I scheduled an estimate for 10am. At 9:45am the estimator, Daniel, called to advise he'd be about 20 minutes late. At 10:50am I called the office and spoke with Rozlyn Turner to inquire what was happening? She advised she'd call me back, but she never did. I called the estimator a final time before I left, as I had another appointment to make and couldn't wait all day, and he did pick up.
He said he didn't have a driver's license and the security guard wouldn't let him enter the gated community. Not sure why someone is driving without their license, but this just makes it more concerning. Be careful with this company.

I hired Pro Painters to paint the exterior of my home. The crew did a great job and they were very detail in their prep. They power washed the entire house and took their time caulking everything. They paid extra attention to the front entry which made all the difference. I would highly recommend them. They do great work. Best painting company i Houston.

Eli came out, gave me a quote and then did some work. The work was pretty good with exception of a couple of spots that bubbled up under the joints of the wallboard. I suspect because the guy used hairdryers of sorts to quick dry the joints. Once the texture dried, the joints bubbles and snapped off. Eli came back with a revised quote much higher than previously quoted. When I started asking questions and for a W-9 for my taxes, I never heard from him again. Basically, I got an unfinished job. I would NOT recommend them.

Arrived on time each day and finished in the time promised. Overall I was disappointed in the attention to detail. I expected professional work. A fluffy roller was used on our cabinets resulting in a pebbly texture. When I inquired as to why the texture was not smooth I got the standard "I don't know." I also felt that the quality and pride in work was lacking in the woodworking portion of the job.
It was rough. In fairness, they guarantee their work and promised to sand and repaint to my satisfaction. But we paid for the work to be done right the first time. We aren't anxious to give them a second chance.
