We had to have are carpets cleaned and they were available to help us right away. There pricing was good compared to other and their schedule was open to get us in. The employee showed upon time and was very polite and was able to describe everything that would be done. The couches look great and the carpets look even better Thanks again.

T workers were very polite. The lead person was training his helper, but he needs to pay closer, attention to the training. The helper actually reinstalled several of the vents backward. Directlt the air to the wall insread of out into the room. Two of the vents were actually swapped, which really, affected the direction of the cooled air.

Issacc was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Since my duct work was over straight shot and didn't go branching off they didn't try and take advantage and charge for the other vents. I have never used extreme clean before I call them over to clean a vintage 1970s sofa and two rooms of carpet he use the wrong wand on my sofa which snag my sofa everywhere tour a little bit of the upholstery I spoke with them and all Mike McClain all he did was yell at me and his employees not a very nice man. he proceeded to tell me how he could not believe that his worker had to use the wrong wand on my sofa I told him that I couldn't believe he did it also he ruined the sofa leaving it soaking wet which caused water stains on it and now they don't want to repair it. Barium professional they're their guy that came to do the carpets also took off with my change not notifying me that they don't give change so therefore basically taking my money without my permission I absolutely do not recommend extreme clean. my vintage sofa was an inheritance from my family. apparently to him and them inheritance mean nothing I was just told today that they are not going to pay for my sofa to have it fixed very disappointed I'm disappointed in their work I'm disappointed in the way they handle things that they ruin they just don't care.

I had just gotten this sofa back 2 weeks before from a Restoration company that had the legs replaced so it was a really big bummer to see that extreme clean ruined my couch and I've invested money in it already.

Our experience with xtreme was a very good one! You cannot beat the quality of work. Our carpets turned out much better than I thought that they could. Zack, the technician, was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get the difficult areas cleaned! He went above and beyond for us and I would gladly recommend Zack and the company to anyone searching for a great carpet cleaning service.

They were timely, courteous and did a fantastic job! The only drawback was they didn't move the sofa to clean under it. I moved everything else off the floor and went for a walk while they cleaned. I wish I had stayed to move the sofa for them. I hadn't thought to ask before leaving. Overall, I'm very happy and my carpets feel great on bare feet again!

Hector came to clean my carpets at my house and he did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure that spots came out. I've has other companies come out and clean my carpets but this was by far the best experience I've ever had. He was polite, and very professional thanks hector for the awesome job!

What a great experience! I called to see when I could get an appointment and Amy answered and was very professional. She got me in in just a few days which worked great with my schedule. Paul showed up on time and after some pleasantries got to work right away. I was able to move everything except my couch and he moved it to clean and moved it back before leaving. I was considering new carpet but instead got a great professional clean instead. What a great decision.

The first time I used Xtreme Clean I was very happy with the carpet cleaning service. So I called them to do it the next time and had a bad experience. They cleaned the carpets in 5 rooms and he told me it would be dry in a couple of hours.our carpets were so wet and didn't dry for 3 full days. In addition when the carpets finally dried there were several stains STILL on my carpet.

I bought a can or spot shot and got them all out. So I should have skipped the carpet cleaning and the $161 I spent and stuck to the $5 can of spot shot. And my family of 5 wouldn't have had to stay off the carpet for 3 days very disappointed. I will not be using them again.

Xtreme Clean were at the apartment building doing an upstairs apartment. I had a rare mishap with a tube of oil paint and even tho I cleaned it with paint thinner it still looked bad. I stepped out and asked the guy to take a look. He said since he was there already he'd clean it for cheap. I waited a moment, then he said he'd do it for even less. He was clearly professional. I said ok thanks! His men cleaned the entire area not just the mishap spot. It was flawless! I have recommended them ever since. Bravo! Susan E.

We just had Xtreme Clean out to clean our carpet. They did a WONDERFUL job. Albert (carpet cleaner) was polite and hard working. We had a few spots in some places that a previous carpet cleaning company wasn't able to remove (tried them twice). Xtreme Clean was able to remove those without any problem. I would highly recommend Xtreme Clean! We've found our new carpet cleaning company. GREAT JOB!
