure of a business is not how they handle things when everything is perfect, but how they handle problems as well. A problem cropped up during the replacement, namely that my skylight appeared to be a standard size but in fact was a custom size.

They were able to order a replacement custom skylight and come back to get it installed quickly. I am appreciative of Tedrick's Roofing and their installation crew. I am glad that my friend recommended them to me, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to future prospective customers.

No idea why people have flat roof in this area where there's so much rain and snow. When I found out the ceiling got wet with bubbles, I called Jim early in the morning. He came over quickly to inspect the condition and sent his guys up to clean the downspout and patched the roof. It's understandable that water can always find its way to go down. So, it took a few times to finally stop the leak.

And Jim has been diligently following up on it. He's so kind and honest that if your roof only needs a repair, he would not suggest a new roof. His price is very reasonable, too. Hats off for you, Jim.

Never again. We had to have our original roof replaced so hired Tedricks. Immediately we had leaks during rain. They came to patch. It was good for a bit and then started again. We called them to come and fix. The estimator came out and underbid his boss, Tedricks. He did a better job that got us another 5 years. Last year we had to replace our 10 yr old roof.

The independent contractor said it was a horrible job that Tedricks did. He went on to say that are roof was in critical shape. Tedricks roofing didn't fix a major dip. This caused water to pool and it destroyed sheets of wood and rafters. Thankfully we now have a strong, beautiful metal roof courtesy of a local contractor.

Fantastic experience with Tedricks. By far the best experience we have had with a roofing company. They responded quickly to our call. Evaluated our repair issue and came out the next day to complete the repair. The owner came out after the next rainstorm to double check that they solved our problem. The price was what the last repair roofer charged us and Tedricks did much more work. Highly recommend this company.

Jim and his team at Tedricks Roofing made replacing our roof easy and the work was done with the highest quality. They were as quick and responsive when I called to get an estimate as they were when replacing the roof itself. Jim was transparent in his pricing and thoroughly explained what type of roofing materials would be best for our home. Jim Tedrick is amazing. Checked out my garage roof for a repair. Gave me a fair and reasonable bid. Excellent work performed and then he personally inspected everything, even cleaned out my gutters, swept the moss off house and garage, and applied moss off so I didn't have to get on my roof to do it. Totally professional. He is a perfectionist and I would recommend him to anyone needing roof work. Very happy.

I am delighted with the new roof on my house. I had been apprehensive about the weather before your crew started tearing the old roof off in late January, but they were very careful and protective. What really impressed me was Jim Tedrick (Mr. Tidy) coming to personally inspect the finished product, check out the yard and gutters for any signs of scraps, nails, etc.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jim Tedrick and his employees in the recent roofing of a family member's home.
