I called Chem-Dry of New Mexico to clean our charter aircraft carpets, the tech was attentive to our aircrafts needs and was able to perform a High quality cleaning around very expensive components.

I scheduled a quote to clean cat pee from my carpet. I was willing to pay the cleaning charge; however, he recommended I dont bother cleaning the carpet due to the nature of cats and that they will usually come back and pee again after its been cleaned. He was honest and encouraged me to not use his service since it might be a waste of my money.

I live in Santa Fe and have been a long-time customer of the Santa Fe area Chem-Dry office. Zach came to my home and had excellent super customer service oriented skills. He was very friendly and listened to where to focus the most time, how many spots to check out and most important to me: put all my furniture and pillows back exactly where they were originally before he left due to my having lower back issues and could not do it myself later when the areas were more dry.

He instead put down the furniture raising blocks that could easily be removed later on by me. He also brought in a towel to wipe down any wet spots so I would not slip on them later. I will definitely ask for him again when I need Chem-Dry's services. I especially like this company since i have asthma and never have to worry about chemical smells lasting after other similar services leave.

I've been using Chem-Dry for several years now & each time I'm in awe as to how beautiful my carpet looks after cleaning. And my carpet is 25 yrs old! Fernando & his assistant (apologize for not remembering his name) were awesome! Fernando confirmed with me what I wanted done & gave me the total cost before getting started so that there's no misunderstanding. Professional, friendly & transparent. Shawn V. was a very professional and polite service technician. I was frantic that a recent carpet stain would not come out but he assured me hed do his best to try to remove. He not only removed the stain, he also did it in a timely manner. Not sure what cleaner they use but it left my carpet smelling like a wonderful citrus smell. Two thumbs up from me!

This is an excellent company, offering an excellent service. Eco-friendly deep carpet cleaning without saturating and leaving water behind in which bacteria could grow. Fast-drying. My first contact was with Ashley. Informative, friendly, and accommodating, she set things in motion. Sean, our technician, was communicative, professional and very knowledgeable. (Who knew there was so much to know about different carpet fibers and stain removal?!?) Yes, all around the service was excellent and affordable. But my experience with these two will make me call again when needed- and recommend their services to friends. Big bonus their products are plant-based.

Machine bottom dripped dirty water and left several dirty spots on the carpet. The employee had to use a lot of spot cleaner, and yet there were several spots I had to reclean myself. The employee had an overbooked schedule making him quite anxious to leave. The coupon I had caused him to recalculate the invoice and still don't understand how the total was done. Also, I have never been charged for fuel, but $5.00 was added to the bill.

All and all too many surprises about the billing. Still waiting to see if all the spots come out. ****Update of review: I feel compelled to update my review. I had Chemdry clean my carpets later and Zach did a fabulous job!

Just bought a new house and they were easy to get scheduled and were able to give me a close quote to what I ended up paying. The cleaner was nice and did such a nice job with our home. The process was simple and clean! I highly recommend them! They were also very easy to move my appointment to better for my schedule last minute.

I use chem dry twice a year for deep cleaning of our rugs, and sporadically throughout the year for cleaning of the furniture. We have been using them for about ten years. Recently our older cat became incontinent and we had.them come to clean a mattress. They are unfailingly on time, polite, and a good value. They deliver quality services and are professional in their communications and coordination of their visits. I highly recommend them, their employees, and their services!

We've used chem-Dry for three years now. They aren't the cheapest but I love them because my carpets dry in one day (we usually have them come in Sept). We have a ceiling fan, but no other fans and just leaving the windows open with our AC fan running all day does the trick and carpets are dry about the time my kids come home from school (3pm and they come at 8am).

With four kids, we can't wait for days for our carpets to dry. Steven is always professional and very thorough. We pay about $1100 for our 2 story 2800 square foot house (1500 is carpet) including the tip and taxes and everything, and that's for the highest quality tier.

I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry with one exception. I have large carpets which had never been deep-cleaned. I opted for the more costly dipping method and am glad I did. The finished products are rich and deep in color. The sole reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the guys who returned the carpets was not vaccinated -- I had to ask; the information was NOT volunteered.

More concerning, when Chem-Dry called to confirm return, the representative a) did not ask me if I was vaccinated and b) more to the point, did not inform me an unvaccinated person would come into my home. What if I had an immune-compromised person living with me?! Life worldwide now includes a serious, endless pandemic; it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not disclose an employee's unvaccinated status when they are entering your home. Otherwise, I am very happy with service, pricing, communication (except that one issue), and excellent results.

We recently bought a home in Albuquerque and called Chem Dry of New Mexico to clean the carpets. Trent performed the Healthy Home Package for us and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism, his courtesy and his knowledge about product and chem dry process. Chem Dry did an amazing job. I had an 18 year old dog that had numerous accidents the last few months of his life. I was expecting to have to replace the carpet, but Chem Dry made the carpet look new again. I will call on them to serve all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

Chem-Dry has cleaned the carpets at several of my homes over the years. The few times I decided to give other cleaners a try, I felt like I wasted my money. The quality of their service is unparalleled: no other carpet cleaner has ever achieved the results Chem-Dry has on our carpets. They're also incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the Albuquerque area to clean filthy and pet-disrespected carpets.

After having a horrible experience with ChemDry Duke City (a completely different owner and team), ChemDry of NM has renewed my faith in NM business. The owner of ChemDry of NM, Katie, stepped in after my horrible experience and offered to clean up the mess at no cost to me. I must admit that kind of customer-first business approach is so rare it surprises me these days. Im still speechless, but want to do everything I can to promote and refer people to this woman.

Not only did she offer to help, but she made arrangements to have her technician David come to my home on the very same day. David was professional in every way, and it was a COMPLETELY different experience than my encounter with the Duke City ChemDry. I spoke with the ChemDry corporate office about my experience with Katie and her team, and they acknowledged that Katie is one of their most successful owners and a superb brand ambassador. Katie is a leader in this company and even sits on the advisory board for the whole franchise organization.

All of that aside, I believe this woman to be a good human. She simply exercises integrity, compassion and a business leadership approach that I wish was more common. In my opinion there is no comparison. This is the kind of business that we should all support.
